(No one's POV)

For the next two weeks, Mike would not let it go. He kept calling her over and over again. Trying to reason with her. Trying to make sure that she knew that both of them belonged together and he was trying to figure out to get her to see that.

He was trying so many things like for example: he would send flowers and baskets of candy and fruit. He would even send her jewelry.

Finally after a month of this Jesse finally had enough, she finally decided to write and send him a letter. Which was something like this:

Mike-

I don't really know what to say about you sending all of those things to me. Even when we were engaged you never sent me those things, when they would be appropriate. But, now you are sending them to me when I am engaged to someone else, and now they are totally not appropriate now.

Please stop sending me these things and leave me alone. Or I will tell Aiden about what you have been doing and he will definitely not like it.

So, leave me alone and don't do it again.
