Dairoku: "You're gonna use it? You know if you do, you'll.."

Lieselotte: "I know.. It usually has terrible consequences for the mage who uses it.. But I'm willing to take that risk.. for you guys.. and Selina." He looked at her, her violet eyes displaying determination. "Please.."

Dairoku returned the stare, looking into her eyes before taking a small breath and slowly nodding, giving her the okay. She smiled a bit before slowly sitting up and inching her way over to him. She embraced him before suddenly biting his neck, kind of like a vampire as the male grunted from the sting. However, his blood wasn't being drained. Rather, his power.

"Transfer!"

He transferred more power to her, causing her to burst into a dark magic aura as she pulled away from him, her aura being strong enough to lightly knock him down. Dorothea and Leone became distracted and looked to see Lieselotte twitching, rubbing her legs together and putting her hands on top of her chest as she lets out a scream that sounded like it was out of both pleasure and power.

Dorothea: "W-What the!?"

Athena: "Oh my.." Dairoku only lets loose a small smirk, as he, Dorothea and Leone witness Lieselotte transforming.

Dairoku: "Gleipnir's trump card.."

Standing before them was Lieselotte, wearing an even more relieving black gothic outfit with a tattoo right under her navel. Black demon wings sprouted from her back and curled demon horns popped out of her eyes. The sclera of her eyes became black as demonic claws covered her hands.

This was Gleipnir's Trump Card... Belphegor.

Trump Card: Belphegor

"Belphegor transforms the user into a full-fledged demon, with them even gaining demon horns and wings. While like this, the user's magic capabilities are significantly enhances, gaining the ability to fully manipulate time and space to their own will. They can even create a zone in which time appears to be completely frozen in that area as long as the user chooses for. It's mainly used for creating battle fields were there won't be any outside interferences. However in this zone, the user and anyone they trap inside of it, CANNOT interact or attack anyone/anything which is frozen, unlike with Esdeath's Trump Card. The ability for this time zone is called, Baal Peor."

CHAPTER 52: KILL THE WITCH

After Lieselotte's impactful yet slightly suggestive transformation, Dorothea stared at her, her eyes widened in surprise while Dairoku was just smirking a bit. Leone on the other hand whistled in amazement.

Leone: "Hehe, imagine if Lubo was here to witness this." She said jokingly with the now demonic witch laughing a bit.

Lieselotte: "Ara~ Maybe I'll show him some time." She said, as licked one of her claws a bit, before grinning maliciously at Dorothea. "Hey, how about round two, Dora The Explorer?"

Dorothea: "Y-You! Bastard...!" She growled, clenching her fists as she launched herself towards her, only for Lieselotte to only grin more.

Lieselotte: "Last Crest—Baal Peor!" She announced, pointing upwards as Dorothea stopped her assault and gasped a bit as suddenly, everything around the two completely froze in place, and the world around her was coated in a black and white color.

Dorothea: "What the..??" It seemed as if time completely stopped, with only her, Lieselotte, Dairoku and Athena, who decided to come out physically, being able to move.

Athena: "Ooh!"

Dairoku: "Woah.."

Lieselotte: "This is my Last Crest, Baal Peor. Think of it as a Trump Card, within a Trump Card. This entire space that you see here, isn't me freezing time or anything like that. Baal Peor gives me the ability to freely manipulate time and space without any limitations. This space in particular, is us moving at ultra-high speeds." She then slowly walked over to a 'frozen' Leone before making a jab towards her. However, her hand just fazed right through her, almost as if she was a ghost. "Though I can't interfere with anything that's not in this space. And neither can you." Dorothea was grinding her teeth together as she clearly hadn't prepared for such a situation.

Dorothea: "You..."

Lieselotte: "Dai-Kun, Athena-San. You two can sit this one out. Time for me to shine, baby~"

Athena: "Haha! I love that confidence!" She said, grinning as she put her hands on her hips.

