Hyakkimaru:"Wait..."

The blind swordsman halted himself before glancing at the little girl he wished to protect. He saw her soul, it was grey but...it had a red outline.

Hyakkimaru:"She's something else..."

He lowered my guard and looked at the giant building behind the three of them. Hyakkimaru saw as much as a small kindling of a soul inside, someone's slowly dying inside the building.

Hyakkimaru grabs the hand of Tatsumi, who becomes confused on why the sudden grip. He felt his hand was rough, almost like it was made of oak wood.

Tatsumi:"H-huh..? What are you doing..?"

He shook his head before dragging Tatsumi away from the small little girl, much to her fearful retaliation.

The red silhouette soon smiled lightly, knowing that the blind swordsman knew now what she was on the inside. Her name is Akame, an assassin in Night Raid.

Akame:"It seems that he finally saw what the small girl was on the inside, he has a keen sense of survivability to know someone's hostility level."

Tatsumi:"What do you mean?"

Leone:"She means that the girl isn't she seems to be."

Another silhouette appeared in the blind swordsman's path of vision, one with a white soul as well. He could not tell everything but she seemed worthy enough to be kept alive.

Tatsumi:"Hey! You're that girl at the bar! I want my money back!

Leone:"Yep, that's me! I suppose you want me to close my debt to you!"

Tatsumi:"Of course!"

Leone:"Well, back to topic. You may see us that we're going to kill an innocent little girl, but let me show you what she actually is once you see what's inside that."

She points at the building where Hyakkimaru found the small kindled white soul, became interested himself as the woman punched the doors off it.

Leone:"Here it is. Welcome to the Capital, kid."

Rotting corpses filled the building as multiple slashes, cuts, bruises and some were cut in half. Tatsumi held in the urge to faint or lose his stomach from the disgusting sight and stench.

Tatsumi:"W-what is this place..?"

Leone:"We learned that they fancied picking up out of town adventurers from the country side and torture them to death for their own sick and twisted entertainment."

Hyakkimaru "saw" multiple lifelines falling as their souls disappeared from their bodies. One specifically, a corpse of a woman tied up that resembled someone he yearned the most.

Leone:"That's the reality inside this sweet happy little sadistic family, now do you understand?"

He falls to the ground, aching, he didn't want to remember but that spiteful memory still haunts him deep down. Hyakkimaru tries not succumb to his own path of rage and wrath.

Tatsumi:"H-hey..! Are you-....okay...?"

Tatsumi's heart suddenly got filled with dread, he saw one of his best friends tied up. Bruised up and slashed, wounds infected and blood dried up onto the skin.

Tatsumi:"S-Sayo....n-no that's...Sayo..!"

Leone:"Do you know who that girl is..?"

The little girl was trying to escape but Leone grabbed her head using her enlarged animalistic claws. Hyakkimaru started to clutch his head, trying to get that memory out of his head.

Leone:"Oopsie! Didn't think we would be done with you, did ya sweetie pie?"

Tatsumi:"Did they really do this..?"

Leone:"Yes they did, the guard's are just as guilty for it as for keeping it a secret."

Little girl:"She's lying! I didn't know anything about this! Who would you believe?! These murderers or the one that saved you?!"

She screamed to retaliate the accusations about her and the family behind this mass murdering spree. Suddenly, a voice called out to the brown haired young man. His other friend, Ieyasu.

Ieyasu:"Tatsumi..."

Tatsumi:"...U-uh..."

He turn his head to a cage with a boy inside, a badly injured teen with a bandage strapped around his noggin.

Ieyasu:"Is that...Is it you? It's me..."

Tatsumi:"Ieyasu..!"

Ieyasu:"She invited us to stay at her house..she gave us something to eat...everything w-went black...then we woke up here...! And that girl tortured...that girl tortured Sayo to death..!"

The slowly dying boy said, sobbing as he falls to his knees, giving the last of his strength to inform both Tatsumi and Hyakkimaru. Suddenly, the girl finally broke.

Hyakkimaru:"M...io...."

Little girl:"Fine fine! So I did it! Happy?! These trash are just worthless filth..! They are nothing but....but livestock for me to use as I see fit..! Garbage like her doesn't deserve to have beautiful hair..!"

Hyakkimaru saw the girl's soul turn into a crimson red the second she broke from her innocent little girl facade.

Little girl:"Mine is always giving me trouble so I treated her extra special! She should be grateful and honored to me who have her so much attention! Ungrateful bitch!"

The blind swordsman's sanity finally snapped and because of that he and Tatsumi gained an unrivaled intent to kill the girl.

Leone:"Sorry honey, we have to interrupt your little tantrum but, you are kind of disturbing..."

Akame:"I'll kill her-"

Tatsumi:"Wait...."

Leone:"You're kidding? You still want to defend her?"

Tatsumi:"No.."

The two walked forward, their hands reach the hilt of their swords as they didn't hesitate on killing the little girl..

Tatsumi:"We'll do it....!"

Hyakkimaru:"Raaaaahh!!!"

The blind swordsman's rage filled the area with dread as tons of guards reached the area.

Too much that even Night Guard wouldn't be able to handle it at a time like this.

Leone:"We got company! Kid, take your friend! We gotta get out of here!"

Tatsumi helped Ieyasu out of the cage as they left the area by jumping into the unseen cables made by one of their allies. They left the swordsman on the ground where he was surrounded.

Tatsumi:"Hey! Can't we save him!?"

Leone:"There's too much, he's on his own."

Once able to be undetected by the guards, they got with their team and saw the blind swordsman ripped his hands off to reveal two sharp swords.

Leone:"What in the?!"

Tatsumi:"That guy's....a disabled fighter..?"

Akame:".........."

"You better hope that when that beast comes out of it's cage, it doesn't become a monster..."

Hyakkimaru:"Die...!"

He screamed as he was ready on getting blood spilled by his blades. Hell better start making room for these demonic souls because the Grim Reaper has come to collect the debt....
