POV: Y/n

"What are you gonna do?" Fox asked as I walked up to him while cracking my knuckles. "I'm going to kill vermin like you." I said punching him in the face. This caused him to fall onto the ground in a similar pose to before. "I give up," Fox pleaded, "I ain't strong enough to fight you! I'll tell you where Jackal's hiding! Just spare me!" "I have no problems making you confess." I said walking over to the large rock I had dropped when Akame fell for his trap and lifting it over my head. "Woah, woah, woah," Fox said in a panic, "you wouldn't kill an unarmed man, would you!?"

"I don't care how vermin like you die." I said throwing the boulder on the ground. I then slid where the now shattered stone landed, ending up below Fox. "So- son of a bitch!" Fox cried, still in the air, "Where is he?!" "Right here!" I shouted kicking him in the back, "Your weakness lies in the abnormal power you use to jump!" "What are you!?" Fox cried. "Tell me where I can find Jackal!" "Huh?! Who's going to tal- tata- ta What the hell?!" Fox cried, "My mouth, it's moving on it's own, speaking..." "I touched the shinichi pressure point," I explained, "you can only tell the truth now." "Jackal is on the way to Villainy Prison," Fox said clearly "That prison holds the worst criminals known to the Empire." Akame said walking near us, "Anyone the Minister couldn't execute went there." "Well then," I said getting up, "We can carry on with the execution." "Eliminate." Akame said drawing Murasame. "I'll kill you both!" Fox cried flailing his arms around wildly, "I'M GONNA FUCKING KILL YOU BOTH!" "Finally showing your true colors." I said sending Fox higher in the air. As he fell back down, Akame ran in and stabbed him through the heart. "Let's go to Villainy Prison." Akame said helping me up. "One moment," I said looking at Fox's corpse, "I want to send him a message."

After a while of walking, Akame and I reached the outskirts of the town by Villainy Prison, I threw Fox's corpse into the town, and watched as Jackal freaked out after seeing his dead second-in-command. "Until now he's been a beast that hunted his prey just to kill it." I said kneeling down to get a better look at the town, "Now he's going to learn the fear of being hunted himself!" "Y/n, why are you after him?" Akame asked as I got up. "He killed my brother." I said walking past her, "His men also caused the death of my niece." "Wait," Akame said running up behind me, "you have a niece?" "A handful, actually," I laughed, "Mudai adopted a bunch of orphans, but had two daughters." "Y/n, I, I'm sorry for your loss." Akame said giving me a hug from behind. "Thank you Akame." I said embracing her, "Let's get this mission done." "Alright." Akame said as we ran into the town.

We saw the other members of the bandits fleeing and scurrying around. "Shall we take them out?" I asked Akame, who had drew Murasame. "They are all targets," Akame said as we dashed towards the bandits, "Eliminate." A couple of the bandits saw me and Akame and pointed us out. "Anyone those two target is guaranteed to die!" the bandit shouted causing causing even more panic. "Well, they know we're here." I said as we followed the bandits to Fox's corpse, "We need to kill them all!" Akame said cutting down the slowest bandits. "Hold up." I said stopping Akame with my hand, "It sounds like a mutiny is about to occur."

A few seconds later the bar we ran towards exploded, with only Jackal running out alive. I watched him scoot back on the ground. I placed my boot on his head and applied pressure. "I've been looking for you." I said as he turned to face me, "Remember me?" "You, you're the damn beast," Jackal said getting up as Akame walked behind him, "Can you forgive me?!" "NO!" I shouted punching him in the arm, dislocating it, causing it to spin around him, "Die!" Akame shouted dashing at him. Jackal unfortunately stumbled out of the way of Murasame, and started running towards the prison. "Dammit!" I shouted catching Akame, "After him!" "Wait, Y/n!" Akame shouted as I picked her up bridal style and started running after Jackal towards the prison, "That prison is full of the most dangerous people in the entire Empire!"

When we reached the prison's gate, I saw a bandit dead on the ground and another one recovering from a burst of fear. "What happened here?" I asked setting down Akame, "Ja, Jackal went to release the Demon!" the bandit said running away. "We should kill him." Akame said walking after him as I grabbed her, "Let him go Akame," I said turning her around, "he won't be a problem anymore." "But the mission," Akame said as I turned to him. "Hey a-hole, you got family" I asked seeing the bandit turn around. "N-n-no." he said full of fear, "Then go, no one will look for you." "Thank you sir!" the bandit shouted running out of sight. "Let's see what's down here." I said as Akame and I walked down into the prison.

