Kuroko P.O.V
We were always together...yet..
Kuroko was holding onto a knife glaring at a Picture with a red head to the right and a blue haired man to the left in the middle was Kuroko. They all were smiling at each other.

"I won't forgive you...I wont forgive you..you broke our promise." Kuroko eyes darken.

"Kuroko/Tetsu! Morning." Both Aomine and Kagami Said.

Kuroko turned to them and smiled.

"Good morning you two. Kagami and Aomine." Kuroko Said.

"Were going tomorrow aren't we." Kuroko Said.

"Of course!" Kagami siad.

"You better not freak out Kagami." Aomine smirk.

"I won't!" Kagami blush embarrass.

"I wish we can stay like this forever." Kuroko Said.

They both looked at him and smiled. They ruffle Kuroko hair.

"Of course." Aomine smirk.

"Definitely!" Kagami smiled.

Kuroko P.O.V

Kagami and me were waking home together. Since our house are almost close together. We were in my house looking at Magazine.

"Kagami." I Said.

"Yeah?" Kagami looked up from his magazine.

"I'm thinking of confessing to Aomine." I smiled.

Kagami eyes widen which I didn't saw.

"You see I've just realized it since last year. Whenever I'm with him my heart start beating really fast." Kuroko face blushed.

When Kagami didn't answer Kuroko looked at him.

"Kagami?" Kuroko Said.

"I see... what if I said I also like Aomine." Kagami looked down.

Kuroko eyes widen.

Kagami liking Aomine...That's right why haven't I noticed it before. If I were to go out with Aomine. How could I expect Kagami to remain by my side as a friend.

"I-I only said what if okay!" Kagami Said.

I put my magazine down.

"It's okay Kagami. You don't need to lie. I was too busy thinking about myself I forgot about you. No one should be left behind right." I smiled.

Kagami held onto both of My shoulder.

"Your wrong Kuroko. It's not about who get left behind people can't held but fall in love. I'm sure Aomine would understand." Kagami smiled.

I was always jealous of Kagami he was good at cooking, basketball and all of the other stuff I could never do. Of course Aomine would fall in love with him.

If they end up going out I would be left alone...if that's going to happen then....

"Hey Kagami how about we do this." I held onto Kagami hand.

"Let's to keep this between us, and promise that we'll always be together." I Said.

"Kuroko, I've always thought about being with Aomine but I can't image a world without you. Because your very important friend to me." Kagami smiled.

"Yeah, lets do that. It's a promise.." I lean into his chest.

"For the sake of us to be together. Our feelings are our little secret." Kagami siad.

We both pinky swear.

"Thank you Kagami." I cried.

Since then our peaceful time continues....

We went to the amusement park and did lots of fun stuff. It was fun. Until I started to noticed something....

"Ah their selling vanilla milkshake." My eyes sparkle.

"I'll be right back." I Said.

"Be careful Tetsu." Aomine Said.

"Yes." I Said and went to buy a vanilla milkshake.

I thanked the cashier and walked back to where Aomine and Kagami was.

"I'm back-" I felt my a pain in my chest.

Aomine and Kagami were talking together and smiling together.

I'm just imagining things..there's no way those two are like that......

I can't think about things like that because we made a promise...it'll be okay...

We took a picture together and left the amusement park.

Since then Aomine went to collage and Kagami started to go to work so I got to see them both less.

"His lights are out again. Look like he's not home." I sigh and walked back home.

Lately Kagami room light being out have been increasing lately. Even if you put work and collage into consideration he's still gone for too long.

"Maybe..." I looked out the window.

No, I can't think like that...we both made a promise and Aomine said we'll always be together. Everything should be okay. I shouldn't hold any suspicion. Because I love both Aomine and Kagami.

I was walking back to Aomine apartment with a bag of chocolate that I made.

"I wonder if Aomine will like this chocolate I made him. I tried my best." I smiled.

I looked at my phone. Kuroko called Kagami several time but he isn't answering. Oh well it's been a long time since we hanged out. Once Kagami come we'll go out and play basketball like we always do. I smiled.

At that time, I had no idea...

that beyond there...

Awaited a tremendous discovery....

Aomine door open I saw Aomine and was about to call out to him.

"Aoi-" my eyes widen at what I saw.

Kagami and Aomine were kissing. Kagami blushed when they parted their lips.

"I'll get going then." Kagami smiled.

"Yeah. See you later." Aomine smiled.

