Chapter 55: Treating Him

Aarav had been pondering the impact of a recent decision he made, wondering about the consequences it might have brought. Suddenly, he noticed the legal team arriving at his house, accompanied by Maya.

He glanced at them, puzzled. "Aap sab yahan?" he questioned.

"Mr. Aarav Malhotra! Aapki wife ne reports submit ki hai. Uske mutabik, you are not mentally fit to take strategic decisions of the company. Isliye aajse aapki wife har ek decision legi," the lawyer announced, placing a file in front of him.

Aarav was stunned by the lawyer's words. "Kya bakwaas hai yeh?" he exclaimed angrily.

Maya smiled slyly. "Bakwaas nahi hai, darling! Tumne ek deal ki thi mere mana karne ke baad bhi, uss wajah se company ko bahut nuksaan uthana pada hai.."

The lawyer looked at Aarav and said, "Mr. Malhotra, main saalon se Karan Sir ka legal advisor hoon aur aapke bhale aur company band na ho, isliye zaroori hai ki aap puri tarah se sab responsibility apni wife ko de dein."

Sumitra interrupted, "Sahi keh rahe hain, Aarav! Tumhare papa ne bahut mehnat ki hai iss sabke liye. Tum bhi nahi chahoge tumhari wajah se sab khatam ho jaye, haina?" she asked with a smirk.

Aarav tried to defend himself, "Dekhiye, maine koi.." but then he glanced at Maya, who displayed a triumphant look. He realized that everyone was siding with her. No matter how hard he tried, he wouldn't be able to prove anything.

The lawyer handed him a pen, and reluctantly, Aarav signed the documents, granting Maya the authority to make decisions on his behalf.

Maya smiled and cupped his face. "Aarav, don't worry. Jald tum sadme se bahar aa jaoge toh wapas sab sambhalne ke kaabil ho jaoge. Main hoon na."

He couldn't utter a word. As everyone left, Aarav walked to his room, defeated.

Sumitra and Maya exchanged glances and shook hands.

"Tum office sambhalo aur main isey sambhalti hoon," Sumitra said with a smirk.

"Bilkul, saasumaa. Ab toh mujhe iske kisi sign ki bhi zaroorat nahi hai! Maya Malhotra has power and full control," Maya laughed triumphantly.

Aarav's world had crumbled around him. Every day seemed like a new layer of humiliation and helplessness added to his life. Maya and Sumitra's control over him grew stronger, reducing him to a mere shadow of the man he once was. As he navigated his days, he found himself subjected to the ultimate degradation.

One evening, Aarav was sitting in the living room, trying to gather his thoughts and plan his next move. Sumitra entered, her expression stern and authoritative. "Aarav, ab tumhara waqt khatam ho gaya hai. Tumhe yeh ghar ka kaam sambhalna hoga."

Aarav looked up, confusion and indignation flashing in his eyes. "Maa, yeh tum kya keh rahi ho? Main ghar ka naukar nahi hoon."

Sumitra's face twisted into a cruel smile. "Naukar hi ho tum. Tumhari harkatein tumhe isi layak banati hain. Abse, tum is ghar ke sab kaam karoge."

Just then, Maya walked in, her eyes gleaming with satisfaction. "Sumitra sahi keh rahi hain, Aarav. Tumhare pas aur koi raasta nahi hai. Tumhe ab apni aukat mein rehna hoga."

Aarav stood up, anger and frustration bubbling within him. "Yeh sab tum logon ka plan tha, mujhe neecha dikhane ka. Lekin main aisa hone nahi dunga."

Maya's laugh was cold and mocking. "Aur tum kar bhi kya sakte ho? Tumhare pas koi power nahi bachi. Tumhe bas yeh baatein manzoor karni hogi."

Sumitra handed Aarav a mop and a bucket, her eyes gleaming with a cruel satisfaction. "Shuru ho jao, Aarav. yeh ghar Maya sambhalti hai aur tum muft ki roti toh nahi tod sakte na.."

Aarav took the mop, his hands shaking with a mix of rage and helplessness. "Pati hun tumhara Maya main.."

