Welcome everyone to my newest story, Ah! My Demon Goddess. This was an idea I went over with my friend S0me1da3 on DeviantArt, or ZeroIQ on Fanfiction. I'd recommend you check them out, they're work is really good, art, stories and 3D models.

Anyways, this idea was made after seeing their post, Demon Goddesses. So I thought, why not have it happen. This is an AU where the gate test never came to be, meaning more races were made, such as the Demon Goddesses.

This takes place at the same time, but Belldandy and some of the other Goddesses will be Demon Goddesses. Bell will still be herself, but a bit of a minx, and tell the truth about what she likes.

Anyways, I do not own Ah! My Goddess. This is only a fanfiction.

Now, onto the story.

Chapter 1: Ah! Meeting a Demon Goddess

In the Nekomi Institute of Technology Men's Dormitory, we see a plain looking man named Keiichi Morisato, a freshman of Nekomi Tech, and a person that has the worst luck you could ever imagine. He tries to do his best, and be nice, but every time he tries things would always go wrong, no thanks to his club's leaders who were complete bone heads that only know how to build stuff, and have no sense in money saving whatsoever. But we're getting off track here.

This is the story of how young Keiichi's life would turn around for the better, thanks to one night being forced to wait and look over the place, and not by choice. He did everything that he was given, even fixing his bike, and it was now late into the evening.

This is where his new life starts, by one chance calling.

Keiichi needed to make another call for his club, when he did, a female voice came through. "Hello and good evening love~ You have reached the Demon Goddess Helpline~"

Keiichi was shocked, thinking he pressed the wrong number. "Oh, uh, sorry, it must have dialed the wrong number-" he tried to explain.

"One moment sir~ Our best agents will be with you there to meet you in person~" the female told him, interrupting him.

"H-Hey wait a second, you don't understand!" he tried to tell her, but then the mirror behind him started to glow.

(A moment before)

A divine looking woman, who had light brown hair with red, blue and purple markings on her face. She had an outfit that was red, and a bit tight on her. This is the First Class, Unlimited License Demon Goddess, Belldandy.

Belldandy was flying around and keeping herself hidden in search of new clients, and waiting to be called upon if she was about to get one.

"Hey, Bell~" the voice that called Keiichi mentally broadcasted to her while she was making the call. "We got you a new client, a very cute boy with the worst luck you can imagine~ He needs some balancing out~"

"Oh, thank you for telling me~" Bell thanked with kindness.

"Sending you the location and the information of one Keiichi Morisato~" she informed.

Bell got the information and couldn't help but winch once she looked it over. "Oh, the poor dear, he does need help~" she stated. She then found a mirror on a car. "Heading there now~" She then used the mirror to teleport to this Keiichi Morisato.

(Back with Keiichi)

Keiichi was freaking out from this. Not knowing what was happening. Just then he saw what looked like a woman coming out, along with some white and black feathers as well. The woman came halfway out of the mirror, smiling brightly at Keiichi.

"Good evening~" the woman greeted. Keiichi was still in shock. "Please tell me, what is your heart's deepest desire~" Keiiche then went to the other side of the room, things being sent all over the place in his haste. "Oh dear, I'm sorry for scaring you like that. Allow me to properly introduce myself." She then fully got herself out of the mirror, landing gracefully. "How do you do, young sir~ Please don't be afraid, my name is Belldandy~ I'm a Demon Goddess~"

"Wai-wai-wai-wha- a demon goddess?" Keiichi asked, still not sure what the heck was going on here.

"I am, and my duty is to come to those who are greatly distressed and help assist and balance peoples' lives such as yourself~" The now named, to Keiichi anyways, Belldandy explained. She then walked up to him and asked, "Now then, your deepest wish is my command~ Anything you and your heart desire~"

"A wish!?" Keiichi shouted in shock again, not believing it.

"Yes~" Belldandy answered him. "I have come here from Heaven, to grant you, Mr. Keiichi Morisato one wish~"

Keiichi turned away, and put his right hand over his mouth. 'What's going on,' he asked himself in his head. 'Okay, let's see... I was trying to call Aoyama, but I got some weird helpline instead. Then this girl came out of this mirror telling me she'd grant a wish.' He then had a shocked realization on his face. 'Wait a minute, come to think of it... H-How did she come out of that mirror?' He then had a suspicious look on his face. 'Not only that, but she's calling herself a Demon Goddess. Both at the same time... How can someone be a Demon and a Goddess at the same time...?'