I quickly hid behind the corner as Kagami walked away. He didn't noticed me. I heard the door shut.

I felt something inside me broke. As I drop the chocolate to the floor. I slid down the wall my legs sat on my knees.

"This can't be...is this for real..." My eyes widen.

"Come on we promise...why? Since when? Hey..why did you keep this from me." I held onto my hair.

"Please tell me!!!" I scream.

That day I was sure I heard the sound of the gears of distorted love....

Aomine P.O.V

After I lost my parents when I was little. I was taken to live with a relative house.

"It's your fault our parents always fight! Just go away!"

They pushed my away. Then when the insurance money ran dry I was sent to the orphanage.

But...Kuroko and Kagami was there they gave me hope to live when I was in despair...that's why I decided I would cherish both Kagami and Kuroko.

"This is pretty." Kuroko was looking at some rings.

"I'll buy this for you." I Said.

"What! B-But.." Kuroko looked at me.

"It's fine. I want to since you like it." I smiled.

I handed the ring to him. Kuroko smiled and held it to his chest.

"Then..I'll take good care of it." Kuroko smiled.

One week have past...

Kagami been coming to my home a lot helping out and making me food.

"Today there was a body found in the neighborhood. It appear he was stabbed several times by a kitchen knife.."

My whole body shook as I thought of the my past that someothing really similar happen before.

"Aomine!" Kagami ran toward me and pulled me into an embrace.

"Kagami?" I looked up.

Kagami was making a worried face.

"Sorry..You should leave..." I Said.

"Why?" Kagami looked at me.

"Because..if I told you something might happen to-"

"I won't!" Kagami shouted.

"Kagami.." I looked at him.

Kagami was crying.

"There's no way I'll leave you, You bastard! There's nothing I cherish more than you Aomine! Don't say something like that! Didn't Kuroko Said it too that well always be together forever! Without you I...." Kuroko cried more.

"Kagami..." I looked at him.

I held onto both of his cheek and kissed him.

Then out of impulse I held Kagami into an embrace. I don't regret this relationship I have with Kagami, Who was always there to watch over me. I'm sure he felt the same way.

But there was some thing bothering me..and that was Tetsu.

Kagami was looking at his phone that was ringing. The caller ID was Kuroko. Kagami hesitate to pick it up. He pressed the button and put it on his ear.

"Hello?" Kagami Said.

After Kagami left I was left alone thinking about stuff when suddenly the doorbell ranged. I went up and open the door and saw Kuroko standing there.

"Tetsu?" My eyes widen.

"Sorry for dropping by suddenly." Kuroko walked in the house.

"Tetsu What are you doing here so late? It's dangerous." I Said.

"I know. But if something were to happen you would come save me right?" Kuroko smiled.

"Of course I will. Your a very important to me." I Said.

"I see..then I want to ask you a question." Kuroko turned around.

"Who does Aomine like better? Me or Kagami?" Kuroko Said.

My eyes widen at the sudden question.

"If one of us were to get in trouble who would you save first?" Kuroko made a pained expression.

"Who would I...There's no way I'd be alone to choose. I would do anything to save you both." I Said.

"Liar. That's not even possible." Kuroko laughed.

"Tetsu?" I reach out to him. But he slapped me away.

"If only one of us have to be saved, and the other had to die, Your obviously going to choose Kagami aren't you!!" Kuroko shouted.

"W-what are you saying Tetsu? There's no way I'd save her and leave you behind." I Said.

"But you already chose her over me haven't you! I heard everything from Kagami!" Kuroko Said.

"Why didn't any of you tell me you started a relationship! Didn't you said before that you love me?!" Kuroko cried.

"Tetsu..." I felt guilty.

"So why! Why did you leave me behind!" Kuroko shouted. He hit my chest.

I pulled Kuroko into a hug.

"Tetsu calm down." I Said in a calm tone.

"I get it now..it be better if it was just you two right? Even though I love you so much! Kagami and me even made a promise to not confess to you. The way I love you is much stronger than Kagami yet..." Kuroko cried onto me.

I held onto Kuroko tighter. I felt like a jerk for not noticing Tetsu feeling.

"I'm sorry for not noticing your feeling Tetsu. But I only think of You as a very important friend to me. I'm sorry..." I Said.

I felt Tetsu stopped crying.

"I'm sorry. It's true I cherish you both. But if anything ever happen to you, I'll anything and everything to come save you. So don't say sad things like I'll leave you behind." I held onto him tighter.

