Aishwarya POV

"Kiss, the remaining kiss,"

I repeated and looked at him smiling at me.

I slowly pulled my hand out of his strength and took my steps away from him. 

"Aishwarya,"

He called and I turned to look at him and shook my head.

"No, I am not falling in this trap again,"

I said and kept walking away into the bathing room. After taking the bath and getting ready in silence and all alone I came out of the dressing area only to find him nowhere around me.

Maybe he went to talk to Ranaji.

I knew he had work and he could not stay with me all the time but what I do with my poor heart if I was missing him that much.

I mean, how would I even spend two months without hearing his voice, without looking at him and knowing that he would be not around.

It was already breaking my heart.

"Princess Aishwarya,"

Suddenly the voice of Moni caught my attention and I looked at her direction.

"Ji,"

I came out of my thoughts instantly and looked at an old lady standing beside her and bowing down to her.

"Who is this?"

I asked politely to Moni and she smiled looking at me.

"Hukum appointed her as your master,"

She said and I thinned my brows.

"Master to teach me how to read and write?"

I asked and she nodded her head.

"Ji,"

I smiled looking at that old lady and adjoined my hands to welcome her.

I did not know but everytime someone brought out that I was uneducated, I used to feel so strange and uncomfortable about it but now, I was not feeling uncomfortable.

I mean, Hukum did not know about stitching and all but he never looked uncomfortable for not knowing such basic thing.

"I will be delighted to teach you Princess,"

The old lady said and I shook my head.

"The pleasure will be only mine. If you do not mind can we start from tomorrow because my Hukum sa is leaving and I have to bid him good byes,"

I tried to say and she nodded with a warm smile.

"Ofcourse, ofcourse,"

She said and I looked at Moni directing her to walk out of the chamber with her.

I inhaled a deep breath and looked at the sun outside the window.

It was late morning and he would leave after the breakfast only. Suddenly, the thought of cooking him his favourite dish crossed my mind and I immediately ran out of my chamber to the kitchen.

I asked the attendees to quickly help me in preparing Daal Bhaati Churma and I did not know but I was feeling kind of restless now.

As much as the sun was rising up in the sky I was feeling an ache building in my chest.

"Can you bring the breakfast in our chamber?"

I asked an attendee after finishing the cooking and came back to the chamber.

My sight fell on him instructing the attendees who were packing his things up. There were around ten attendees surrounding him and filling his things in his trunks.

It broke my heart for real.

Suddenly, he lifted his gaze and looked at me standing at the entrace of the bedroom.

And, I looked at him back.

There was silence between us and neither I said anything nor did he.

"Princess, breakfast,"

Suddenly, the voice of the attendee caught my attendee and I walked aside to let the attendees come in and place the food on the table.

He looked at the food and looked back at me.

I looked at the attendees serving the food from the serving bowls to the eating ones.

"Leave it,"

I said and they nodded looking at me and I inhaled deeply before saying.

"Ekaant,"

"Privacy,"

Hukum lifted his gaze and looked at me silently while all the were leaving us alone.

I lowered my gaze and took the steps forward to walk towards the couch.

"Bhojan to karke jaenge na aap,"

"You will have the breakfast atleast,"

I said and noticed his faded footsteps coming closer to me.

"Aapne banaya hai to awashya karenge,"

"Ofcourse, if you have cooked,"

I lifted my gaze and nodded looking at him.

"Yes, I cooked,"

I said and sat on the couch and lowered my gaze to the plates and bowls to transfer the food from the serving bowls to his plate.

He sat beside me and said in the slow voice.

"Bhaag kar to aap ese gayi thi Jese wapis aaengi nahi,"

"You ran like you would not come back,"

I heard the smirk behind his teasing voice and lifted my gaze to look at me.

"Just for this time,"

I said in the reply and he smiled looking at me. I felt him shifting closer to me and he said in the slow voice.

"Aaj aapke haath se khane ki icha hai, Aishwarya,"

"I want to eat with your hand only today, Aishwarya,"

He said and I timidly lowered my gaze to the plate to tear a bite. I felt a little bit nervous while forwarding my hand to him. He lowered his face a little and opened his mouth to take it in. His lips accidentally brushed against my finger and I felt a slight shiver running down my spine.

I immediately lowered my gaze back to the plate and tried to concentrate on feeding him.

"I will be back soon and I want you to at least have your first order by then. I will be immensely delighted, Aishwarya,"

He said taking the another bite from my hand and I nodded.

"I know,"

"And, do not miss me much because I am just a letter away,"

He said and I lifted my gaze up.

"You do not know that I do not know how to write,"

I said and he smiled taking another bite.

"And, you are just a few lessons away from learning that too,"

He said and I chuckled.

"I met the master you appointed for me,"

I said and he smiled.

"I feel that you are little distracted with me. So, you will pay better attention to the lessons with her,"

He said and I have pouted looking at me.

"You like deciding for me like my father and sisters,"

I said and his smile immediately vanished and he thinned his brows.

"No, baby, I am just trying to help,"

He said and I smiled.

"I know, Hukum,"

I said and suddenly he placed his finger below my chin and made me look at him.

"Aishwarya, call me Ranvijay,"

He said all of sudden and I chuckled.

"No, I cannot,"

I said and turned my gaze back to the food.

"Once, please,"

He said again while making me look back at him again.

I thinned my brows.

"Why do you want me to take your name?"