He then turned back to look at Belldandy, who was now right in front of him. "Pardon me," she stated, "is everything alright sir?" Keiichi screamed in shock, scared at the girl right in her face. He then was back to the wall. "Allow me to introduce myself again~ I am with the Demon Goddess hotline, Demon Goddess First Class, Second Category, Unlimited License and my name is Belldandy~"

"Ah... Nice to meet you," Keiichi stated, calming down and sitting on his knees, scratching the back of his head in nervousness. "I-I'm Keiichi Morisato."

After that Keiichi set up a table and made some tea for the two of them. While this was happening Belldandy looked around, sensing the energy in it.

"Here, have some tea," Keiichi offered, snapping Belldandy back to him. "The truth is I've never had a girl at my place before, s-so I don't have much to offer you."

"Oh, that's kind of you to do so~" Belldandy stated, bowing to him. She then was getting a went to grab something off her. "Here, my business card." She handed him a gold and black swirling patterned card with intricate red and gold vine patterns and information and her name written on it.

Keiichi had looked at it then lowered it to look at Belldandy again. He was blushing a bit and was looking embraced. He then got serious but was still blushing. "What kind of business would a Demon Goddess like you have with me?"

"We Demon Goddess have a mission," Belldandy started to explain to him. "That is to help balance out and rescue those individuals in distress and have a long line of bad luck, or need their path in life improved by helping them learn selflessness to balance people who have too much good fortune that it goes to their head. You are the former case, and you need help."

Keiichi looked confused and asked. "Okay, but why are you here? My life can't be that bad... can it?"

"I have come here at the request of one Mr. Keiichi Morisato," Belldandy answered.

"What request?" he asked, sounding confused. "I don't remember making any request."

"Well I was sent after we got your phone call," Belldandy answered again.

"Oh, that?" Keiichi asked in realization. "Oh, no, you see, I just dialed the wrong number...! I was just trying to call my friend...-!"

"From up in heaven," Belldandy started, interrupting Keiichi, "we Demon Goddesses watch over each and everyone of the lives that are being led on this planet. And thus, that includes you, Mr. Keiichi Morisato."

"Oh..." was all Keiichi could say. He felt out of his depth.

"Even with all your bad luck," Belldandy stated again, "you've shown your fortitude and unbreakable spirit in the face of misfortune and your kindness and empathy towards others. This is truly worthy of the highest praise~ I'd say you'd be up for a godhood with this amazing recode you have and through all the hardships you've gone through~"

Keiichi was now flustered from the praise, causing him to blush and rub the back of his head. "Oh, right," he said, trying to wave it off like nothing. "It's nothing special really."

"But it is~" Belldandy stated, kindly but firmly. "You've been virtuous in spite of the fact that the imbalance of fortune and misfortune in your daily life has been exceeded. And as a result of this, Yggdrasil responded accordingly."

Keiichi was in shock, his blush still on his face.

"Thus, it has been determined that you have earned the right to receive Heaven's Grace~" Belldandy finished.

"And what exactly is Heaven's Grace?" Keiichi asked, puzzled by this.

"What I'm trying to explain is that any wish you want will be granted," Belldandy explained more clearly.

"My wish?" Keiichi asked, still looking lost.

Belldandy then lifted one finger, confusing Keiichi again. "However," Belldandy started, "keep in mind that you will be allowed only just the one wish."

"Only one?" he repeated in a questioning tone. That was.... kinda disappointing.

"That is correct," Belldandy answered. "but I can grant you anything your heart desires. Just say the word, and I'll see to it that your wish comes true."

"W-What, right now? I-I dunno, I mean, this is all going on too fast. I need a minute to think this through." Keiichi stated, still trying to wrap his head around all this. Just five minutes ago, he was sitting in the middle of his room and then all of the sudden some Demon, genie lady just magics her way into here through a mirror. Honestly, how his mind didn't snap and how he didn't crap himself from fear was a mystery in itself. Not to mention, he only had one, meaning It had to count.

"Well then, Mr. Morisato, have you figured out what your heart's desire is~?" Belldandy said, in her kind voice.

"H-Hang on. I'm still thinking.... This sorta thing ain't exactly easy to decide on..." he said out loud, that last part mostly to himself. Multiple images of the things he's always wanted popped into his mind. He envisioned himself being a wealthy billionaire finally living a life without hassle, being a famous celebrity that everyone admires or loves, or just having a mansion in the tropics with a pool and with tons of girls and maids, like an anime harem protagonist. 'I wonder if it's okay to wish for something like that?' he asked himself in his head. He let out a light laugh.

