(Dairoku's POV)

So after killing Dr. Stylish and his army of invaders, we packed any of our major needs and immediately abandoned the Base, though I am sad... That base was filled with so much memories... Especially of Sheele and Bulat... but we made sure to get any reminders of them. Akame especially made sure because she knew how much those two meant to me. Anyways, right now, we were fulfilling Tatsumi's desires by riding on the top of the Air Manta.

Tatsumi: "WOAAAH!!! AWESOME!!! THIS FEELS GREAT!!"

He yelled in pure bliss and excitement, almost like a naïve child. The girl next to him, a ginger haired girl with a black headband with a red bunny ear-accessory on the left side and was sucking on a lollipop, giggled at him; This was Chelsea... But why does that name feel familiar...?

Chelsea: "Ahaha. You're so pure that it's hard to think you're a killer Tatsumi. You're an interesting guy."

Leone: "This is more fun than I thought!"

Kuraime: "Yeah... So this is how it feels to fly. I like it." She said with some relaxation in her voice as she laid down on the Ari Manta's back, the wind blowing through her hair.

Dairoku: "Ahh... The nice and gentle breeze combined with the softness of my girlfriend's lap is definitely something like a paradise." I sighed in relaxation as I laid my head on Akame's lap. Then I opened one eyes and looked up at her, to see her beautiful red orbs staring down at me with a cute grin. "Are you sure I'm not dead? Cause this feels like heaven to me."

Akame: *giggles* "Dummy." She said, with a cute giggle as she caressed my hair.

Leone: "I knew you two would look cute together!"

Kuraime: "Congratulations you two." Akame and I smiled at them.

Mira: "You left the empire too, Levi-San?"

She asked, looking at the girl next to her. She had brown hair that was tied into a pony tail by a shuriken-shaped ornament and she had blue eyes, the left one being covered by her bangs. She wore a similar school girl-like outfit to Mira, only differences being she had on a light purple scarf that replaced the white cloak Mia had, her black blazer was Sheele-less, the white sleeves being the ones from her undershirt, she had on a black leg warmer that conceals above her left knee and she had on a two black straps around her thighs, her right one higher than her left; This was Levi.

Levi: "Well after hearing that Dairoku over there died trying to escape the Empire, I honestly felt sad. But then I heard that he returned and I immediately snapped over to this side." She looked at me with a grin and winked causing me to shake my head and laugh.

Dairoku: "Sure that's what you did, but did you have to make such a late entrance last night?"

Levi: "What can I say? I am a super awesome Ninja, and I love making my entrances." She said confidently with a big grin on her face

Leone: "You know her too, Dairoku?"

Dairoku: "Yeah. Levi here like us, used to work for the Empire. However, she's a highly skilled warrior that often was sent on the most difficult of missions."

Levi: "Damn straight! I'm not a badass ninja for nothing! I was the strongest out of my team." She boasted, causing Kuraime to giggle lightly and for Mira to shake her head with a smile.

Mira: "Still as confident and boastful as ever, I see."

Levi: "You ain't gettin' rid of me, chief!"

While Levi was keep boasting about how well she performed in the empire, Akame and I noticed Mine and Lubbock sitting on the edge of the Air Manta, trembling a bit.

Akame: "I don't think they like it, Dairoku"

Dairoku: "Really? What makes you say that Strawberry?"

"THIS IS NOT GOOD!!"

Dairoku: "Oh."

CHAPTER 17: KILL THE UNEXPLORED

(3rd Person POV)

800km southeast from the Capital; Margue Plateau, that is currently where Night Raid and their three new members were located. Dotted by tens of cut table mountains, a unique ecosystem has been formed. With High-Level Danger Beasts, it isn't suitable for humans to live here... It is an 'Unexplored Region'.

(A/N: "Roll Credits!")

Najenda: "It's because it's unexplored, that it's perfect for hiding. Currently in order to find us a fitting place for a new base, the revolutionary army's reconnaissance team is searching around the capital. Until then, we're going to live up here."

The Air Manta had landed while all of its occupants hopped off, with Najenda standing in front of them with a large pack on her back.

Mira: "Ah I see. This area was chosen because no one from the Empire would normally come out here."

Najenda: "Exactly."