Dairoku: "She's all yours." Lieselotte only grinned as her demonic magic aura bursts around her

Lieselotte: "Alright! Time to get down to business!" Dorothea watched her, crossing her arms before she lets out a 'hmph' and slowly smirked.

Dorothea: "Even though you can't match me in power, you still want to do this song and dance? Ah, well... You leave me with no other choice.. Once I get a grip on you, it'll be over!!"

She immediately reached her hand out as Lieselotte appeared in front of her, attempting to grab the witch. However to her surprise, the blonde demon kicked off of the ground to do a barrel roll before slamming her foot in the side of the alchemist's hand, bruising it and causing her to grunt in pain.

Lieselotte: "You may have an edge in explosive, instantaneous power, but when it comes to speeds, a witch always comes out on top!"

Dorothea: "H-Hrrk! Bastard!! Just. Stay. STILL would you!?" She yelled as she chased after her, rapidly lunging her hands out to grab her, but Lieselotte would just weave and dodge out of each one, almost to the point she was dancing around her.

Lieselotte: "No thank you. Maybe you should just get good ha~"

She said with a smirk, knocking her hands out of the way before she kicked her right into the side of her head, sending her crashing towards the right. Soon Lieselotte immediately bursts after her, moving at insane speeds as she each attack she dealt, caused a heavy impact to be felt through the dimension.

With her fists clenched and dark magic bursting around her fists, the demonic witch punched Dorothea in the face, before dealing a palm strike right to her face, with a sickening crunch behind heard as she yelled out in painm with that attack being followed by two punches to her gut.

Dorothea stumbled back, holding her nose as blood dripped from her nostrils.

Lieselotte: "You know, even a powered up bookworm is still a bookworm. Despite my magic normally only suited for support roles, you were foolish to think that Gleipnir only specialized in that role. With Belphegor, that role completely flips. Now I become a full fledged front line fighter. And with my experience from being a Rakasha Demon without this Zodiac, I've had more than enough years being on the front lines."

Dorothea: "T-Tch... Looks like I made a mistake of assuming everyone apart from Akame and Dairoku were just small fry..." She then reached under her skirt, pulling out what looked like a large jar containing some strange form of gas. "Well then, in that case... I'll show you what it looks like when an Alchemist gets serious!!"

(A/N: "Wait... Does she store that in her... You know what...?")

Seeing this alarmed Lieselotte as Dorothea slammed it in to the ground, shattering the jar and releasing its gassy contents out into the air. Lieselotte seemed concerned, though she knew if it was poison, she'd be fine. Her Trump Card transformed into a demon permanently, so that meant that she's immune to poisons.

Lieselotte: "Tch.. whatever this is, I'll kill you before it happens." She said, her demonic claws being coated in black magic before she blitzed towards her. Dorothea only grinned at this however.

Dorothea: "You sure rushing blindly into this gas is the smartest thing?"

Lieselotte: "I've been transformed into a Demon. Gases like Poison and whatnot I'm immune to."

Dorothea: "Oh? Well that's interesting. Too bad this isn't poison or any of those common gases, dear."

As Lieselotte got slower, she felt her movement suddenly slowing down as her skin began to harden, becoming stone.

Lieselotte: "W-What the!? Stone!?"

Dorothea: "It only transforms you into stone for an instant..." She got up close and cupped the female's cheeks, while grinning. "But that instant is all the time I need!" With her opening her mouth, she was about to siphon the demon's energy, only for her eyes to widen as she quickly pushed away, with a fiery bullet flying past her head. She growled in annoyance as she looked at the attack, who was Dairoku with Yoake in gun form. "You...!"

Dairoku: "Heh... Just an instant, right? Well that instant is over." He said with a small chuckle, with Dorothea's eyes widening as she was suddenly sent flying onto the ground upon Lieselotte breaking free and kicking her right into the stomach.

Meanwhile outside of the Ultra-Speed Zone, Cosmina fell over to the ground with blood flying out of her mouth as Tatsumi charged her. She looked at him and yelled out with sound waves blasting towards him, but he just charged through.