A loud explosion could be heard throughout the entire prison, followed by the sound of steel and concrete crashing to the ground. "Someone just woke up." I said as I heard a scream come up ahead. "Sounds like Jackal has been killed by whoever he freed." Akame said, "That may be," I said continuing on my way, "but we may need to kill whoever killed him." Just then another explosion echoed throughout the prison, followed by the crashing of more steel and concrete. I ran forward around a bend, and saw Jackal next to a giant. "He's here!" Jackal shouted as he saw me, "The other's nearby!" "So this is it." I said looking at the two people in front of me, "This monster, the last trick up your sleeve." As I said that Akame walked behind me and I started cracking my knuckles. "Wait!" Jackal shouted, "I won't let you touch my little brother!" "Then why did you kill my brother!" I shouted walking closer. "You won't harm my little brother!" Jackal shouted, "If you plan on harming him, you will have to kill me first! Bro, he's the one responsible for imprisoning you! But don't worry, I'll protect you even at the cost of my life." "Your acting may be awful, but I have no complaints!" I shouted as Akame and I ran in to kill them both. The giant then grabbed Jackal and sent him out of the way, "It's you," the giant said, "the one who put me in a cage!" "Devil," Jackal shouted as he started to fend of Akame's attacks, "Kill him! Kill him!"

Devil then lifted a piece of debris and held it above is head. "DIE!" Devil shouted before throwing down the stone where I stood. "Y/N!" Akame shouted blocking an attack from Jackal. I had jumped up as the stone was thrown, when I reached Devil's face I swung my right foot to kick, but it was blocked by his hand. "What?" I said as Devil started to swung me up through the roof. "~Cough~ I wasn't expecting that." I said sitting up, finding myself in a colosseum. I then saw Devil jump up with Jackal in his grip. "Don't think Devil is just a mindless giant brute." Jackal said as he was put down. "Thi- this is Rakan Niouken?!" I said in shock. I saw Akame climb up and run towards me, "I take it he's strong?" Akame said getting into her fighting stance, "Yes." I responded, "The Niouken technique is known as the incarnation of the Devil, then I'll show you that Hokuto Shinken is the incarnation of Indra!"

I then started to focus, using every muscle in my body, destroying my jacket and bracers. "What's up with your body!?" Jackal asked. "Extraordinary strength is hidden inside the bodies of mortal men." I said placing my hands together, "Normal men can only use 30% of this strength, but I know ow to use 100%! That's the secret of the Hokuto Shinken Respiration Technique 'Tenryu' [Metamorphosis of the Dragon]!" "Murasame can kill anything that lives with a single cut." Akame said dashing in towards Devil. "No matter how you kill," Jackal laughed, "it's useless if you can't touch your enemy! Devil, sow them the secret of Niouken!" Devil then started to move is hands, collecting his wrists together near his chest. "Fusatsu Kongouken! [Gold and Metal Fist of the Killing Wind]" Devil said extending his palms causing strong winds to be blown in our direction.

The winds were strong enough to send Akame flying back. I jumped up to catch her, causing us to be sent into a part of the colosseum, cracking it. "You got them!" Jackal shouted, "We have nothing left to fear! We'll kill the beast's spawn, the take the well!" Hearing that, I started getting up, revealing Akame underneath me, "You should learn to always finish the job!" I shouted as we rushed at our targets. "How did you survive!?" Jackal shouted as Akame slashed at him. "That is a secret only known to the Hokuto Shinken master." I shouted jumping into the air. "Devil, go!" Jackal said countering for Akame, "Kill him for me!" Devil then jumped into the air and tried to squash me with his hands. I countered by pushing against his palms, creating holes in the center of is hand. I flung myself up higher as Devil cried out in pain in a childish manner, "I- ID HURDZ!" Devil cried. "Hokuto Shichi Shiseiten! [The 7 Points of the Star of Death]" I then threw a series of punches and kicks as I fell back to ground.

"Wha, wha, what?!" Jackal cried as Akame landed the tip of Murasame into his chest. Devil then fell to the ground creating a thud before the effects of the Hokuto kicked in causing his ribs to implode. "The tenryu enables you to concentrate your strength to its sharpest." I said as Jackal walked over towards Devil, "By hitting the vital points you cause all the ribs to implode, it's certain death!" "You, you are the Messiah!" Jackal said weakly, "You, you succeeded in killing the Devil! The Empire will be saved!" "This Empire is far from safe." I said as Akame and I started walking away, "Then you won't leave here alive!" Jackal shouted, throwing a stick of dynamite at us. "You shall die here with your brother!" I shouted sending the dynamite back, watching it explode as it hit the ground, leaving Jackal's corpse a mess. "Come on Y/n" Akame said as we left the prison, "We should head back, I think a storm is on it's way." "Then let's go." I said as we headed to HQ.

