Lubbock P.o.v

Me and Akame have just returned from our mission on keeping an eye to one of the Capital's important people that actually cares about civilians instead of themselves.

We went to the main room where Miss Najenda was smoking a cigarette, Sheele was still reading about 'Not Being An Airhead', Mine was just eating a cake, and Leone was laying back on a chair with her feet on the table.

Lubbock: "Yo, we're back." I announced our arrival, but the only one that reacted was Miss Najenda, who raised her arm to greet us.

Miss Najenda: "How did the mission go?"

Akame: "The target wasn't killed. Meaning that the other person was their target."

Lubbock: "Speaking of the others, where are the guys?" Miss Najenda shook her head.

Miss Najenda: "They haven't returned yet."

Leone: "Hopefully, they return save and sound. If they do, I might give Y/n or Tatsumi their reward for defeating the Four Beasts." She said with a seductive smirk which got me jealous.

Lubbock: "Ey, what about me!? I've finished the mission before them! That means that I should get the reward!" I shouted at her.

Leone: "Sorry Pervert, but I rather have them than having a poisonous mushroom in my bed." She smirked.

Lubbock: "Look who's talking about a pervert! You can't have both of them! You only should pick one, and I don't think they would like to share a girl! It's just weird!"

Leone: "And what about us!? Us girls is ok to share a guy, but not vice-versa? How hypocrite that sounded." I opened my mouth to protest, but was interrupted by the sound of the main door opening very abruptly.

Bulat: "SOMEONE, HELP!!!" Everyone suddenly became alert and ran towards the main door.

Once we got there, we saw Bulat and Tatsumi carrying an unconcious Y/n with his arms on their shouders.

Miss Najenda: "What happened!?"

Bulat: "I'll explain later." I ran towards them, and held Y/n's body.

Lubbock: "Let me help." Akame came and helped me as well.

Akame: "You two should get your wounds treated. I'll help Lubbock to take Y/n to his room." They both nodded and let go of Y/n fall on our shoulders.

Me and Akame took Y/n to his room and laid him on his bed. Akame started to search for any wounds, but nothing. Just some blood stains on his clothes.

Akame: "That's weird, he doesn't have any wounds." I nodded.

Lubbock: "Yeah, but the only thing that he has as a scar is the one on his eye." I said pointing to his right eye that had a scar from his eyebrow down to his cheekbone.

She scanned it, and then, all of a sudden, she moved his hair and caressed his forehead down to his right cheek.

I leaned to the side to see her expression and it was a relieved one, but with a tint of pink on her cheeks. 'For her to care about her teammates is normal, but to do such actions is totally odd.' I thought.

Lubbock: "Ahem, we should head back to the others." She flinched and came to realization. She retracted her hand away from his face and nodded.

Akame: "We should. Lets go." I raised my eyebrow when she passed me. I looked at Y/n one more time, then started walking back to the others.

Najenda P.o.v

I was analyzing the Imperial Arms that the boys brought from their mission, but the one that caught my attention was the golden spear: 'All Father's Legacy: Gugnir'. One of the Imperial Arms not recorded in the books, yet is one of the most powerful.

Mine and Leone were treating Bulat's and Tatsumi's wounds, and Sheele was watching. I put aside the Imperial Arm, and went to the others. Right on cue, Akame and Lubbock got back.

Najenda: "Is Y/n alright?" They both nodded.

Lubbock: "Like he hunted a dragon and didn't get a scratch." I raised and eyebrow.

Akame: "He's correct. Y/n doesn't have any wounds, just blood stains." I was shocked and confused.

Tatsumi: "That's because of his Imperial Arm." We all looked at him in shocked, except Bulat. I was shocked because he finally knew how to use it. Mine stopped checking his cheek and looked at him.

Mine: "What are you talking about? Y/n doesn't have an Imperial Arm."

Bulat: "He actually does." We turned to him. "Y/n has an Imperial Arm. He used it to save us."

Leone: "What was his Imperial Arm?" Leone asked, trying to calm down from the shocking news while wrapping a bandage on his arm.

Bulat: "It was Harvestlion." Leone stopped once again.

Leone: "But, wasn't that the Imperial Arm that we were searching a few weeks ago?" Leone turned to me with confusion, but I ignored it and looked at Bulat.

Najenda: "What actually happened?" Bulat took a deep breath.

Bulat: "Tatsumi, Y/n, and I were face to face against the Four Beasts. One of them was my former general, and the another was the son of the Warchief. We were handling it pretty well. Y/n pushed me aside and killed one of them, but that cost him his life."

Mine: "Hold on, if saving you cost him his life, then how come he's still alive!?"

