Adrienette written by AI

Adrien wanted to date Marinette. He was in denial before. Now that it was proven, he was ashamed. But why? He loved her. He always had.

Perhaps, if she weren't dating anyone else, he'd still date her. He couldn't believe what she was doing with Nicolas, but that was irrelevant. He needed to move on.

In a way, Adrien had already done this. For the past three years he had felt alone, unloved and forgotten. His family and friends had forgotten him and his ex-girlfriend, Marinette, had moved on. As the years went by, he wanted her back, but he couldn't get her. He couldn't forget.

Adrien sat up, rubbing his face. He took one final look at the lit up rose, then, picking up the rose he headed down the hallway.

A few hours later, Marinette was lying on her bed, absentmindedly fiddling with a mini-disk. She was distracted, exhausted.

The next few weeks were a blur. Adrien had moved into his own apartment and the two had started dating. She was nervous about the future, but knew it had to start somewhere. And that somewhere was at the night club.

Marinette would spend countless hours watching Adrien dance and listen to him sing. The two had quickly become inseparable, often seen holding hands or giving kisses. They spent more and more time together, with the two of them being the epitome of couple goals.

He stopped her on their second date and pulled her into a kiss. The two quickly found themselves in bed, much to Marinette's dismay.

The two spent every night together. When Marinette had to go home at the end of her shift, Adrien would beg her to stay and kiss her good night. When he was taking the stage, Marinette would watch from the audience.

He began bringing flowers to her work, but Marinette was speechless. She was scared and embarrassed, but she didn't show it.

The two spent more and more time together. All of her friends were jealous, but Marinette was ecstatic. Her friends assumed she was dating a boy she went to school with, so they didn't talk about Adrien. And Adrien didn't talk about Marinette.

He didn't want to lie to her anymore. He didn't want her to see him with someone else. He loved Marinette. She was the best thing to ever happen to him.

One night, Adrien and Marinette were at the club. The two were so wrapped up in each other that they didn't notice that the night was almost over.

It was closing time and Adrien and Marinette were the last customers left at the club. They sat there, watching the bar empty out. The lights came on and, not surprisingly, the two headed home.

The two got to Adrien's apartment, barely holding on to each other. The two exchanged a nervous glance, but both knew that, since they didn't want the night to end, it wouldn't.

Marinette stood there. She slowly shook her head.

She could feel her eyes growing heavy. And it was all because of Adrien.

The two stumbled into Adrien's room, but Marinette fell backwards onto Adrien. He tried to push her off, but she wasn't having it.

He flipped her onto her back and her face met the carpet.

Adrien fell onto his knees, holding his head in his hands. He sobbed.

"Adrien, why? Why? I'm so, so sorry, Adrien," Marinette said.

Adrien looked up. He looked into the eyes of his love. Adrien lost it. He began crying and sobbed, uncontrollably.

"No. No, I'm sorry, Marinette. I didn't mean it. Please, please, please, I can't do this. I can't."

She gently cupped his face.

"I'm here. I'm right here. Adrien, you can do this. You have no idea how much I love you. I have never loved anyone as much as I love you. I will always be here for you. Please, Adrien, please don't leave me."

Adrien looked up at Marinette. Tears ran down her face. Her green eyes were filled with emotion and Adrien had never seen her cry. And Adrien had never seen anyone cry as much as he had seen Marinette cry.

"I'm not going anywhere, Marinette. I love you too much to let you go."

He looked up at Marinette. "I love you so much, Marinette. Please don't leave me."

Marinette nodded, though she wasn't sure what he meant. Adrien slowly stood up, but Marinette grabbed his arm.

"Wait, wait, Adrien. What are you doing? Don't go," she pleaded.

Adrien sighed. He knelt down next to her, looking at the floor. He thought about what to say.

"It's just that, sometimes I feel like, you know, like a loser. Like, I'm not, like, talented or whatever. Like, I'm just average. Like, I'm okay at music, and I'm okay at sports. And I'm okay at drawing. But other than that, I'm not, like, a good guy. I'm not a great guy. I'm not a great guy. Like, if I ever did anything that would disappoint you, then, then I'm sorry, Marinette. I'm sorry. But, if I had a choice in the matter, I would choose you every time. I would choose you, no matter what," Adrien said.

Marinette cried harder. "I love you, too, Adrien. I will always love you, no matter what. I don't want you to be sorry for anything. I just want you to be happy," Marinette said.

Adrien thought for a moment. He looked up at Marinette.

"Marinette. I love you so much. You're everything I've ever wanted, everything I've ever dreamed of. I don't know how you're still here, but I can't imagine my life without you in it. I don't know what I would do without you, but I would do it. No matter what, I would do it. I love you, Marinette, more than anything."

Marinette looked up at Adrien. She couldn't say anything.

"I love you, too, Adrien," she said. "I love you, too, more than anything."

"I love you, more than anything," Adrien repeated.

And that was when Adrien and Marinette realized they would be together forever.