Belldandy, upon noticing his laugh, chimed. "You know, any wish short of being a God is within my possibilities. So if it is your desire to, I dunno, become incredibly wealthy beyond your imagination, I would be more than delighted to grant you more riches than you can know what to do with for your whole life." This surprised Keiichi, as it seemed like Demon could read his mind or something, but Bell kept going. "Or, if it's eternal youth you seek, I can make it so you're young looking for the rest of your life. But if you really want something, if you want the destruction and ruin of the entire world," this statement made Keiichi freak out in shock. "I'm able to make that possible as well."

"Whoa, whoa, whoa, hold on! The destruction of the entire world!? Why would I want that?!" He asked in shock, flabbergasted by the mere suggestion. A vision of the world completely blown to bits, with himself laughing like a maniacal general hellbent on the total control and/or destruction of the world filled his mind. Keiichi looked horrified, and gulped in fear.

"I'm just saying." Belldandy shrugged nonchalantly. "Nothing is out of the realm of possibility. Though if you chose to do so, we would never be able to appear to someone again if that wish came true. Even if we're Demon Goddess, we still have our jobs, and that would be counterproductive, so I'd appreciate it if you didn't put us out of a job."

"Wha-- you-- just--?" he tried to stammer out a response, however the sheer insanity of everything going on has just fried his mind. It felt like he was having an aneurysm for Christ's sake! "N-No, no you know what, this isn't even happening, this has just gotta be some kind dream or something!" Shooting to his feet, he continued. "Yeah, just a messed up dream. My crappy day has taken its toll on me, so as a result I'm having some kinda weird, messed up dream! Why didn't I think of that sooner?!" Covering his eyes, he would state confidently. "There's no such thing as Demon God's or magic. You're just some figment of my imagination and when I open my eyes, you're not going to be here anymore.

Belldandy just giggled, making him look at her again, and she answered, "Believe me, I may be a Demon Goddess, but I assure you this is no dream. Please understand, we Demon Goddess do not lie when we are making deals with those who earned a wish."

"Lalala, I can't hear you." Keiichi said as he covered eyes once more and concentrated hard on making this madness stop. Once he would open his eyes, everything would be back to normal. He just. Had. To. Focus!

Just then, he felt a kiss on his cheek, making him uncover his eyes to see Belldandy floating in front of him in midair. "Did that feel like a dream~?" she asked, knowing that his sense of touch couldn't be fooled.

Keiichi breathed deeply as he brushed the spot he was kissed on with his trembling fingers. 'N-Nonono, t-that had to be a trick, right?!' He thought to himself. 'There's no way this was for real. All of this doesn't make any logical sense. Yet, yet it felt so genuine. The softness and warmth of her lips was so life-like that surely no dream could replicate it. B-But if it wasn't caused by some trick of mind or something then that.... could.... only--'

Horrified realization set in as Keiich slumped back to the ground, looking completely shell shocked while Belldandy took seat in front of him. Okay, so this was really happening then, just fan-freaking-tastic. 'Alright, so if this isn't a dream then everything she said is the truth then. The wish, the God's, the fact that she couldn't tell a lie. All of it.' Keiichi thought before realizing something. 'Wait...' "Okay, if you can't lie while doing a contract, then tell me, do you think I'm cool?"

Belldandy smiled at him kindly. "Why, yes. Yes I do~"

Keiichi's head shot up suddenly towards her, "Aha! I knew it! You thought you could trick me, but I know better than to believe a Demon who said she couldn't lie. Nice try, lady."

"H-Huh?!" Belldandy said, completely caught off guard by his accusations. "Hey, now, I swear I'm telling you the truth! Why would I lie to you!"

"Because no one has ever said that I looked cool before, heck no one would even pay me the time of day. I'm just the school loser, a chump. You're probably only trying to be nice to me to steal my soul or whatever you Demon's do. Tch, figures." Bell actually looked sad at this. Did he really think she was some kind of evil spirit out to kill him?

Keiichi meanwhile thought bitterly to himself. 'I get it now, because of how I'm such a nobody, she probably thought I was some kind of easy target for her to drag down to Hell. Figures, nobody will even notice if I'm gone, at best they'll probably think I moved out before continuing on with their lives. Man, why do I always get stuck with all the bad luck?!'