Tatsumi: "His Imperial Arm resurrected him." We all turned to him. "Crows were flying around, and once he yelled the name of his Imperial Arm, they started form over his body. They or he became the spitting image of the Grim Reaper. He killed another and I did the same with Incursio."

Najenda: "This means that you now wield Incursio?" He nodded. I looked at Bulat and he confirmed it.

Leone stomped her foot and caught our attention. "Can anyone tell me why does Y/n have an Imperial Arm that we were searching a few weeks ago!!!" She yelled at us with irriation.

Bulat: "I'm wondering that myself." He stood up. "How come Y/n has the 'Non-Usable' Imperial Arm?"

Sheele: "The what now?"

Bulat: "Non-Usable. That Imperial Arm was used on many babies and they all died in the process, but it seems that Y/n is using it. How come?" They were all confused and giving thought to it, until I caught their attention with a sigh. "You know something, don't you boss?"

I took a chair and sat on it while turning on a cigarette.

Najenda: "Now you know why it was called a 'Non-Usable', let me tell you another story. Do any of you know about the L/n Family?"

Tatsumi: "Do you mean the personal bodyguards of the first Emperor?" I nodded.

Mine: "You also know of them?" She asked shocked and surprise.

Tatsumi: "Of course I do! They were well known in my village."

Lubbock: "But what does the L/n has to do with Y/n?" They all looked at me, but I just scratched my chin while looking at them.

Tatsumi: "Hold up. So it's true. That Y/n is a... L/n?" I nodded.

Mine: "Impossible. For what we know, the L/n were slaughtered or chased out of the Capital. There's no way that he is a L/n."

Najenda: "For what I know and confirm that Y/n IS a L/n. The last of the L/n. His weapon, the Weaponing Master, is carried by one family. And that family is the L/n."

Bulat: "Y/n told us that he is a L/n. I couldn't believe it, but now I know that he is."

Leone: "Ok people, sorry for intruding in your little history, but what does this have to do with his Imperial Arm?"

Najenda: "It has to do with everything." They all looked at me. "From what we know, is that his Imperial Arm was for a new born. Once they drank it they died, but Y/n seems to be the only one to drink it and survived. Maybe he'll be the only one that will use it."

Leone: "Ok yeah, but what relations has the Imperial Arm with him being a L/n?"

Najenda: "That his Imperial Arm is said to be one of the strongest amongst others, and him being a L/n is another big thing."

Leone: "Damn it Boss! Stop stalling the question and just tell us already!!! Also, the readers are desperate to know!!!" I was confused at the last one, but sighed.

Najenda: "That Y/n may be the one to turn the tide of this war."

Y/n P.o.v

I felt myself breathing. I started to open my eyes, but it was all blurry. I shook my head and scratch my eyes to adjust my vision. Once it did, I sat up and held my head.

???: "Seems you're finally awake." I turned to my side, and saw Najenda sitting there with her legs and arms crossed.

Y/n: "H-How long have I been out?"

Najenda: "Technically, you're supposed to be dead." I looked at her confused, then flashbacks came to my head that gave me headache. "Hey, take it easy." She sat on my bed and held me a cup of water. I took it and drank it.

Y/n: "Thanks." I gave her the cup back, but held my head.

Najenda: "Do you remember anything about the last mission?" I concentrated, and the only thing I remembered was fighting the Four Beasts and getting stabbed. The other things are just like looking at a keyhole. "So that was the only thing?" I looked at her confused. "You were thinking out loud." She stated. I just looked at away, embarrassed. She chuckled. "Seems your ok and ready to greet the others so, get up and head to the training area." She ordered, like a real order, while she started to move towards the exit. 'What's going on?' I asked myself.

Y/n: "Boss." She turned to me with a small glare. "I-I mean, Najenda." Her glare became a soft stare. "You haven't answered my question. How long was I in bed?" She ssighed.

Najenda: "Only a few days. Now, get ready, and head towards the training area." With that, she closed my door and left.

I leaned my head on both of my hands and sighed, wondering what was happening. Najenda was treating me like a soldier, she sounded like the others were expecting me for some reason, and she didn't have an expression of relief when she saw me awake. Something was up, and I needed to find out what.

I stood up from my bed and changed my clothes.

CAW

I turned toward the window and saw a crow staring at me while moving its' head side to side to see me with both eyes. Somehow, I started to move towards it, and extended my hand. When it was close, it moved towards my hand and started to move around my palm like a cat. I caressed its' head then scratched it.

I stopped and went towards door. I picked up the hilt and put it inside the jacket. I opened the door, and turned to look at the window, and there was nothing. I closed the door and started walk towards the training grounds.

Few minutes later, I turned a corner, and saw Bulat training with his wooden staff against Leone who was using her fist, Akame training with Tatsumi with wooden swords, Lubbock was doing push up with Sheele on his back which was weird to see Lubbock working out, and Mine was yelling at Lubbock to keep on going.

