"Psst, Raven. You might wanna look behind you." Takuma Ichijo whispers over to the pale blue eyed, dark brown haired, short girl. "I know. Don't worry." She whispers over to him, and smirks while keeping her head down on her arms. "Raven, really. I think-" Ichijo stops speaking as Raven melts the ice that was headed her way.

"Nice try Aido, but I win again." Raven says turning back to the singed, blond vampire. He blows out ashes from his mouth, and shakes himself off. "That hurt you sadistic little psychopath!" A very displeased Aido Hanabusa yells out. Raven smirks, and laughs. "If it hurts then it's okay. That makes me very happy." She says as her eyes flash crimson, and Aido flinches. "Hasn't anyone taught you the harsh lesson of sarcasm?" Raven questions Aido. He blushes, and looks away.

"I'm so going to beat you. There is no way I can let you out prank me. You'll never see it coming." Aido says challenging the young aristocrat before him. "I'll be waiting." She says smirking back at him. "If you can outsmart me first that is. Genius or not, you can't handle me, Aido Hanabusa." The vampires around them groan and sigh. Raven and Aido look at the students around them.

"Just admit you like each other, and end the pranks. I'm tired of all the pranks and end it all." Ruka complains after the teacher goes on trying to get the class to pay attention. Raven and Aido blush. "I don't like him/her!" They yell out at the same time. The vampires around them roll their eyes at the couple in denial.

"How about we finish this dispute once and for all?" Kaname finally says quickly getting everyone's attention. "How would we do that, Kaname Sama?" Ruka questions him. "Simple. Raven and Aido." The two aristocrats flinch, and look over at him. "Y-yes, Kaname Sama?" They question a little worriedly. "I want you two to talk amongst yourselves until your little dispute is settled. Understood?" He says keeping his face calm, but the dark aura surrounding him doesn't give either one much of a choice."Yes, Kaname Sama." They say with a sigh.

"Seiren, take them to the special room I set up." Seiren nods her head, and waits for Raven and Aido. They sigh, and follow after the silently scary vampire. They walk side by side, and awkwardly look around, so they won't meet each others looks.

"Through here. Once your dispute is settled I will open this door." Seiren tells them. They're about to question her, but she locks the door behind them.

"Now what?" Raven questions throwing her hands up in the air. "We do as Kaname Sama asked." Aido says. Raven rolls her blue eyes. "Geez doing everything he says won't get you a kiss from him." Aido blushes, and glares at Raven. "I'm kidding. Calm down." She says putting her hands up in a fake surrender.

"How are we going to deal with this anyway? I'm not going to quit, and obviously neither are you. I don't think we can settle this prank war." She looks over at Aido who is looking down at her at her left hand. She gets self conscious, and lowers down the sleeve of her uniform. "How did that happen? You're a vampire, so I figured you'd be healed by now." Raven sighs, and looks at the long scar on her left wrist. She touches the skin around it, and memories make her anger.

Aido's yelp makes her come out of her thoughts. Raven looks up to find the room was nearly surrounded in flames, and Aido uses his ice to stop the flames. "I'm so sorry!" Raven says as she retracts the flames she unleashed. Aido breathes out relieved, and looks over at Raven.

"Okay. I get it. You don't want to talk about it, just don't burn down the academy." Aido tells her. Raven blushes, and rubs her hands together. "Sorry. It's just the scar brings back a lot of memories." She says as her eyes grow sad. Aido loses the anger he was feeling, and looks at her unguarded expression. Blushing at the sight of this new girl.

"Is it that bad?" He questions her. Wanting to know her more than anything. Raven nods her head. "I see. If you ever find the courage to talk about it. . .you can. . .you can talk to me anytime." Aido says stepping closer to her, and puts a cool hand to her flushed cheek. Raven takes in a shaky breath, and shows her wrist to Aido.

"This wound won't heal because I make sure it doesn't. Its a reminder to never forget the past." She tells him. Aido traces his finger down the scar. Making her slightly jump, but allowing him to touch it. "Maybe you should forget the past if it makes you react that way." He tells her. Raven pulls her wrist away. "I can't forget! It's so hard!" She says trying to look angry, but sorrow is the only thing that escapes her. Aido sighs, and hugs her. Making her jump again.

"Okay. I understand. Just know that you're not alone. Not anymore." Raven moves her head up, and meets Aido's blue eyes. He smiles at her before kissing her. She stares wide eyed, and Aido waits until she finally kisses him back. They slowly pull back, and smile at each other.

"RAVEN! AIDO!" They jump as the Night Class students burst in angrily. They look around to find that they had lost control of their powers and nearly flooded the academy. "Oops." They say as they look at the watery mess under their feet. The Night Class students are all wet, except for Kaname, who was instantly protected from the indoor shower.

"At least we're going to get along now." Aido says putting his hands up apologetically. "And cause more mayhem." Raven whispers. Aido looks back at her, and winks. "Fire and ice isn't so bad. But when they're together they're the perfect weapon of a prank. Thank you, Aido." Raven mentally states with a grin at the still glaring students. "Shall we?" Aido says putting his hand out to her. Raven takes his hand, and they combine their powers to cause a temporary fog before slipping out from the enraged students.

They laugh as they rush back to the Moon Dormitory. Not letting go of each others hands. Not being natural enemies anymore, but a single unit that works well together. So to answer the question. . .Yes, it's a bad combination. For the others anyway.
