48 ~ Ranvijay Takes Revenge

Alright, some people have a delusion that I am getting paid for views and votes. That's why I ask for it. Well, if that were the case, I would have been updating thrice a day. Because an adult like me would want nothing more than money in her adulthood.

I do not earn a single penny because of Votes and views. FYI

So, the only reason for asking for votes is the mere appreciation I want, I need and I think I deserve.

12K reads is the average read on Aishwarya. And, not even 25% of people are ready to vote. Does that mean you do not like the book?

Whatever happened today surely hurt me and opened my eyes for sure. I mean, my desperation for votes is being used and understood otherwise. And, even I can't share because then people are like 'I am hating them'. Matlab khud kuch bhi bol ke chale jao. Kitne messages to me ignore karti hu. But Had hoti hai yrr. Logo ko na vote karna hota, na follow karna hota hai but they behave like me unki employee hu. Please be respectful while asking for updates. I can bear anything but I hate being disrespected. I know you guys feel excited for updates. But, I am a human too. Story sochne me, likhne me waqt lagta hai. Tum logo ko sirf 15 minute lagte hai ek chapter padhne me mujhe 5 se 6 ghante lagte hai usse likhne me. Uske badle respect to do.

By the way jis jis ko apne precious votes hatane hai vo shauk se hata sakta hai. Me to apne kaam karti hi hu chahe target poora ho ya nahi. Ab to Wattpad pe chapter publishing ki date bhi show hoti hai, dikh jaega.

And this is not to target anyone.

Ranvijay POV

"Mishaps happen, Aishwarya,"

I said and she looked at me with worried eyes and an expression of nervousness in them.

"Hukum, please,"

She said and I bit on my lower lip a little to calm my wandering mind.

I did not know but suddenly a thousands of thoughts were running into my mind about the ways I could teach a lesson to them.

"Please have a seat,"

Her father said signalling towards an empty couch and I smiled looking at him.

Although I hated him but his behaviour towards us since yesterday was making me think otherwise. Maybe he had some reason for doing what he tried to do.

I nodded.

"Ji,"

I said and we both silently took the seat on the couch.

I could feel her tense gaze on me while I was looking at the dancers dancing in the middle of the celebration hall. They were singing cultural songs and their dance was giving a nostalgic feeling. Growing up we did not witness much of these things but a few had happened in Suryagarh since Bhai-sa took over it.

I looked at her sisters who were looking at us from the corner of their eyes and talking something. I smiled keeping my gaze forward on the dancers and held Aishwarya's hand.

She startled a little with my touch on her hand and I looked at her.

"Is something wrong? Aishwarya,"

I asked in a slow voice.

She looked at me and blinked silently while shaking her head lightly.

"They might watch us,"

She said in a slow voice and I thinned my brows looking at her.

"Well, we are a newlywed couple. They should watch us as we are the centre of interest,"

I said and she inhaled deeply while looking at me. I could sense her discomfort through the touch of our hands and I smiled.

"Should I leave your hand?"

I asked in a slow voice and she looked at me. There was a calculated pause of a few moments before she shook her head timidly.

"No,"

She said in a slow voice and timidly lowered her gaze to the women dancing in the hall.

I smiled looking at her shy gesture. She was looking beautiful today. Her eyes had sparkled up, her cheeks had glowed up and she was happy.

Happiness is a different type of jewel, wearing it, nothing could overpower it.

Suddenly, the pace of the dance shifted to more energetic and fun as the women dancers pulled the ladies sitting around on the dance floor. I saw one of them coming towards Aishwarya and pulling her too.

"No,"

She tried to say with a smile and her hold tightened on my palm.

The dancer pulled her again, but she was keeping it gentle and respectable.

I shook my head slowly and the dancer left her hand. She smiled and went back from there.

I looked at Aishwarya timidly blinking while looking at her sisters dancing. I held her hand and stood up from the couch. Seeing me standing up, she also stood up and looked at me.

She looked at me with confusion and I signalled her to walk down with me.

She inhaled a deep breath before laughing a little with the timidness. I smiled looking at her and we both stepped down the couch to the dance floor. Everyone was spinning around, and the loud voice of drums and instruments were echoing in the whole hall.