Tatsumi (Incursio): "That won't work on me!!!"

He yelled, slicing her right arm off. As he skidded back, Cosmina used her own blood as a weapon, spitting it out in an arc, but Tatsumi leaped over it as Saber appeared in front of her and slashed down on her forehead with Excalibur, causing her to yell out in pain.

Saber: "Hmph. I won't even need my Trump Card for you." She said, gripping Excalibur tightly as Tatsumi stood next to her.

Tatsumi's thoughts: "We've been using too many special attacks throughout this battle... Just as I thought, it's tough as hell.. It's a good think Saber and I were it's opponents." However, his eyes widened as he saw multiple spikes protruding from Cosmina's body and launching towards Saber. He quickly got in front of her and struck the spikes with his halberd, but a few struck his shoulders and his left leg.  "What the..!?"

Saber: "Tatsumi...! That looks like... poison quills!" She said, as she could smell the poison in them. However to her surprise, Tatsumi looked completely fine. That only meant.. "Wait... From the poison he was infected with after escaping the execution, Incursio evolved his body to resist poison... truly such a powerful Teigu..."

With that, Tatsumi bursts towards Cosmina, ramming his halberd into her abdomen, knocking her back.

Tatsumi (Incursio): "Finish her off, Saber!!"

Saber: "Huh? Roger!" She yelled, leaping up as Excalibur's blade bursts into a golden blade of Mana. "Excalibur!!" She said, making a vertical slash down, completely slashing Cosmina into half.

Back into the Ultra-Speed Zone, Dorothea was sent crashing into the ground from Lieselotte kicking her right in her back.

Lieselotte: "Hmm. You're faltering. What's wrong Dora?"

Dorothea: "Grr... You think your cute witch!?"

Lieselotte: "Bitch, I'm adorable." A noticeable snort was heard from Athena, who did her best to keep her laughter in. "I attacked with the intent of killing you.. yet your still standing.

Athena: "Ha, seems like even Spanish Speaking Children's Cartoon Characters have plot armor."

Lieselotte: "Or... Her body's strength increased upon drinking some of my blood area."

Dorothea: "You took the words out of my mouth, god damnit!! Why... WHY!? How the hell are you this bloody strong!?"

Lieselotte: "Such is the power of a demon, sweetheart. And I know I have people to return to after this battle..." She closed her eyes, upon picturing the rest of Night Raid, Kurome, Wave, Lauren and Selina appearing in her mind. "Unlike you, I have a true purpose. And I WILL be returning to them no matter what!"

She yelled out in a determined tone, her dark purple eyes glowing brightly as she clenched her claws. Dairoku looked surprised by seeing this amount of determination, from someone as laidback, and teasing as Lieselotte. Just this alone, showed her true intentions; that her love for the ones she cares about, even if they were a part of the enemy, will always drive her forwards harder, than any other thing.

This was the real Lieselotte Sherlock. Someone with a big heart.

Dorothea: "...For you to be that healthy after having your blood drained and having the strain of your Trump Card being used.."

Lieselotte: "I already told you. I'm a stubborn witch. I'll do anything to ensure victory for myself, even if I have to push my body beyond my limits. Even us Witches have such a pride."

Dorothea: "You... You truly are a wicked witch...!" She growled, however, Lieselotte noticed some very noticeable wrinkles on her face and pointed them out.

Lieselotte: "Also, your wrinkles are showing." Hearing that alarmed Dorothea as she quickly put her hands on her face and began to rub it to get rid of them. The blonde witch only laughed. "Oh I see it now, after taking damage, that façade of yours begins to crumble. I'll definitely be calling you Granny now."

Dorothea: "Screw you, you fucking devil witch!! I'll teach you... I'll SHOW you just what I'm truly capable of!!" She began to write a transmutation circle onto the ground, alarming Lieselotte.

Lieselotte's thoughts: "Crap..." *out loud* "Dai-Kun, now!!"

Dorothea: "Like I'd fall for that!! I already know he's completely drained of his energy to fight! What kind of gullible idiot do you take me for!? Go forth!!"