As the group took a moment to look at their temporary new home area, the Air Manta began to lift off the ground before flying away.

Mine: "H-Huh? It left, is that okay? We left the gathered Teigu on it."

Levi: "Eh, don't sweat about it, Pinky." A small tick of anger appeared on Mine's head from her nickname being mentioned. "It's just heading back to the Revolutionary headquarters, after all that's where its nest is located at."

Najenda: "She's right. We can't monopolize it since it's a valuable vehicle. It also becomes an automatic delivery that way."

Chelsea: "Mine, you don't even know that? Ahaha." She laughed at the pink twin-tailed sniper who's tick of anger grew bigger.

Mine's thoughts: "This chick pisses me off!"

Tatsumi: "Ah...! Couldn't we ride one of those and right into the Capital's palace that way?"

Dairoku: "Nope, that would be suicide."

Tatsumi: "How so?"

Akame: "The airspace above the palace has Danger Beasts that have been tamed with Teigu."

Tatsumi: "...Their defenses at least are completely impassable aren't they...?"

Mira: "Pretty much. However, it doesn't mean we cannot sneak our way into there."

Najenda: "Yup. And I've arranged it so our ride home will come when the heat's died down in the Capital. So relax." She reassured him before going on to introduce the three new members. "Now, once again, I'll introduce the new members. First up is... huh?"

Chelsea was suddenly missing... before she appeared behind Akame and began to touch her hair.

Chelsea: "Akame-Chan, you're really cute when I take a look up close~"

Akame: "......Why are you touching me...?"

The ravenette blushed from the embarrassment she was feeling, before she glanced over at her boyfriend, only to see a dark Aura around him. It seems like Kuraime noticed as well as she dashed over to Chelsea and took her hand off of Akame.

Kuraime: "Yes, nice to meet you two Chelsea-Kyah!?" She blushed from embarrassment upon Chelsea checking her out as well, running her fingers through the reaper's hair.

Chelsea: "Oh you're such a cutie too, Kuraime-Chan~"

*Smack!*

Chelsea: "Owie!!" she yelped in pain as she held the back of her head, where a large bump was from Dairoku smacking the back of her head.

Dairoku: "Right! We get it! You don't have to go around handling my girlfriend and sister now... Chelsea, former member of the Oarburgh."

The moment the name of that organization left his lips, Akame and Kuraime gasped lightly.

Chelsea: "Seems like you did your homework, Death's Harbinger."

Dairoku: "Doesn't matter if I did or not. All I remember from your so-called group, is that your former allies killed Cornelia and Gin... And later on, your leader Merraid... Killed Kuraime..."

Upon hearing that, the atmosphere tensed up significantly as the two assassins stared each other down, ready for anything.

Chelsea: "Oh? What are you gonna do about it, King?" There was a tense silence for a while before Najenda noticed Dairoku's fingers twitching a bit.

Najenda: "Dairoku! Wait-!"

Immediately, Dairoku un-holstered Yoake and in its Gun form and dashed immediately in front of Chelsea, pointing the bladed barrel right at her skull with his finger on the trigger, though he did not pull it. In fact, he just smirked.

Dairoku: "Heh... Sharp senses. You win this round, Cherry Pop."

Everyone was confused from what happened, before they noticed Chelsea's hand pointed directly at Dairoku's neck, and in her hand... was a thin, but extremely sharp needle. Chelsea smirked back and giggled as she lowered her arm while Dairoku holstered Yoake.

Chelsea: "I knew you weren't going to kill me. If you wanted to, you would have used that weapon's sword form. But hey, I wouldn't even be able to see it coming."

Dairoku: "Heh... Seems like you did your homework as well." He said as he slid his hands into his pockets. "You passed the test." Everyone released a sigh of relieve that there was no bloodshed between the two as Akame walked up to her boyfriend and smacked the back of his head. "Ow!"

Akame: "Don't scare me like that again, dummy!"

Dairoku: "Right, right. Sorry, heh." He said, chuckling nervously as he rubbed the back of his head.

Najenda: "...Anyways, this is Chelsea."

Chelsea: "Nice to meet you all." Then she turned to Akame and Kuraime. "Since we'll be killing people together, let's be friends." She took out two lollipops and offered them to the two ravenettes. "Here. These are for you."