It still felt weird that they were training like this. The one who trains here are Bulat, Tatsumi, and Akame, but all of them here was different.

Y/n: "Hey everyone, what's up?" I announced myself. They all stopped doing what they were doing, and turned to me.

I expected Leone or Lubbock to jump on me to give me a hug, but to my disappoinment, they didn't. Sheele got off Lubbock, and he stood up. They all had a emotionless face, the one that Akame gives. 'I swear, they'll kill me with those stares.' I thought. "What's wrong? Everything ok?" I asked, wanting to know what was wrong with them. Bulat took another staff, and went toward me.

Bulat: "How are you feeling?" His tone wasn't happy. It sounded like the one he used against his former General. I nodded.

Y/n: "I feel fine. Just came here to let you know that I'm ok." I gave a smile.

Bulat: "Good." He threw me the staff that he took. I catched it, and looked at Bulat who just took a stance. "Then be ready." He charged at me from above, but I blocked it and pushed him away.

Y/n: "Now hold on a sec-" I tried to protest, but Bulat charged at me head on.

He swung his staff side to side at normal speed, and I blocked them. He kept on swinging and kept increasing his speed. I kept on blocking, but he went to my feet, and made me fall. I was laying on my back. I saw him raising the staff to strike me. When he was half way, I somehow disappeared from the floor, becoming many black birds and making flapping sounds, appeared behind him, and my body was swinging the staff horizontally, hitting Bulat on his side sending him away.

I looked to my body, still holding the staff, shocked and trembling of what had just happened. Out of nowhere, I dodged my head to my left, and kicked behind me. I looked at the person I kicked, and it was Leone holding her abdomen, and she gave me a glare.

Y/n: "I'm... I'm really sorry. I don't-" I dodged backwards, because Akame swung her sword down on me, then she swung it horizontally towards me, but I blocked it and took hold of her sword. "What are you guys doing!?" I asked desperate for an answer, but they still gave me glares.

Akame kicked my leg, and made me kneel. She swung horizontally again, but I parried her, stood up very quick, and pushed her with my shoulder making her fall back. 'She is holding back.' I thought.

Tatsumi charged at me and swung diagonally several time, but I dodged them. Then he went to attack me from above, but I blocked it. 'Divide...' I felt someone behind me, but then a sound of someone blocking a wooden weapon was heard. I took a small glimpse of what it was, and saw the creature that saved me from the three soldiers eight years ago, blocking Bulat's attack with a scythe.

It pushed Bulat away, and I did the same with Tatsumi. They all had shock faces as I did. I looked behind me, and there was no one there, just Bulat looking at me. The four that were attacking me nodded at each other and took stances. The other three were just watching with worried faces. I wanted to know why they were attacking me without question, but Tatsumi and Akame charged at me from each side.

'...and Conquer.' I blocked Tasumi, moved his sword to the ground, then the creature picked up Tatsumi and threw him a few feet away from me. I turned around my head, and went to the feet of Akame, and as expected, she jumped. I looked up and saw the creature again grabbing her face and throwing her where she came from.

I leaped back, and dodged to the side from Leone's fists. I dodged down from Bulat's hit from behind, but saw Leone doing the same while sending a uppercut. Again, I disappeared into black birds again, raised Leone to the air, appeared on top of her, and the creature pushed her down to the ground. Bulat was behind me ready to hit me, but I blocked it, took hold of it, and went to kick him which he catch it. I flipped mid-air and kicked him on his face with me free leg.

Once I landed, Akame striked from above, and Tatsumi from below, which I blocked it with both ends of the staff, flipped the staff, and did a split kick on them.

Then, all at the same time, they charged at me, but one by one they were senidng me blows, kicks, punch. I couldn't dodged them all, neither I couldn't counter nor parry. I couldn't teleport or whatever I did, nor did the creature appeared to help.

With each hit, I felt pain, sorrow, confusion, and more negative feelings. Then, I felt power rising in my body.

I stood up abruptly, swung the staff horizontally making a full circle with purple fire tracing behind it. Then, I stabbed the staff on the ground and the fire burst to all directions making everyone fly away from me while I screamed with full hatred.

Once I felt the power within me decrease, I looked around me, and saw everyone on the floor looking at me with shocked and scared faces. I was panting and trembling. I let go of the staff, and once it fell, I ran towards a fountain that had a bucket filled with water.

I started to wash my face agitated and spitting on the ground the water that got inside my mouth. I wiped my face, and held myself on the fountain. Then, I looked at my reflection, and saw that I had eyes red. Not Akame red eyes, but glowing dark red eyes. I was confused that I got closer and saw the red disappearing and been replaced with my normal e/c eyes.