Maya stepped closer, her voice a low whisper filled with menace. "Haan pati ho mere isliye main tumse joh chahe karwa sakti hun. Chahte ho na tumhare papa ka naam kharab na ho? unka sapna main na todun?" she asked

Aarav's shoulders slumped as the reality of his situation sank in. He knew he had no choice but to comply, at least for now. The fight within him hadn't died, but he needed time to find a way out of this nightmare.

As Aarav began to clean, Maya and Sumitra watched with satisfaction, their plan having succeeded in breaking his spirit. But deep down, Aarav vowed to himself that this humiliation would not be the end. He would find a way to reclaim his life and dignity, no matter how long it took.

Maya turned to Sumitra, her voice dripping with triumph. "Dekho Sumitra, humne Aarav ko uski aukat dikha di. Ab is ghar mein humari chalti hai."

Sumitra nodded, her eyes cold and unfeeling. "Haan, aur jab tak yeh hamare under rahega, isse koi problem nahi hogi."

Aarav continued to clean, each stroke of the mop a reminder of his fall from grace. But within him, a fire burned. He would bide his time, gather his strength, and one day, he would rise again.

Aarav's days as a servant in his own home were filled with humiliation, but he kept his resolve strong, waiting for the right moment to reclaim his dignity and life. One evening, as he was cleaning the living room, Sumitra placed her hand from behind.

He turned and his heart pounded "aap.."

She took away the cloth from his hand and threw it away "kya haal bana diya hai biwi ne tumhara.. lekin chaho toh main tumhe naukar se upar jagah de sakti hun" she said

Memories of a similar encounter from his childhood flashed through his mind, sending shivers down his spine. He knew he couldn't let history repeat itself.

Aarav's mind raced as he fought against the memories of his childhood and the fear of succumbing to Sumitra's influence once again. "mujhe aapse kuch nahi chahiye" he repeated, his voice growing stronger with each word.

Sumitra's facade of concern began to crack, replaced by a look of frustration and anger. "Tum mujhe reject kar rahe ho?" she snapped, her voice sharp and harsh.

Aarav stood his ground, his resolve unwavering. "Haan, Mrs. Sumitra Malhotra main ab tumhe sexually satisfy nahi karunga.." he asserted, his tone resolute.

Sumitra's anger boiled over, her face contorted with rage. "Tumhe pata bhi hai tum kya keh rahe ho?" she spat, her voice trembling with fury.

Aarav met her gaze with steely determination, refusing to be intimidated. "Ji haan, Sumitra ji main ab wo bachpan wala masoom Aarav nahi hun tumhari baat nahi manunga main," he reiterated, his voice firm and unwavering.

With a frustrated growl, Sumitra stormed out of the room, leaving Aarav feeling a mixture of relief and trepidation. Though he knew he had averted a potentially dangerous situation, the memories of his childhood trauma still haunted him. As he took a deep breath to steady himself, he resolved to remain vigilant and assertive in the face of any future attempts to manipulate him.

As Maya and Sumitra's ladies' party unfolded, Aarav found himself serving drinks and snacks to the guests, his heart heavy with the weight of his humiliation. Among the guests was Maya's friend, a woman whose gaze lingered on him with a seductive intensity that made him uneasy.

Aarav tried to ignore the woman's suggestive looks, focusing instead on his tasks at hand. But no matter how hard he tried to avoid her gaze, he could feel her eyes following him, their lingering glances sending a shiver down his spine.

As he passed by her, carrying a tray of drinks, she reached out and brushed her hand against his arm, her touch lingering longer than necessary. Aarav tensed, his discomfort evident as he tried to maintain his composure.

"Arrey, Maya, yeh servant kitna handsome hai na," the woman remarked, her voice dripping with innuendo as she glanced at Aarav with a suggestive smile.

Maya laughed, her tone amused but tinged with malice. "Haan, bilkul. Aarav, yeh drinks guests ko serve karo," she instructed, gesturing towards the group of women.