Immediately upon spotting the two treats, the eyes of the ravenettes lit up and sparked as they zipped over to her and took them.

Akame and Kuraime: "Welcome to the team!"

Dairoku: *sigh* "And the two gluttons appear again..."

Tatsumi: "Did she just win Akame and Kuraime over with lollipops!?"

Lubbock: "They must be really hungry after that long flight!"

Tatsumi: "But Chelsea... like, she doesn't look like any more of a killer than Mine and the others..."

Najenda: "Don't judge based on looks. She's a person of remarkable talent who's gotten as many jobs done as Akame and Kuraime."

That last statement took Tatsumi by complete surprise as he snapped his neck towards Chelsea, seeing her cute yet sly smile, then back at Najenda who nodded... Then he snapped back towards Chelsea and so on...

(A/N: "Eh... His head probably on loose... Tighten it up real quick.")

Najenda: "And next is... Not you too..."

Levi had also disappeared, but her target, was Mira. She had appeared behind the blonde and began groping her breasts.

Mira: "K-Kyah!? Levi-San!? W-What are you doing!?" She blushed heavily.

Levi: "Oh? My, my... Mira-San's gotten much bigger than I last remember~"

Najenda: *sigh* "Way to set an example...... Anyways, this here is, Levi. She is a ninja, if you couldn't tell already."

Tatsumi: "Woah! A ninja!?"

Levi: "I'm cool right?" She said as she suddenly appeared next to him. "I know every ninja technique in the book; from Assassination, to Perverted techniques... Even Bedroom Techniques~."

(A/N: "Any Trinity Seven fans get the reference.")

Dairoku: "Oh boy..."

Tatsumi: "P-Perverted and B-Bedroom Techniques!?"

Lubbock: "OH! OH!! I wanna learn some of those!!!"

Levi: "Hah! Sure." She said as she suddenly appeared next to him and got really close to his face. "I wouldn't mind either way~" she said in a very seductive tone, causing Lubbock to go full red and have a nosebleed

Mira: "LEVI-SAN!!!"

Levi: "Hehehe, you're as pure as ever, Mira-San."

Dairoku: "Anyways... Levi was considered to be the third strongest warrior apart of the Empire."

Leone: "Really now?"

Levi: "Yup! Just barely being out beat by Great General Budo and General Esdeath."

Mine: "Wait!! You're as strong as those two!?"

Levi: "Damn straight, though if I was to have any chance against those two, I'd have to use every trick in my book. I can't fight them head on."

Akame: "Because you're more fragile." She confirmed, causing Levi to nod her head with her hands crossed.

Dairoku: "But against someone like Gozuki, she could easily beat him because she went through extreme training from an extremely young age, even younger than someone like me, Akame and Kuraime. If I had to say, she could have probably took out all of the Elite Seven all by herself." Akame and Kuraime nodded in agreement, earning shocked looks from everyone besides the newcomers, Mira and Najenda.

Najenda: "In terms of missions flawlessly completed, Levi has completely doubled Chelsea, Akame and Kuraime." Tatsumi just looked at her bewildered as Levi put up a V-sign with a sly and cheeky grin. Then Najenda turned to Susanoo. "And this is my new Teigu which I received from the Revolutionary Army as a loan, Speed of Lightning, Susanoo. Since he's a Biological-Type that moves on his own, there's little burden on the user, even the current me can use him."

Tatsumi was the first to approach the Biological-Teigu, offering a hand shake to him.

Tatsumi: "Ah. Nice to meet you again." However, upon spotting a bit of Tatsumi's undershirt hanging out of his sweater, his eyes widened and he immediately fixed it in an instant. "What... What is it!?"

Susanoo: "Fixed...!!"

Dairoku: "Okay...? What?"

(A/N: "Rhodey?" )

Najenda: "He's unexpectedly a neat-freak"

Mine: "Even though he's a Teigu... He was fixing my hair too..."

Kuraime: "Well... That's interesting."

Leone: "And... more importantly, what's his ability? Is it just that he's strong in hand-to-hand combat?" She asked as she sat down on a nearby log. However, a grin from the silver-haired woman confused her slightly.