Y/n: "What the hell!?" I kept on panting, trying to understand what has happened.

Bulat: "Y/n..." I turned around, worried of what would happen. Then, I disappeared and was on the other side of the fountain, but tumbled on my steps and fell. I opened my eyes and saw Bulat with his hands extended towards me. "Calm down, we're not going to hurt you."

Y/n: "The hell you will! You and the others attacked me after I got out of bed from the last mission! So why should I believe you!? HUH!?"

Bulat: "We were just trying to see if it was really you. You used your Imperial Arm, but it wasn't you who was in control."

Y/n: "So what!? This was some sort of training exercise to see if I'm still me!?" He nodded.

Bulat: "Yes." He simply said with guilt. "I didn't wanted to do this, but it was to make sure that-"

Y/n: "That I wasn't monster that can't be tamed?" I interrupted him and looked away.

Then I felt a hand on my cheek that made me flinched and stare at a pair of red eyes who was trying to comfort me.

Akame: "You are not a monster. We just wanted to make sure that you knew you had an Imperial Arm and that you could control it." She said with sadness in her voice. I was still mad at them for what they did.

Y/n: "You should've asked before jumping to conclusions." I looked behind her and looked at Bulat.

Najenda: "If they hadn't fought you, that meant that you couldn't make all those amazing moves you performed." I looked to the side and saw Najenda carrying a backpack with Imperial Arms and resources in it, and she had a proud look.

Y/n: "Were you entertained? Because I wasn't having fun." I glared at her which her smile turned to a serious with a small sadness.

Najenda: "I know it wasn't the way you wanted, but we wanted to exploit your abilities at the best we could. And it looked like you did perfectly."

Y/n: "It's not like I know how to use it now because I was in a difficult situation and everything came naturally."

Najenda: "And in the mean time, you'll learn how to use it with no problem." She gave me a smile.

Lubbock: "You can't be mad forever Y/n. Just be glad that they went easy on you."

Leone: "I actually wasn't going easy on him." Lubbock nudged at her. "I mean, yeah, I was holding back. A little." I just sighed while facepalming. I looked at each and one of them with one eye opened, then sighed again.

Y/n: "Alright. But you must earn your forgiveness." They all sighed or cheered.

Mine: "Hey, what about us three!? We didn't do anything."

Y/n: "Exactly, you didn't DO anything to stop it and didn't say anything about it."

Sheele: "That means me as well?" She was on the verge of tears.

Y/n: "You are forgiven." I said as quickly as possible. She gave me a huge smile, that made my heart melt. 'Been a airhead and cute at the same time is adorable.' I thought.

Lubbock: "How about me? We are bros right?"

Y/n: "Sorry dude, but bros before h- I mean girls doesn't apply on this one." I stated bluntly.

Leone: "How about that crazy nig-"

Y/n: "Can you all stop asking me one at a time!? I only forgave Sheele, the rest of you have to earn it!" They all stopped. 'Finally.' I thought in relief.

Najenda: "Oh, speaking of earning." She took out Gugnir from her backpack. "Take it Bulat." She threw it to Bulat which he catched it. Then, the spear started to glow. "It seems that Gugnir has taken a liking to you, which means you're coming with me to the Main Camp of the Revolutions so you can practice its' abilites." Bulat nodded and started to make tricks with it, not power, but acrobatics stuff. "Anyways, Akame, you will lead and take care of things while I'm gone. The only startegy that you must focus on is working together. Do you understand." Akame stood up nodded.

Akame: "I think I got it." I raised an eyebrow. 'How reassuring.' I thought.

I stood up and found myself inches away from Najenda's face who she was smirking. She got to my ear and whispered.

Najenda: *If I don't have that forgivenss by the time I get back, you'll regret it.* My eyes widened and I gulped.

Y/n: *I-If you keep doing that, you'll lose something that you already had.* I fired back, knowing about Lubbock and trying to help him with her.

Najenda: *I'll take that offer.*

Y/n: *Just open your eyes and see what's in front of you.* I said very serious this time. I saw her body tense, but she gave thought to it.

Najenda: *We'll talk later.* She said very serious, and I nodded. She backed away and looked at the others. "I bid you all farewell, and I hope to see you in a few days." She picked up her backpack and started to walk. Bulat put a hand on my shoulder with a reassuring smile, then left. Now that I noticed, he put on his armour and jacket without us even noticing. Also, he had the spear on his back.

Lubbock: "What did Miss Najenda said to you?" His voice sounded jealous.

Y/n: "She told me to practice more with my Imperial Arm and to trust in you all in training." Then I sneezed, disappeared from where I was and now I was hanging on a tree upside down. I looked at the others and they were holding the laughter except Akame who had a monotone expression.

Lubbock: "Yeah, you should."