Everything went silent for a moment until Kuroko spoke up.

"Will you really do anything for me." Kuroko Said.

"Yeah." I Said.

"I see..in that case. I want you to hold me just like you hold Kagami." Kuroko looked at me in a loving way.

My eyes widen.

"I just want to know what it's like, just this once. Then I'll forget all about this." Kuroko Said.

"Tetsu I-" I tried to say something but he cut me off.

"You can do that right? If you can't do it then..." Kuroko looked at me with dark eyes

"I'll kill Kagami and then myself." He Said darkly.

I held onto his shoulder.

"Don't be ridiculous Tetsu!" I shouted at him.

"Then do it just this one time. If you don't..." Kuroko eyes were serious.

"Alright...But after this everything will return back to normal." I Said.

"I understand." Kuroko Said.

I set Kuroko on the bed and held him.

"Then please be gentle Aomine...." Kuroko hid a smile.

POV End

Kuroko was outside his balcony looking outside.

"Nee, Kagami...Aomine Said he like me yet..why did he choose you.? That's weird..." Kuroko Said.

"Even though he held me gently as if he cherish me. Or maybe you brainwash him some show that he choose you. When the one he likes is me..."

"In that case...I need to make sure they both know the truth. Right? Aomine." Kuroko smiled.

Kagami P.O.V

Ever since I told Kuroko about Aomine and me. He's been saying weird things.

"Aomine wasn't that basketball shop we went to the other day was really great! We should buy something for Kagami too." Kuroko smiled

"What? What are you talking about? We haven't even gone out?" Aomine Said.

"Oh right. That was from last night dream. My bad~" Kuroko smiled.

"Oh right remember when you and me with to the amusement park together. It was just like Kagami Said it was really fun." Kuroko Said.

"Didn't the three of us went together Tetsu?" Aomine siad.

"Huh? Are you sure?" Kuroko eyes darken.

"Y-Yeah were sure." Aomine Said.

Kuroko state changed throughout the day. He bought a knife keychain and both Aomine and I saw the cuts on his wrist.

Kuroko was falling apart...

What should I do? It's my fault!

It's my fault for leaving him behind and starting a relationship with Aomine! Our friendship is collapsing! I'm scared! Please god help us!

I was at Aomine apartment talking about what was happening.

"To think that we caused him to become like that..." I siad.

"Kagami..." Aomine looked at me.

Suddenly my phone ranged. The caller ID was Kuroko.

"Hello?" I answer.

"Kagami. Where are you right now?" Kuroko Said.

"Um..." I felt hesitate to answer.

"I called your home but you weren't answering. It's quiet. Your not outside are you." Kuroko Said.

"Kuroko I.." I hesitate.

"Don't act so flustered. You don't want Aomine Who's right next to you to worry right?" Kuroko smiled.

My eyes widen shocked.

"Nee, Why are you two together without me? Kagami?" Kuroko said.

It's my fault that Kuroko turned this way...I cried. I felt Aomine hugged me from behind making me dropped my phone.

"I'm also at fault Kagami. Please don't be hard on yourself." Aomine Said.

"But..I just can't.." Tears fell from my cheeks.

"I didn't want you to be involved in this. But believe what I have to say next, you are the one I truly love." Aomine Said.

Kuroko is important to means I love Aomine. I have no idea what I should do...will we never be able to go back at that time again?

Kuroko was sitting on his floor humming a tune looking at a photo they took at the amusement park. He was using a black permanent marker crossing out Kagami face.

"Even so.....you are the one who ruined everything, right?" Kuroko stood up and picked up a small knife.

"I'll never forgive you. I'll never forgive you. And the one who broke our promise also..you." Kuroko walked out of the door.

"Aomine it's my fault...Kuroko was the first one to reach out to you and I knew Kuroko was in love with you yet..." Kagami cried.

"Kagami it's okay. It's also my fault we both must bring Kuroko back. Okay." Aomine Said.

"Yeah." Kagami nodded his head.

Suddenly the door creaked open revealing Kuroko smiling with his blank dark eyes hands behind his back.

"Now, now Kagami~ Aomine is mine remember." Kuroko starts to walk toward them.

"No matter how may times I tell you. You just don't get it do you. You just had to go and steal Aomine From me. Everyone will hate you, you know Kagami." Kuroko tighten his hold on the knife.

"However I love you so there's no way I hate you. But...if you keep this up I'm going to have to take some action." Kuroko Said.