When we got back to base, everyone but Sheele was standing outside in the rain. Mine was in the center, holding her arm. "What happened here?" I asked as everyone turned to see us. I could see everyone was distraught over something. "Sh, Sheele was.." Mine said as the realization of what happened hit me. "Wh, where is the person who did it?" Tatsumi asked filled with rage, "Mine?!!" "Wait." Najeda said, "What do you intend to do, Tatsumi?" "It's obvious, isn't it?!" Tatsumi shouted, tears pouring down his face, "Revenge!!!" "Stop." Najeda said calmly, "If you go off half-cocked, all you will be doing is increasing the body count." "Hey!" Tatsumi shouted, "Our friend was killed!!! Do you think I'm just going to sit here and stay silent?!!" Bulat then punched Tatsumi in the face, sending him sliding across the ground, "STOP ACTING LIKE A CHILD TATSUMI!!" Bulat said, "COMPOSE YOURSELF!!! WHEN DID ANYONE EVER SAY THAT WE COULDN'T BE HARMED OR KILLED?!! YOU KNEW THIS COULD HAPPEN WHEN YOU AGREED TO JOIN US!!" "Tatsumi," I said with tears forming in my eyes, "we knew this was going on, we knew she was going to die." "What do you mean Y/n?" Najeda asked, "The night before I left," I said coking on my words, "when Tatsumi ran outside, I followed him and Sheele, while looking at the stars, Sheele noticed the Star the Presages Death, and anyone who see that star dies within a year." "Why," Mine cried, "WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL US! WE COULD HAVE DONE SOMETHING!" "Mine," I said with tears pouring down my face, "there was nothing we could've done, all we would have done is delay the inevitable." "Then Sheelse's death shall not go in vain." Najeda said clutching her metal hand, "the Empire will now fully understand it take a teigu to fight a teigu. And now they will bring in more teigo users to fight for them, But what that means for us, is that the chances to collect more teigu will increase!"

Later that night I was walking from the bathroom when I ran into Akame in the kitchen. "You feeling alright," I asked her, "you seem upset." "I'm fine," Akame said looking away, "just a little upset about Sheele." "We all are Akame." I said placing my hand on her shoulder. "Why don't we get her a treat?" "Let's do that." Akame said with a slight smile. We went into the kitchen and made some sweets for Sheele, "Sheele," I said as Akame set the plate of sweets down, "I'm sorry I wasn't there to help you, I can only hope you have found peace in the afterlife." Akame simply placed her hands together as tears squeezed through her eyes. After we walked inside I sat at the table next to Akame. "Akame, are you sure you're alright?" I asked looking at her, "I know you've seen a lot of death and lost those you loved. But listen to me, I will never die on you, okay." "Thank you Y/n" Akame said looking back down. "Who knows," I said with a smile, "Maybe one day, they'll help us get used to this pain." "THIS PAIN IS NOT SOMETHING YOU CAN EVER GET USED TO Y/N!" Akame shouted grabbing my shirt, "but these feelings will impact our missions, so we have to act fine about this! We work in the shadows!" "I know this Akame." I said making her look up to me, "I've lost almost everyone I care about, almost everyone I love, and yet, I'm still going on." "I'm sorry Y/n." Akame said as I wiped the tears from her eyes. "Akame," I said leaning in to her, "I still have you." "What?" Akame asked with a blush, "Akame, I love you." I said before kissing her.

The next thing I knew, Akame had slapped me onto the ground and ran off to her room before I could say anything. Dammit Y/n, dammit! I thought going back to my room. "I'm sorry my son." my father said as my family appeared before me. "I'll be fine father." I responded. "Just give it time Y/n," Mudia said, "I didn't get my wife in one day, so why would you?" "That's just a low blow." I thought changing into my pajamas, "Look, Y/n," Umber said rubbing the bridge of her nose, "You're a good looking guy, you're very sweet, you're nothing like Jamo. Any woman who doesn't want you is just not right for you." "Thanks Umber, didn't know you watched me." I mentally joked seeing Umber's face glow red, "Well, someone needs to make sure you were safe." Umber said before I heard a knock on the door. "It's open." I said as Akame walked in. "Uhhh, hey Akame," I said as she closed the door, "I'm sorry for what I did, I just wanted to tell you how I felt, and I didn't kn-"

Akame interrupted my sentence by kissing me. "I'm sorry Y/n." Akame said taking a step back, "I overreacted. I still love my sister, and I guess I'm still not over what happened years ago." "What are you talking about?" I asked holding Akame's hands. "I- I was molested by Merriad Oarburgh." Akame said weakly, "I was held prisoner there with Kurome for a few days, and b- before we escaped I- I was almost," Akame then started crying into my chest, I moved my hands to her back and embraced her, trying to make her feel better. "Akame," I said weakly, "I'm here for you, when you think you're ready, let me know okay, my feelings will always stay the same." "Thank you Y/n." Akame said wiping away her tears, "I'll talk to you about it tomorrow, I'm too tired right now." "Good night Akame." I said kissing her on the forehead, "Good night Y/n." Akame said as she left my room.

"I told you so." Mudai and Umber said as my family showed up in my mind. "I never said I didn't agree with what you said." I responded, laying down in my bed. "The Grave Keepers shall live on!" my Father said wit joy.

So, man this is long, bout 2,864 words, I'm sorry this took so long, college and other stuff. So I now have a question, and this is gonna be weird, do y'all want lemons in this book, I am definitely planning on making parts of this about the relationships between characters, so if y'all want lemons, I'll try to write some.