It was so much energetic and joyful.

I pushed her slowly to jump into the spinning circle. She giggled and gave me a smile before joining in. I took a step back and smiled seeing her joining her sisters while dancing. Her tiny waist matched the beats and her lips smiled. They were dancing in a circle and I smiled silently.

Moving my hand to one of my beady Maala without bringing it to anyone's notice, I pulled it slowly. It broke and I looked at Aishwarya only a few metres away from me.

She was laughing joyfully and moving her hands along with the dancers and her sisters.

I collected the pearl beads in my hands and the moment she came close to me, I held her hand to stable her and spilled the beads on the floor. Very slowly and effortlessly that they would not even notice.

They ran around very quickly and in a few moments they started slipping. I looked at her sisters slipping on the floor with a loud thud.

"Aaaaaahhhhhhhh,"

"Oooouuuchhhhhhhhhhh,"

Loud indistinct cries followed and I tried to hide my smile.

Good!

Aishwarya looked at me with wide eyes and shock and I immediately stopped smiling.

"I did not do that,"

I tried to say in a slow voice and her mouth opened.

"Are you okay?"

I tried to ask her, obviously trying to act and she just stared blankly at me.

I looked at their husbands running towards them and in just a few moments the whole celebration turned into a panic ground.

Even their husbands fell on the ground and I could not stop my smile.

I looked at Aishwarya who was looking at me with shock and disbelief and I just shook my head slowly.

"I promise, I did not do that. The beads fell mistakenly,"

I tried to say in a slow voice and she just shook her head lightly and looked at her sisters.

She took a step forward and suddenly she also slipped. I immediately placed my hand around her waist and pulled her closer.

"Careful,"

Her eyes widened even more and I smiled a little.

I immediately lifted her up in my arms and took a few steps back carefully.

"Put me down, Hukum,"

She said in a slow voice and I slowly put her back on her feet.

Everyone was trying to help them and move out of the hall.

There were painful cries and curses in the air and I looked at Aishwarya who were seeming very sad.

"Come with me,"

I said and held her hand to safely escort her through the crowd.

She walked with me and I brought her back to the chamber.

She inhaled a deep breath while looking at me and said.

"You should not have done that, Hukum, they are hurt now,"

She said in a slow voice and I sat on the bed.

"Yes, I should not have done that. They just fell on the ground. I should have planned something bi-,"

She stopped me midway by pressing her palm against my mouth and shook her head.

"This is so childish,"

She said and I thinned my brows.

My eyes just stared into hers silently. She was looking beautiful and gorgeous while angry.

She was not that angry but I could sense that she was unhappy right now. Very unhappy rather.

I slowly moved her hand off my mouth and slowly pulled her closer to sit beside me.

"I am sorry if I hurt you. But, they deserve it. This is the least,"

I tried to say and she bit on her lower lip. Her forehead had the lines of tension and I held her hand.

"You should not worry about them. Let's take some rest,"

I said and she rolled her eyes.

I knew she wanted to scold me but was not able to.

"I think I should check on my sisters, Hukum,"

She said in a slow voice and stood up from the bed.

"I think you should not,"

I said while holding her forearm and she turned to look at me.

"Why? They are my sisters,"

She said and I pulled her closer to me.

"Yes they are but they do not treat you like their sister. They need a lesson to learn how to behave and be respectful. No one deserves the way they treat you. You know that they are toxic for you,"

I said and she thinned her brows confusingly.

"Toxic?"

She asked in a slow voice and sat beside me.

"Yes, they are toxic. They gaslight you, they mistreat you, and they make fun of your insecurities. Laughter alone does not signify making fun but pushing the insecure person into the well of insecurities is also a kind of toxics. They should know that they do not deserve a person like you. She slapped you and did not come to talk to you. Now, she is hurt. And, I do not think you should go to her,"

I tried and say she blinked silently.

"But, then what will be the difference between them and me? If I will behave the same way,"

She said and I shook my head.

