Aizen walked down the hallway with one of the captains, Shinji Hirako on their way to the new captain before a small being with red ran up to Shinji.

"Shinji! Aizen! I heard we got a new captain, I came by to say hi to him!" The girl said as she jumped in joy.

Azuri Rika, born of Quincy nobility of her mother and her father, a soul reaper, unknown to her but the Seritei took care of her and the soul reapers were like family to her. Aizen was like her father, he loved her and he would spend time with her.

"Well, I'm glad you came to join us Berry-Chan." Shinji teased before he began to tickle the red headed girl.

The toddler was filled with joy almost like Mashiro on a sugar crash. The door opened to reveal a young man with mop like hair and he gave a nervous smile before Azuri greeted him.

"Hello!" She said with a smile before he greeted back, she liked this man as she loved Jushiro, her fatherly figure. Hiyori came in angry before greeting the red headed toddler.

Azuri wasn't a full soul reaper, she was training with Jushiro, who taught her the stances of holding her sword correctly but she watches Maki Ichinose train and he seemed pretty happy to have a student watch him.

Tessai teaches her Kidō and the beginner levels all the way to advance and to their surprise, she pays attention for such an 8-year-old.

Yamamoto didn't mind her company when she studies or when she reads with him or listen to the history he knew when he was younger.

But Azuri did do something to get scolded and it was when she took their zanpakto and had them out of the scabbards neatly as the fireworks came out. Azuri was born to see the spirit of the zanpakto, and it was pretty rare for her to see them.

She would draw them and show them to the soul reapers who own the zanpakto and gave it to them.

They all considered it a blessing and then when Ichinose left, Azuri waited for him to return after he left the soul society. She waited for his return for 5 months but she decided to give up.

Azuri met Kenpachi and Yachiru at the same time before she met Yumichika and Ikkaku, it was a surprise of how she kicked Ikkaku's ass for an eight year old.

Aizen was her father, she didn't know yet, she never knew...until a fatal accident caused him to have one regret.
