DOWNTOWN KONOHA
"Sasuke." His elder brother knocked on his door for what seemed liked the thousandth time.

The door opened revealing a tired face as his weary eyes greeted Itachi.

"Did you get hit by a rock or something?" Itachi teased as Sasuke yawned.

"I had another dream." He sighed as Itachi rolled his eyes.

"About that girl again?" He furrowed his eyebrows.

"Yes." He said only remembering certain parts of her.

"Sasuke, we went over this. She doesn't exist." He said causing Sasuke to sigh.

"I know, I know. It just that what if we were destined to meet?" He said taking down the box of cereal.

"Tell me Sasuke, if you were "destined to meet" why haven't you met yet?" He cracked open an egg as it began to sizzle in the pan.

"I don't know." He poured his cereal into a bowl.

"Sasuke, Itachi?!" They heard their mother call for them as they turned to see her in her nurse uniform.

"You look lovely, mom." Itachi complimented her causing her to smile.

"Thank you, Itachi."

"Well mom, always looks good." Sasuke said.

"Thank you, Sasuke." She smiled more.

"Well mom-." Itachi was interrupted as she scoffed.

"That's enough. Sasuke, you'll be late to school." She said as Sasuke began to brush his teeth.

"School isn't until another hour, though?" Itachi began to wash the dishes as Mikoto sighed.

"He wants to leave before Sakura gets here." She said as Itachi laughed.

"Honestly, Sasuke. Why not give her a chance? She seems like a nice girl." His mother placed her hand on her hips.

"Nice and crazy aren't the same thing mom, try something else." He said.

"Sasuke." She warned him as he sighed.

"Alright, well for one, she likes me." He said.

"And what's wrong with that?" Itachi asked.

"Brings me to my second point which is that the feeling isn't mutual." He said as slung his bag over his shoulder, walking to the front door as he peered out the peephole to see her already waiting for him at the door. She appeared to be checking her hair in a small pocket mirror.

"Guess I'll take the back door." He said as Itachi sighed hearing the doorbell ring.

He dried his hands off as the door opened revealing Sakura who was smiling greatly.

"Good morning, Itachi-kun! Is Sasuke-kun here?" She peered into the house causing Itachi to feel uncomfortable as he blocked her path.

"You just missed him." He said as she groaned.

"Ugh, not again! I wake up early every morning just to come pick him up so we can walk to school together and he's already gone! Honestly, it's like he doesn't even want to see me!"  She said as Itachi laughed nervously.

This would have been funny if she wasn't right.

"Well, thank you anyway." She said as Itachi closed the door.

"Did you let her down easy?" He heard as his mother appeared from the living room.

"Yea." He said as his face looked troubled.

"What's wrong, Itachi?" She asked.

"Sasuke is having those dreams again." He said as they remembered the day he first arrived at their home.

They were all sitting together with the Hyuga family as a woman with short dark brown hair and beading green eyes began to explain the events that happened earlier in the day. As they were shocked because not even the media could explain why an earthquake had suddenly erupted out of nowhere. It was on the news for a couple of days. She had explained their power, their roles as family and most importantly how they should never meet. The only rare thing that she forgot to mention was her name.

Once Sasuke began describing the girl in his dreams, they knew they had to find a way to convince him that she wasn't real. Sooner or later, he started to believe it himself.

"I wish we could just tell him." Mikoto frowned as she didn't want her son to start believing he was crazy.

"I blame myself, if only I could've had given a natural birth none of this would've happened and he could be with who he wanted, what he wanted, live a normal life not be some sort of weapon. Ever since your father passed away, I don't know what to do." She continued.

"It's not your fault,mom . We'll find a way." Itachi hugged her

KONOHA ACADEMY HIGH
"How many times do I have to apologize?" The blonde haired boy held his head out of pain from the punch he had received earlier.

"Ever since she found out where I lived, she won't stop trying to visit me." Sasuke sighed.

"I didn't know she followed me that day." He complained back.

"Narut-." He didn't finish as he felt his head start to hurt.

"What's wrong?" Naruto said as Sasuke looked around.

"Your eyes." Naruto pointed out as people around them were staring at them.

"Cover me." He said as Naruto nodded.

Sasuke had told his friends of his 'powers', although he never told his family; thought they wouldn't understand. His powers would often come on and off like a light switch. Sometimes he would get injuries without noticing or remembering how he got hurt in the first place.

"Are you okay?" Naruto sat him down on a bench that was behind the school.

"Yea, for now anyway." He said as he held his head again.

"I'll get you a drink." Naruto walked towards the vending machine.

"Sasuke-kun!" They heard as Sakura approached them.

Just end me. He thought as he rolled his eyes.

"Hey." He said as Sakura was out of breath.

"Quick question, what time do you leave your house?" She asked.

"At 8." He said as Naruto walked back almost dropping the drinks as he was startled by Sakura's presence.

"At 8, what?" Naruto asked laughing nervously.

"I leave my house at 8." He said as Naruto didn't understand what he was doing.

"What? But school doesn't start until 7:3-." Sasuke covered his mouth from saying anymore as they walked away from Sakura who was looking in a tiny mirror trying to fix her hair...again.

Sasuke released Naruto as he winced causing Naruto to look confused.

"I don't get what she sees in you anyway." Naruto continued as he rolled his eyes.

"Why'd you bite me?" He finally said as Naruto raised his brow looking down to see Sasuke's finger bleeding.

"Why would I bite you? You don't even look tasty." He said as Sasuke looked annoyed.

"What?! I'm serious! You probably taste like anger and sadness." He laughed as they watched Sasuke's finger get healed.

"Freaky but cool." Naruto said as they heard the bell ring indicating they had to go to home room.

"Your powers been acting up a lot more today than usual." Naruto walked as Sasuke nodded in agreement.

Indeed it was a bit strange. He walked as he felt a sharp pain in his stomach.

Shouldn't have..

He heard a voice as he looked around.

"Did you hear that?" He said as Naruto shook his head.

"Hear what?" He asked as he felt the pain again.

What the hell?! Sasuke grabbed his stomach as Naruto laughed.

"You got diarrhea or something?" He laughed.

"It's not funny." He said as he walked away towards the bathroom.

His stomach had suddenly stopped as he felt something, he had never felt before. It was some sort of presence, he began running as he heard Naruto called out to him and when he didn't turn around he heard running behind him until he stopped.

He looked around:

He noticed a girl whom he had never seen around their school before.

But it was where the presence lead him.

It was her.
