POV: Y/n

I was walking through the woods near our targets house after chasing a few guards that had ran. Upon returning I saw Leone holding Akame back as a brown haired guy killed the girl who was one of our targets. I then heard a rustling in the leaves, I looked behind me, getting into a fighting stance and three giant guards came out and one of them swung at me.

POV: Tatsumi

I was walking out of the shack after having Ieyasu die in my arms, I saw a guard land on the ground in front of me, followed soon by some humanoid danger beast. "Holy shit!" I screamed drawing my sword as the danger beast tore the guard apart. "Y-y-you t-t-two m-might w-want to see this." "What is it lad?" the blonde asked walking outside with the raven haired girl, "It's just Y/n" "WHAT?" I screamed seeing the beast be shrouded in a vial of smoke.

POV: Y/n

"Your skull will make an excellent helmet." I said reverting from my animal form. "Leone, Akame, what took you two so long, this unknown kid stole your kill." "Well I owed him one." Leone said grabbing the kid. "Why do you have so many skulls?" the kid asked. "In my tribe the show your rank," I answered, "I am the last member, and I was one of the strongest. Which is why I have 14, two of them belonging to danger beasts." "Also," the kid added, "HOW THE FUCK COULD YOU TURN INTO A DANGER BEAST?" "My tribe was a unique one," I said seeing Akame look down, "we could gain abilities akin to that of animals, some could do that with two, my two are that of a wolverine and a tiger. I'll answer more in depth back at base." "Couldn't agree more Y/n." Leone said picking up the kid. "HEY WAIT!" The kid screamed, "I NEED TO BURY MY FRIENDS!" "You can do that later." I said tapping him on the back of the neck, knocking him out and throwing him over my shoulder."

"Hey Y/n, you ready to head back to base?" Bulat asked as we reached the extraction point. "Take the kid," I said placing the kid on Bulat's shoulder. "I'll take the long way home." "Y/n-chan I'll tag along." Leone said grabbing my arm placing it between her breasts. "Fine, better keep up!" I said activating my powers. We then darted off into the woods headed back toward base.

"So Y/n," Leone started, "Why haven't you gotten a mate?" "Why do you care?" I asked looking for a reaction, "Don't avoid my question," Leone started, "I'll tell you if you answer my question." "Fine," I said reluctantly, "I don't really see the point in a relationship, after seeing my tribe slaughtered, home and only reason I had for staying destroyed and killing on of the guys with his own weapon." "Wow, I didn't know that." Leone said hugging me, "I guess that's the sword you carry but rarely use." "Yea," I started, "The skull on the cross-guard was his, I got a bit of info out of him though." "And that's why you joined us, he was a member of an Imperial Assassination group." Leone said, "Yeah," I started remembering our deal, "Now why do you care that I don't have a mate?" "We complement each other, don't we?" Leone asked. "What do you mean by that" I asked as we stopped. "Well, your powers are very similar," Leone started, looking down, "and after working with you for a few years..." "No need to continue," I started, "I know where you're going." "You do?" Leone said with a slight blush. "Yea, and don't get me wrong," I started, "you're beautiful, but Lionelle has started to corrupt you, I don't like people using their animal traits to have sex, it can be terrible, Uncle Jamo used his squid arms to, uhh, 'play with' captives." "How'd he die?" Leone asked. "I'm 90% sure he was killed by a female captive." "Fitting." Leone said, "Definitely." I said.  "I wouldn't mind using our powers in the bedroom." Leone said seductively. "Let's just get home." I said quickly. "Awwww." Leone said sadly, "Let's go home." I said grabbing her hand.