As Aarav tried to navigate through the uncomfortable situation, Maya's friend's advances only added to his distress. He felt a rush of relief when he finally managed to serve the drinks and retreat to a corner of the room, hoping to avoid any further encounters.

However, just as he began to relax slightly, he heard a commotion erupt nearby. Maya's friend let out a yelp of pain, followed by Maya's sharp voice cutting through the air.

"How dare you touch him like that?" Maya's tone was icy, her anger palpable as she confronted her friend.

The room fell silent as all eyes turned towards Maya and her friend, and Aarav's heart pounded with fear and apprehension. He couldn't help but wonder what consequences this altercation would bring.

Maya's friend stammered out an apology, her expression a mix of surprise and fear. "I-I'm sorry, Maya, I didn't mean anything by it," she pleaded, her voice trembling.

But Maya's fury was unrelenting. "You crossed a line, and you will pay for it," she spat, her words laced with venom.

Aarav watched in horror as Maya's friend hurriedly made her exit, leaving behind a palpable tension in the room. He felt a knot form in his stomach as he realized the extent of Maya's power and the danger he was in.

"Maya, please, aise kisiko," Aarav stuttered, his voice shaky as he approached her cautiously.

But Maya's gaze was cold and unforgiving as she turned to him, her eyes flashing with anger. "Stay out of it, Aarav. This is none of your concern," she snapped, her tone leaving no room for argument.

Aarav swallowed hard, his fear mounting as he realized the depths of Maya's wrath. He knew he had to tread carefully from now on, lest he become the next target of her rage. With a heavy heart, he retreated into the shadows, his mind racing with the unsettling realization of the precarious position he found himself in.

Aarav sat in the dimly lit room, the events of the evening weighing heavily on his mind. He couldn't shake off the sense of unease that had settled over him since Maya's friend's inappropriate advances and subsequent confrontation. Lost in his thoughts, he barely registered the sound of the door opening until Maya entered, her presence filling the room with an electric tension.

"Aarav," Maya's voice was soft, almost a whisper, as she stepped closer to him, her eyes glimmering with a dangerous allure.

Aarav's heart skipped a beat as he looked up, his defenses immediately on high alert. "Maya, tum yahan kya kar rahi ho?" he asked, his tone guarded.

Maya's lips curved into a seductive smile as she moved closer, her gaze never leaving his. "tumse door rah nahi saki main, Aarav. You drive me wild," she purred, her voice dripping with desire.

Aarav felt a surge of panic rise within him as Maya closed the distance between them, her proximity suffocating. "Maya, please, mujhe nahi karna hai," he protested, his voice trembling with apprehension.

But Maya's hands were already on him, her touch sending shivers down his spine as she traced a finger along his jawline. "Don't fight it, Aarav. You know you want this as much as I do," she whispered, her breath hot against his ear.

Aarav's heart pounded in his chest as he tried to push her away, his mind racing with fear and confusion. "Nahi Maya mujhe yeh nahi chahiye. Please, stop," he pleaded, his voice desperate.

But Maya's grip tightened, her eyes flashing with a dangerous intensity. "Tumhare paas koi choice nahi hai Aarav. tum sirf mere ho aur wahi karoge jo main chahti hun," she growled, her tone leaving no room for argument.

Aarav's blood ran cold as he realized the depth of Maya's threat. He knew he was powerless to resist her, trapped in a nightmare of her making. With a sinking feeling in his chest, he braced himself for what was to come, knowing that he was at the mercy of Maya's desires.

The next day, as Aarav diligently went about his servant duties, ensuring everything was in order, he couldn't shake off the unsettling feeling that hung in the air. Suddenly, he heard a loud crash followed by a sharp cry of pain, and his heart sank as he realized Sumitra had fallen.

"Mrs. Sumitra" Aarav rushed to her side, his concern evident as he knelt down beside her.

Sumitra winced in pain, her face contorted with anger as she struggled to sit up. "You clumsy fool! Look what you've done!" she spat, her voice dripping with venom.