"Kuroko..." Kagami Said.

"Kuroko This isn't Kagami fault! I'm the one at fault so direct all your hatred in me! I always knew I shouldn't have chose anyone but I need Kagami with with me! I'm sorry Kuroko to neglect you like that." Aomine looked down.

"Heh..." Kuroko smiled.

Then Kuroko burst out laughing like a maniac they both Looked at Kuroko frighten.

"Have you two lost your mind! And here I'm trying to fix you all! But since talking won't work it seems I have to do this in a different way." Kuroko raises the knife and pointed it at Kagami.

"Regardless this is all Kagami fault for betraying me. So take your punishment for everything you did." Kuroko smiled.

"Kuroko I..I'm sorry.." Kagami closed his eyes.

"Aomine lets be together forever." Kuroko dash toward him with the knife charging at him.

Kagami scream as Kuroko charged toward him.

"Ah...it's just like that day...like my dad at that time, Kuroko hands are shaking." Aomine thought of the past.

He can see Kuroko hands shaking as he charge at him.

"Why..why have I forgotten..as I lost consciousness my father last words were..."

"I love you Tetsu." Aomine whisper. Kuroko eyes widen when he heard those words.

Then there was a loud thud as Aomine fell to the floor. Kagami running toward him.

"Aomine!!" Kagami shouted.

There was blood all over Kuroko and blood on the floor he looks at Aomine who wasn't moving anymore.

"Aomine! Hold on! Aomine!" Kagami shouted.

"Hahaha....." Kuroko laugh.

"Kuroko..." Kagami looked at Kuroko.

"With this he's all mine!! The two of us can be together forever." Kuroko pointed the knife to his neck.

"I'll take everything from you...him, precious memories, all of it..." Kuroko smiled one last time.

Kagami eyes widen he scream and ran toward him. But it was too late....

"Kagami! Let's play basketball!" Kuroko smiled.

Blood spatter all over Kagami. He held onto his best friend. He wasn't moving anymore.

"Kuroko don't die on me! No!!! Aomine please help Kuroko!! Please...Oh god don't take them away from me!!!!" Kagami shouted.

The darkness...it's deep..

I see...I'm all alone here...

All because I killed the two people I believed in...

"Believe in..."

Yeah right it walk all because of my selfishness.

Honestly I did know. Even though you broke our promise I had no intention of blaming you. I acted irrationally while knowing how you feel even though....

I had kind parents, a kind Kagami, and Aomine. My world was always pure...

I thought that I could live with this innocent mindset. But I was the one who shatter that was myself.

I hung onto our promise even though the one who ran away was me first. I ignore the two most important people to me feelings.

Kuroko felt water flowed into his mouth he couldn't breathe. It was dark as he sank into the darkness more.

I was a bad child so.. this is how I'm going to die....it's all so scary...

"I'm scared..." a small theee year old Kuroko cried with a fever.

"It's okay I'm with you Kuroko." A small Kagami smiled.

"Thank you Kagami I love you." Kuroko smiled.

"I love you also. I'll never leave you. I'll stay by your side forever and ever." Kagami smiled.

When Kuroko open his eyes he saw a crying Kagami looking at him with teary eyes.

"Kuroko!!!" Kagami shouted.

Kagami held onto Kuroko cheeks.

"Do you remember me Kuroko!" Kagami Said.

"So warm..."

Kuroko nodded his head.

"I'm sorry...I'm really sorry...you've always meant everything to the world with me. But you became like this because of me... if you really want, we will go back to being childhood friends with Aomine so..." Kagami cried.

"I love you Tetsu." Kuroko remember Aomine words.

Kuroko turned his head away from Kagami. Kagami looked at him confused.

"Even though I'm like this you and Aomine..why..." Kuroko Said.

Kagami grab onto both of Kuroko cheeks and turned to him.

"You idiot! No matter how you are! Both Aomine and me love you! It doesn't matter what you think of us!" Kagami cried.

Kuroko felt tears fall down his cheeks. He close his eyes.

"I'm sorry..." Kuroko cried.

"Please..May the two of you be happy.." Kuroko Said.

Behind the door was Aomine Who was in a wheelchair crying.

With one last hug they shared they both were gone.

Kuroko was left alone. He looked up at the sunset up at the rooftop with bandages on his neck.

Suddenly the rooftop door open. Kuroko turned around and was met with beautiful heterochromatic eyes staring at him.