She slammed her fist onto the circle, causing a swirl of black energy that rose into the air. What stood before her was quite a grotesque black goo beast that stood over them. Lieselotte and Athena looked like they wanted to puke while Dairoku cringed at the sight.

Dairoku: "Talk about... Ugly.."

Athena: "Blech..!"

Lieselotte: "Ugh... I've seen ugly people look more attractive than that.." She mumbled before yelping as she flapped her wings and leaped above a large swing from the beast, before some blackened beams shot out of it and towards her. "What the!?"

However, she gasped in surprise as a red blur leaped in front of her, with those beams being slashes apart; It was Dairoku with Yoake in scythe form.

Dairoku: "Now Athena!"

Athena: "Finally some action!" She said with a grin, a large magic circle appearing in front of her. "Scarlet Geburah!" Dark blood red magic erupted from the magic circle, slamming into the beast, completely vaporizing it instantly, taking Dorothea by surprise.

Dorothea: "What!? Impossible!!"

Dairoku: "Now..!" Lieselotte had planted her feet onto the scythe shaft of Yoake. "Go end off the old bag, Liese!"

He yelled as he pushed his scythe forwards, giving Lieselotte enough momentum to blast towards the vulnerable Dorothea, her claws bursting in dark magic as she made two slashes, slashing her across her chest and neck, causing her to yell out in pain and fall over, going limp. It was at this moment that she realized...

Wild Hunt had lost.

Lieselotte: "Haha.. Times up, Granny." Dorothea just lied there, a look of shock plastered over her face.

Dorothea: "I'm... Impossible... How could this... happen to me..? C-Cosmina... What about Cosmina..?"

Lieselotte: "Oh don't worry. Tatsumi and Saber finished her off long ago" The alchemist's face turned to one of pure disbelief as she flipped onto her belly and began to crawl towards her.

Dorothea: "M-My ambition... I regret it..."

Lieselotte only rose her eyebrow in confusion. While Dorothea had her face hidden, she was secretly plotting her revenge. With how her body was, she could easily recover from this and she had more tricks up her sleeve. And with both Cosmina and Izou dead, she was going to pull a Lubbock and play dead.. However, she was startled by Lieselotte touching the back of her neck

Lieselotte: "Mmm... Still a pulse. Might as well end the job." She said, causing her to panic as the witch picked her up by her neck.

Dorothea: "W-Wait a fucking second!!!"

Lieselotte: "A-ha! So you ARE alive!!"

Dorothea: "If you kill me, it would be a great loss for humanity! I know, make me one of your comrades!!" Lieselotte, Dairoku and Athena just stared at her, stunned.

Dairoku and Athena: "What..?"

Lieselotte: "Excuse me?"

Dorothea: "I've been researching it!! Immortality for humans may be a pipe dream... but by drawing and stealing energy from other people, it would be possible to extend one's own life by a great number of years!!" Dairoku and Athena seemed surprised while Lieselotte's eyes became darkened. For the first time... she was pissed off.. disgusted...

Lieselotte: "You... So that's what you've been doing to yourself... Time to die!" She announced as she began to squeeze her neck.

Dorothea: "N-NOOOO!!! I DON'T WANT TO DIE!!! I WANT TO KEEP ATTAINING MORE KNOWLEDGE AND STAY BEAUTIFUL FOREVER!!!" The witch however, seemed more angered by this.

Lieselotte: "All the people you've killed... I'm sure none of them wanted to meet their maker either."

Dorothea: "STOP!!! The life span of a human doesn't have to be this short!!! We can extend it and live way beyond what was..!!" She was immediately cut off by Lieselotte snapping her neck with a sickening crunch, immediately ending her life and destroying her Teigu, Absordex.

Lieselotte: "You're not wrong... The life span of the human is definitely too short..." She said, dropping her deceased body as she looked up. "But that's all the more reason why... we gotta make the most of our lives, while we're still alive."