Aarav's eyes widened in shock at the accusation. "I am sorry mera irada nahi tha.. galti se" he stammered, his words trailing off as he tried to explain.

But before he could say another word, Sumitra's hand came crashing down on his cheek with a resounding slap, leaving a stinging sensation in its wake.

"Shut up, you worthless servant!" Sumitra seethed, her eyes blazing with fury as she glared at him.

Aarav recoiled, his cheek throbbing with pain as he struggled to comprehend the sudden turn of events. "please main aapko nuksaan nahi pahuchna chahta tha" he pleaded, his voice trembling with fear.

But Sumitra's anger showed no signs of abating as she continued to berate him, her words harsh and unforgiving. "tum aur kuch nahi sirf ek bojh ho mujhpar Aarav! sirf tumhare papa ki wajah se main tumhe iss ghar mein rehne de rahi ho warna kabka dhakke maarke bahar kar diya hota tumhe" she spat, her tone laced with contempt.

Aarav felt a sinking feeling in the pit of his stomach as he realized the extent of Sumitra's disdain for him. He knew he was powerless to defend himself against her accusations, trapped in a cycle of abuse and mistreatment.

And as Sumitra's blows rained down upon him, Aarav silently endured, his spirit battered but unbroken, knowing that he had no choice but to bear the brunt of Sumitra's wrath.

Broken and bruised, Aarav stumbled into Sharda's presence, his spirit crushed under the weight of Sumitra's relentless abuse. Tears welled up in his eyes as he collapsed at her feet, seeking solace and refuge from the storm raging within him.

Sharda's heart ached as she witnessed the anguish etched on Aarav's face, his pain palpable even in the dim light of the room. She knelt down beside him, gently placing a comforting hand on his shoulder.

"Aarav, baba kya hua??" Sharda's voice was soft and soothing, her concern evident as she gazed into his tear-filled eyes.

Aarav struggled to find the words to express the torment that consumed him, his voice choked with emotion as he tried to speak. "kaki aur bardasht nahi hota mujhe roj wo Sumitra mujhe mere hi ghar mein maarti hai, jaleel karti hai aur udhar Maya office mein apne galat tariko se paisa kama rahi hai sab barbaad kar rahi hai" he managed to choke out, his voice trembling with pain.

Sharda's eyes filled with sympathy as she listened to Aarav's heartbreaking confession, her heart breaking for the young man who had endured so much suffering. "himmat rakho beta.. sab thik hoga" she whispered, her voice filled with compassion.

Aarav buried his face in his hands, his body shaking with sobs as he let out all the pent-up anguish and despair that had been festering inside him for so long. "mujhe nahi pata kaki, main khudko akela mehsus kar raha hun.. kamzor padh chuka hun main" he sobbed, his words muffled by his trembling hands.

Sharda pulled Aarav into a gentle embrace, holding him close as she offered him the comfort and support he so desperately needed. "nahi beta tum akele nahi ho main hun tumhare saath hue har atyachar ki gawah.. zyada din inn logo ki manmaani nahi chalegi," she reassured him, her voice filled with unwavering determination.

Aarav's tears flowed freely as he sought refuge in Sharda's embrace, finding solace in her warmth and compassion. "Nahi kaki... Maya kuch bhi kar sakti hai. Main nahi chahta ki meri wajah se aapko kuch ho jaye," he murmured, his voice heavy with guilt and fear.

Aarav's sobs gradually subsided as he lay cradled in Sharda's lap, the warmth of her embrace enveloping him like a protective cocoon. He felt a sense of peace wash over him, knowing that in Sharda's arms, he was safe from the storm that raged outside.

Sharda gently wiped away Aarav's tears, her own eyes shimmering with unshed emotion. "Aarav beta, tum mere liye apna ghar ho. Aur main hamesha tumhare saath hoon," she said softly, her words a promise of unwavering love and support.

And as Aarav drifted into a fitful sleep, his troubled dreams soothed by the rhythmic rise and fall of Sharda's gentle breathing, he knew that no matter what challenges lay ahead, he would always find strength and solace in the unconditional love of his dear Sharda kaki.
