I Fell For The Night Sky- Space Guys

I was on the moon, jumping from crater to crater,

When a spaceship flew past and said to me,

'Be careful of the aliens, they'll be chasing you, trust me.'

'Nah,' I replied, 'I'll be chasing them sooner or later.'

I bought a telescope and set it on my balcony

And kept a lookout for the space aliens,

Who, I think, will be jumping from Mars to Mercury.

I flew to the eight planets and placed sixty three pizzas on each,

Incase the space guys came and they were hungry,

Who had laid the feast; they wouldn't know,

But I would've found them and be the star of the show.

I kept a lookout for them through my telescope;

Squinting at the stars in their galaxy den;

Zooming past airplanes and skyways overhead

I owed one to my flight of fancy as I finally saw them.