"It's not the same, Aishwarya. You are not treating anyone like they treat you. By not going to them you are just respecting your space and your comfort. If you want them to respect you, you have to respect yourself first. You have to give respect to your time, to your smile, to your comfort. If you will keep shattering your own respect then no one will care about it. If it's about the care of your sister, you can go but if you think that what will they think if you will not go, then do not go,"

I said in a slow voice and she inhaled a deep breath.

She lowered her gaze and placed her head on my shoulder slowly.

"It's complicated,"

She said and I saw her closing her eyes.

I smiled looking at her beautiful eyes and suddenly she asked.

"Have you had lunch? I think you skipped it,"

She said and I looked at her with slight amusement.

She noticed it.

"Ummm, I have not,"

I said in a slow voice and she thinned her brows.

"But, why not? You are also fasting for your husband?"

She teased me with a smile and I smiled a little.

"Um, I am not fasting but was not feeling like eating. You know I just wanted to eat with you,"

I said in a slow voice and she smiled.

"Okay, we will eat in the evening,"

She said in a slow voice and looked at me.

"You should take some rest. I will be back in some time,"

She said standing up and looking at me with a timid and nervous face.

I knew she could not stay without checking on her sisters.

I smiled and nodded.

"Okay, but if they do anything stupid now. Just tell them that I am carrying my sword with me and you are now Aishwarya Ranvijay Dev Singh,"

I said and she laughed a little.

"Ji, Hukum, I know who I am,"

She said with a slightly teasing tone and I bit on her lower lip.

Her teasing surely turned me on and I nodded.

She turned and walked away from there. I grabbed a book and started reading it.

I had already sent my personal agents to know about the situation already.

I still did not know the names of the traitor and surely did not know anything about them. And, before knowing anything I could not tell Bhai-sa. He would get worried unnecessarily.

Though, I had already written to Agastya about it.

Agastya was the sharpest one among us three. While Bhai-sa was powerful in terms of physics and dominance and I had a strong edge in history and politics and manipulation, Agastya was well-versed in seeking information. He usually keeps a childish front and charming smile to fool people around and inside he was a wall who hear and notices everything.

He never missed the slightest detail. He had an excellent memory and he had very strong connections and friends from all over the Hind.

Due to his friendly nature, he makes friends easily and due to his flirting, he makes girlfriends easily too. He had a kind of charm that he would give one look to a woman and she would open up every information about anything she knows.

He could help in getting out information quickly about them. I could have got that too but for that, I would have to travel and I was needed more in the Kingdom.

I continued reading the book till late at night.

Aishwarya came back when it got dark.

"How is she?"

I asked when she stepped into the chamber.

"I guess one has broken her bone,"

She said and I immediately burst into a short laughter.

"Wow,"

She gave me an anguished look and sat beside me.

"You should not have done it, Hukum,"

She said in a slow voice and looked at the book in my hand.

"Yes, you have told me this hundreds of times since afternoon,"

I said and she looked at me.

"What are you reading? Hukum,"

She asked in a slow voice and I turned to look at the cover of the book and said.

"Umm, it's the history of southern Hind,"

I said and she thinned her brows.

"Southern Hind?"

She asked and I nodded.

"Bai-sa, dinner,"

Suddenly, an attendee caught our attention with the plate of food in her hand.

Aishwarya stood up from the couch and took the plate in her hand.

"Thank you so much, please see that all my sisters eat well,"

She said to her in a slow voice and she replied.

"Ji, Bai-sa,"

She left after that and Aishwarya kept the plate on the table.

"No dining hall dinner today?"

I asked with a smile and she looked at me.

"Yes, all thanks to you that everyone has to stay abed,"

She taunted me a little and I just smiled looking at her.

"You are welcome,"

I said and she laughed a little.

She was looking really different today. I closed the book and kept it aside. Shifting closer to her, I gently wrapped my arm around her waist. Her smile widened with timidness and I asked.

"Have you broken your fast?"

She looked at me and nodded.

"Ji,"

She replied and turned back to the food.

I leaned in closer and pressed my lips against her shoulder.

She sighed slightly with my touch and looked at me.

"Food is getting cold,"

She said in a slow voice and I pressed my lips against the base of her neck.

"I know, that's why I am warming it up,"