I asked and his face turned a little bit serious while he said.

"I do not know. It will make me feel closer to you. I mean, when I call you Aishwarya, you must feel a sense of authority I have over you. Same way, I want to feel some sense of authority by you on me,"

He said and I chuckled a little while shaking my head.

"I do not have any authority on you, Hukum,"

I said and forwarded my hand to feed him another bite but he held my wrist and stopped me.

"Then have some authority, Aishwarya. Make me feel that I am yours,"

He said and my smile vanished from my lips and I lowered my gaze.

"Ask me do anything Hukum but do not ask me cross that line. I do not take your name just because its a tradition but because it is my love for you, it is my devotion to you and most importantly its my respect for you, Hukum,"

I said and I felt him shifting even closer and making me looking back at him. He looked deep into my eyes for a few moments silently while smiling a little and then said in a slow voice.

"I will make you cross that line too and trust me the way I imagine it, it will be memorable for you,"

I felt slight shiver running down my spine because this time, I could understand the true meaning behind his words. I blinked silently looking into his teasing eyes and lowered my gaze while shaking my head.

"I will not,"

I said and he leaned in closer to my ear and said in a slow voice.

"I just need one night to prove you very wrong, baby,"

I immediately pushed him away and looked at him.

"I think you are getting late,"

I said and stood up from the couch.

"But, breakfast,"

He called and I thinned my brows.

"Let your hosts do the remaining for you, HUKUM,"

I said the last word slightly louder and he smiled looking at me and said in slow voice.

"Ranvijay, baby, Ranvijay,"

I rolled my eyes and looked at him standing up from the couch.

"Okay, come, lets hug, everyone must be waiting for me outside,"

He said and I looked at him.

He came closer and pulled me into a warm and gentle hug. My lashes immediately forced closed and I gave in to his warm and soothing embrace.

"I love you, Aishwarya,"

He said in a slow voice and kissed my hair.

"I will be back soon,"

He said and I wrapped my arms around his back too and nodded.

"Ji,"

He released the hug and cupped my cheek and looked at me.

"Show me how do you laugh,"

He said and I gulped while trying to spread my lips into a smile.

"Wider and louder, like hahahahahaha,"

He said and laughed a little and I chuckled.

"No, louder, open you mouth wide and do HAAAHAAAHAAAHAAA,"

He said and I burst into laughter.

"hahahaa,"

I laughed and he kissed my forehead.

"I want my wife to laugh like this everyday till I am back,"

He said and I smiled.

"Of course and I want my husband to be as healthy as I am sending him,"

I said and he chuckled.

"I take care of myself unlike you,"

He said a and I rolled my eyes.

"You forget to take your meal when you are working,"

I said and he smiled.

"On a serious note, Aishwarya. Please take care of yourself and I am really sorry that I have to leave you like that,"

He said and I shook my head.

"I understand, its work,"

I said and I pulled my dupatta slightly low on my forehead and he held my hand as we started walking outside.

The attendees went to collect his things while we came out of the chamber to meet Ranaji and Jiji and other officials waiting for him on the entrance.

And, I pulled my hand back from his when we were close to the door.

Jiji walked towards me and asked.

"How are you?"

I smiled and nodded.

"I am good,"

I knew she could sense my unhappiness behind my dry words and she held my hand.

"It's okay, its just few days,"

She said and I nodded.

"Ji,"

I looked at him talking to Ranaji and some other people and I could feel my heart swelling up with the slight pain. The tears were on the verge of falling from my eyes but I tried to control myself because it was not a good omen to cry when someone leaves for the work.

Suddenly, he turned to look at me and my heart beats raced all of sudden.

I saw him walking towards me and Jiji walked away from me.

He blocked me from everyone and cupped my cheek gently. My heart beats started to race insanely and I remembered the moment when he kissed me for the first time in front of everyone and when he started to lean in closer, I felt my knees turning weak and my fingers fisted on my skirt.

But, he kissed my forehead and said in a slow voice.

"Take care, Aishwarya,"

He said and I opened my eyes and nodded looking at him.

"You too, Hukum,"

I tried to reply in the slow voice and lowered myself to touch his feet but he stopped me midways and shook his head.

And he turned back from me to walk towards the horse waiting for him.

I saw him climbing up and looking at me with a warm smile before turning back and slowly walking away.

And, I stood there frozen just seeing him running away on his horse.

And, just in the few moments, I felt my life empty again.

"Aishwarya,"

But, suddenly the voice of Bhabhisa caught my attention and I looked at her.

"Come, lets walk inside,"

She said and I nodded.

"Ji,"

She came into my chamber and sat beside me on the couch.

I was feeling like crying and she immediately hugged me and patted my back gently.

"He will be back soon, Aishwarya,"

Tears rolled down my cheeks and I nodded.

"Ji,"

"Princess Aishwarya,"

Suddenly the voice of Ranaji caught my attention and I immediately stood up from the couch and pulled my veil down.

I did not say anything and I felt his hand on my head while he said.

"You are not alone here, Princess. We are your family too. You can spend your time with Nandani and Ranvijay told me that you are thinking about starting a business. You have our full support, whatever you need, just ask them and they will get it done, be it a finance manager, workers or anything else,"

He said and I looked at a group of people standing in front of me.

I nodded silently and he said.

"And, do not worry, you can keep Nandani with you,"

I chuckled a little and looked at Jiji who was looking at him with shock.