(A/N: "Amen. Preach it, girl.")

A smile formed on her face before she sighed in an exhausted manor before she began to fall over. However, she was quickly caught by Dairoku, who rested her in his lap.

Lieselotte: "Ahaha... So this is what it feels like to be Akame?" she joked with Dairoku chuckling.

Dairoku: "Oh hush it." He said, causing her to giggle a bit before a small glowing sigil appeared on her left breast, catching him by surprise. "What the..?"

Lieselotte: "Ah.. seems like my time's up now.." She said, closing her eyes with a small smile. Dairoku said nothing and looked at her as Athena approached them.

Athena: "I see now... Gleipnir's Trump Card, while being powerful, comes with a great risk. Once it's over, you suffer the risk of becoming trapped in this ultra-speed world, for eternity. And that sigil, is the sign of that taking effect."

Lieselotte: "Haha.. Yeah... Seems like I ran out of luck.." She hummed before her Belphegor state, vanished and she slowly held up Gleipnir to him. "Dai-Kun... Selina always said on how much she couldn't wait to become a Teigu or Zodiac user... and she always had her eyes on Gleipnir. Make her dreams a reality for me."

She said, with a smile that could honestly melt even the coldest of hearts. Dairoku, internally wanted to cry but knew that she'd be alive, just not in the same reality as he was. He nodded and took Gleipnir, with a smile.

Dairoku: "Alright. You have my word. And I promise you, Liese... I'll get you out of here as soon as I can." Lieselotte seemed surprised, with a small, faint blush appearing on her face before she smiled.

Lieselotte: "Haha.. such a knight in shining armor." She slowly began glowing brightly, with her closing her eyes in happiness. "Thanks... Dai-Kun.. I'll be waiting... for all of you guys.."

Dairoku: "We'll be waiting for you too, Liese.."

And with that, she vanished from his arms, like the wind. Soon, both he and Athena would find themselves back in the real world, with Leone, Saber, Akame, Sekai and Tatsumi surrounding them.

Akame: "Dairoku!" She said in relief as she hugged him, with him slowly looking at her.

Dairoku: "Akame..."

Sekai: "It seemed like you were in some form of trance."

Saber: "Are you alright?"

Athena: "Well..." They looked at her. "After Liese used her Trump Card, she used a special ability to create a zone where time was moving by at hyper speeds. Then there, she fought Dorothea and won."

Leone: "Ha, I knew she'd be able to win." She said, with a cocky grin. "So where is she now?" To that, neither Dairoku or Athena responded. That immediately gave everyone the impression as their eyes widened.

Sekai: "No... Liese..."

Dairoku: "Don't worry..." They looked at him, their eyebrows being raised in confusion. "She's not dead."

Tatsumi: "Huh? What do you mean??"

Dairoku: "It's a side effect with her Trump Card. After it's over, she risks being stuck in that zone for eternity. And, well you can figure out the rest. But... Don't worry... *clenches onto Gleipnir* "I'm gonna make sure I get her out of there as soon as I can."

Hearing that, a smile became plastered over Akame's face as she hugged him, kissing his cheek gently.

Akame: "Of course you'd say that.. That's my Dai alright.." She said with a small happy laugh, with the male looking at her before closing his eyes and leaning into her embrace.

Leone: "Heh, such a lady's man."

Saber: "Sounds like my master alright." Sekai only sighed in relief while Tatsumi hummed and turned away, a small smile forming on his face.

Dairoku: "Now if you don't mind me... I'm.. running low... on energy..." He said, slowly falling unconscious, his head falling into his girlfriend's bosom.

Lieselotte's 'sacrifice' painted a new light in all of their hearts. To them, she was the witch who loved to tease, flirt and mess around, even in battle. But seeing the lengths she'd go to, to protect her loved ones... it showed that she was more than most others thought. She wasn't a witch or a demon... she wasn't even a hero... no assassin is a hero..

She had become an icon, a representation... one that would push Night Raid, to make sure that they successfully complete their mission, at creating a new and free country.