"P-Please, that is not true at all," she stated, making him look up to her again. "Believe me, what I've been saying has been nothing but the truth. I don't desire your soul or to drag you down to Hell. I truly wish to grant you your wish."

Keiichi's eyes widened in shock. "Wait a minute... Can you read my mind...?" Okay, now he was getting freaked out.

Belldandy nodded. "I can indeed, but I want to reassure you, I have no intentions of harming you in any way, shape or form. My mission is to grant you your heart's deepest desires. And please, don't say such cruel things about yourself. I'm sure that a kind man like you would be missed dearly by a lot of people."

Keiichi gave a self deprecating laugh. "Yeah, right. Just look at me." He said as he gestured to himself. "I'm five foot three, not much to look at, I suck at confrontation, I can't talk to a hot girl without clamming up, I'm scrawny as hell, and the guys I live with aren't doing me any favors. Face it, when it comes to all the guys here, I'm at the bottom of the barrel."

"Hey now, that's not true. Just because you don't have a supermodel physique, that doesn't mean that you don't look good. I think you've got a certain cute look anyway~" she told him, kindheartedly, with her kind smile.

This shocked him, so he tried harder. "But look, I have thick eyebrows and a completely forgettable face." he stated, pointing to his face. "P-Plus, my teeth aren't even that good. They don't shine white like pearls."

"Those are nothing to be ashamed about, they add to your unique features, Keiichi Morisato." Belldandy said, keeping her encouragement up.

However, Keiichi was starting to get exasperated. He was this close to tearing out his hair in frustration over all this madness. So, desperate for all of this to be some kind of elaborate trick, he tried one last tactic that might work. Throwing down what was at least a few notes worth of Yen coins on the table, he gestured at the bills. "You see that?" he asked her as he pointed to all his money. "It's the beginning of the year and that's my entire savings!" He then looked back up to her. "Pretty pathetic huh? So you still think I'm cool now?" He said, finding it difficult to believe someone would think he was cool after seeing how poor he was.

But sadly for him, Bell shook her head. "One's financial status should never be equated with one's true worth. One is neither more or less attractive because of how much money a person has to them. Never think such a silly little thing."

Keiichi was now dumbfounded and looked back to her as he was starting to give in. "Oh really...?" he asked, feeling his resolve faltering.

"Indeed," Bell answered with a smile while Keiichi just slumped, admitting defeat. She was just to... he couldn't think of a word to describe her. Honest? Truthful? He couldn't find the proper word. "Mr. Keiichi Morisato, I see that you have a bad complex about how you look and what you let others think of you. But what does one's appearance have to do with a person's worth?"

Keiichi looked up to her, like she said something crazy. "Well, you're not exactly wrong about that." Rubbing his temples, he felt a fierce migraine coming. "I mean after all, unless they get to know you, people don't really care about your little quirks. Unless you're good looking, wealthy, or just generally normal to talk too people won't spare you the time of day."

"Hmph, well that's just plain ridiculous, such traits are trivial." she stated. "You possess qualities of far greater values."

"Gee, thanks." He said before removing his hand away from his head and addressing the large elephant in the room. "Okay, so if you're some kinda God, does that mean everything religion said is true? Is this some kinda divine reward or some jazz?"

Bell giggled at him, but it was a kind giggle. "Let's not get into the philosophy of that matter. Right now, let me show you what I meant about your true worth~" She then guestered to his room, with all his items he fixed. "Look around at everything you know~" Just then all his equipment turned on, and there was a slow white glow coming off all of them. "There is love, bursting at the seams of everything you do." Keiichi was flabbergasted again for the umpthen time that night. He looked up to see that she possessed the same glow coming radiating off her, with some pink and red undertones as well, making her devine looking. "Although these items are older and others would rather throw them out because of this without a second glance, they are well taken care of, and are in perfect working order~. You should feel proud knowing just how capable you are at maintaining these wonderful machines~." As she spoke, Keiichi was starting to believe he was seeing a goddess in all her glory. "The sound of the monitor powering on, and the hum of the video head spinning, these are all such happy and jouise sounds~ This comes from them knowing that you are the one who will use them, and because of this they feel grateful and fortunate to be here with you."

"W-Wow, uh, I-I-I don't know what to say? Uh, thanks, I guess?" Keiichi wasn't really sure what the proper response to her was. No one has ever actually talked to him in that way before, such praise felt so.... foreign to him. Was this what appreciation felt like?