Najenda: "Fufu... Fufufufufu... Then let me show you. Prepare to be astonished..." Everyone remained quiet as the intensity of the situation built up, while Chelsea and Levi were just smiling. Then Najenda turned to her Teigu, mechanical arm stretched out towards him. "Do it, Susanoo!!!"

Susanoo: "Understood."

Everyone was expecting for something mind blowing to happen... however, everyone was surprised to see him take an axe and chop down trees to build a home, before washing dirty clothes, cooking a delicious meal that got Akame and Kuraime drooling again and more... stuff not related to combat at all.

Lubbock: "Well... It's pretty amazing but... what is this?"

Tatsumi: "It looks like it's doing household chores, but-"

Najenda: "THAT'S RIGHT!!!" She abruptly cut him off, a strange amount of excitement taking over her...... "Susanoo is originally a Teigu created for escorting important people! Along with his battle ability, he's fully equipped with the skill to do various household chores so he can be of use around the clock!! Cleaning, Laundry, whatever it may be!! The repertoire of food he can cook numbers in the thousands!!!"

Mine: "THAT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH BATTLE!!!"

Najenda: "NO, NO! THIS IS INCREDIBLY USEFUL!!!" She retorted back. "...Well of course, he has as Trump Card for battle as well. Right?"

Susanoo: "Yeah."

Well... after all of that, Tatsumi looked at some of his teammates interacting with the newcomers, though with a slight smile.

Tatsumi's thoughts: "So these three are our new allies... They look pretty reliable!"

Chelsea: "Oh my goodness! You're as flat as a board aren't you?"

Mine: "SHUTAAAAAAP!!!!!"

Lubbock: "You know you may be all big, handsome and strong and everything, but you're just a glorified manmade."

Susanoo: "Hm?"

Kuraime: "Kyah!" She yelped as Levi grabbed onto her breasts from behind, which were significantly larger than Mira's and began to play with them...

Levi: "W-Woah... Th-This is pretty impressive..."

Lubbock: "I-Impressive? So they really are?"

Levi: The elasticity, softness, size... Absolutely exquisite!"

Lubbock: "Ohohohoho!"

Immediately, the demonic Aura surrounding the purple eyed ravenette, caused the two to sweat drop and stop to see Kuraime turn around, giving them the deadliest of death glares while holding Ketsuekime.

Levi: "O-Oh..."

Lubbock: "U-Uh..."

Kuraime: "Knock it... OFF YOU TWO!!!" She yelled as she began to chase the two around the area...

Tatsumi's thoughts: "I'm worried about the teamwork though..."

After the temporary base was finished by Susanoo, everyone had gathered around the dinner table and as they ate, some fighting with one another... (Mine and Chelsea...), they discussed what their next move should be.

Tatsumi: "I wonder if things are alright in the Capital... We can't do anything for a while, but..."

Akame: "It seems that the existence of The Jaegers is suppressing crime."

Kuraime: "With this, the villains won't be able to move as much as they're accustomed to."

Dairoku: "At least that's something good that group's done." He said with a sigh before Akame offered her hand to him, which he took a quick bite and sipped some of her blood.

Najenda: "That's right. Let's take this chance to train. We can't assume that we'll get any more reinforcements... Think of this as the last group of people with talent in Night Raid. Let's all complete missions, live on and welcome the day of the revolution!"

Everyone: "Roger!"

Dairoku: "Then can I make a suggestion, Najenda?" He asked, crossing his arms.

Najenda: "Go ahead."

Dairoku: "I suggest that we go for Absolute Zero as soon as possible." Everyone became serious.

Najenda: "The strongest Zodiac?"

Dairoku: "Mhm." Then he looked at Levi. "Levi, you got the information I asked you for?"

Levi: "Right here, Chief." She said with a grin as she handed him a map that had a marked out location.

Akame: "You had Levi find its whereabouts?"

Dairoku: "Yup. Actually, it was before the assassination of Three of the Four Beasts." He then looked back at Najenda, displaying the map on the table. "If we go for it soon, we will be put at a major advantage."

Najenda pondered for a bit, but eventually nodded, seeing his point.

Najenda: "Very well. After training for this month, the next month, head out as soon as you can. And take a team with you."

Dairoku: "Oh don't worry, I have a team already prepared." He said as he smirked at Kuraime, Levi, Mira and Mine, who all smirked back and nodded.
