I wonder what Christmas feels like down in Agloe, New York
I doubt if anyone's celebrating there at all
I don't think mum and dad will be willing to drive me so far out of city,
So I guess I'll just cut it out of a map and hang it beside my Tree on my bedroom wall.

I can ask the elves to pay it a visit on Christmas Day
And possibly lay out a hearty feast with mugfuls of Butterbeer
I'll try putting together my own sleigh and joining them at sometime around twelve,
Later, we can huddle around in our blankets beside the snow lined rocks when the reindeer get there.

It's almost Christmas morning; I think it's time for me to depart;
Santa said he'll drop by before heading back to the Pole;
I'll send Agloe little parcels and visit it again sometime soon,
And I'll try and get a bigger sleigh next time so I can bring along the winter gnomes.