Bell giggled again, the aura around her fading and Keiichi's applineses shutting down. She then grabbed a motor part he had in his room, her smile still there. "It is because of this love you give them and showing that they still have purpose in your eyes, as well as not judging them based on their appearance nor their abilities that they feel so grateful to you, Keiichi Morisato~."

Keiichi was in awe of this woman, no, this goddess. She was so genuine to him. "Uh.... ahem.... Okay, well... thank you again. I, uh, think I'm ready to go back to thinking about that wish you promised." he stated, still a bit of awe and some shock in his voice.

"Does this mean you've made your decision?" she asked him with a curious look in her eyes, feeling quite giddy.

"N-N-Not quite, I still need a bit longer to think. It's.... not everyday you have your wish answered after all." He rubbed the back of his head. "Plus, you're one of the few nice people that have given me hope, so I'm not really used to something like that. Honestly if I could, I'd wish for a Demon Goddess like you to stay by my side forever..." He looked away, looking flustered.

"O-Oh, really?" she asked, a bit of shock and surprise on her face.

"Well, yeah. You're the first person in forever to treat me with any kind of basic human decency, I wouldn't mind keeping you around for a while. It'd be nice to have somebody to actually talk and listen to my problems." Keiichi said before looking away, realizing what he had just said. "S-Sorry," he stuttered. "I didn't mean to be rude, even if you are a Demon Goddess... I shouldn't have said that...'' Unknown to both of them, the glow from before was starting to appear around Bell. "After all, we just met..."

Just then, the glow of Belldandy started to intensify, shocking the two. Just then, Bell's symbol on her head shot a beam of Blue, Red and Purple swirling energy into the air. Bell looked like she was in a trance, while everything that was lightweight was swirling around her.

"H-Hey!" Keiichi was screaming in fear. "What the hell?! What's going on here?!"

Just then, the beam cut off, and Bell was starting to fall from the.... whatever just happened.. Keiichi saw this, and instinctively went to catch her while the objects fell in the process. Safely in his arms, Bell started to open her eyes and saw that she was on resting Keiichi's chest. She smiled, seeing he went to keep her safe. But she still had to ask. "What happened?"

"Oh thank goodness," Keiichi wheezed out, but smiled at her, knowing she was safe. "Are you okay?"

"I am, thank you~" she thanked him. She then looked up, and saw a hole in the roof. Her eyes widened in shock. "Oh no.... Don't tell me..."

"What?" Keiichi asked. "Don't tell you what?"

Bell said nothing, getting up and running to his phone. "I beg your pardon Keeichi, but I need to use your phone for a minute." She then dialed a few buttons and it rang a few times, before someone picked up. "Hello?" she asked through the phone. "This is Belldandy speaking. ... Yes, this is about the wish that was sent. ... What...!? I-It's valid, but hold on, All Mighty One, this is unheard of..."

"All Might one...?" Keiichi asked, looking totally lost. "Who the heck is she talking to?"

"....Well, yes, but what about....? Uh, huh. I see, yes.... okay.... so it's.... yes, I see. Thank you." Bell sighs, and hung up, saying nothing for a long while as she just gazed down at the phone.. She gave a shrug. "Your wish has been approved and been duly granted to you."

"Huh?" he asked, looking confused. "My wish, what wish? I didn't even say it yet?"

"Oh," Belldandy explained. "But you did, you just didn't realize it at the moment."

"Didn't realize it at the moment? What the hell are you.... talking....?" Keiichi trailed off as sudden realization dawned upon him, and his words from earlier reared their ugly head. "No, you can't mean....?"

Bell turned to smile at him. "Yes, I'm going to be at your side from now on~" Keiichi just looked at her... Then let out a scream of shock and horror.

Search: Well, it's no biggie. I thought it would be nice to help a friend out. I might not be the most knowledgeable guy when it comes to this anime, but whatever it takes to help a friend out.

That it was; a big help. I've been stuck writing this. I like the way you wrote Bell and Keiichi's dialogue, it felt natural, and almost like the Anime, just Bell having a bit more mischievous side, due to being Half Goddess Half Demoness.

Search: Aww thanks. You did a pretty good job yourself. I'm sure that the next chapter will be just as good as this one.

I just went off the anime. I do that when I want it to be close to the Anime, paying homage to the source, but having my own twist to it. I maybe like canon at times, but I like to wait, and draw people in to show where the major changes will come from canon. Also, like I said, I'll leave a link to the art I was inspired by and the artist pages as well.
