'Skyguy!' I yelled to the endless room above me. The only result I got was that I heard my own voice again for like ten times. I sighed. This was the last thing I had expected when I got the idea of getting this scroll. I was happy that Skyguy had it so when I wouldn't survive this and he would, the others could be brought back to life. And it wouldn't be wet.
While I was trying to keep my head above the water I hoped that ther were no monsters in this water. I wasn't sure of anything because it most certainly was very deep here because I couldn't touch the bottom with my toes.
It felt like someone or better said something had heard my thoughts because a monster came to me, again. Was it never going to end? This monster didn't look like a monster but the butterfly didn't look like a monster either before it turned into a dragon. Cautious as I was I dived under the water, hoping that the monster didn't see me.
Wrong again. The monster came to my direction so I decided to swim in the opposite direction, away from it. Unfortunately for me there were two of them. I decided to go to my left but there was another one. When I looked to my right I wasn't really surprised that there was a fourth one.
I looked at the monsters again, actually they were quite beautiful. All of them had a light on their forehead which was shining bright like a star. When I looked better I saw that those fish each had another letter. N, E, S, W. Of course! The wind directions! These four fish were a compass! I saw that the North one had a brighter star. Combined with the other stars I could see a big part of the place where I was. It was more like a cave with a small opening at the ceiling. I began to talk to the fish, I don't know why I did that but I felt like I could trust them. 'Can you show me a way to get back to my master, please?' I asked them friendly. The fish from the North came closer to me, I was a bit afraid but less than before. I saw that it moved something at it's back. It had wings! It moved hid head to make clear to me that I had to sit on it's back. I wasn't sure if it was a good idea but I swam to it's back and sat on it. It began to use it's wings and we gained height. I saw how the other fish followed us. We went through the opening in the ceiling and left the cave. I saw how the strange maze came closer and closer. Had I fallen this far? The fish dropped me at the end of the maze and then they disappeared. Turns out that even places full with darkness and danger can have some hope, light and goodness. I turned around and saw my master who was looking very surprised. I didn't feel the need to explain everything so I just took his arm and together we continued our mission.
