Standing Under The Moonlight- Adventures At Night

The street lamps lit up the world,

As the bright and mighty sun waved goodbye,

The moon took her place in the sky,

And the twinkling stars followed the night.

The curtains were pulled across the windows,

Mothers kissed their children to bed,

While a few grandmothers slipped their hands into their grandchildren's,

And showed them the world of fairytales.

While half of the world snores and dreams,

And the owls are on their hunt,

Nobody sees me call the clouds

As they fly me up to the dwell of the sun.
