AHANA'S POV

I woke up with a set of strong arms on my waist. I moved a bit but I couldn't. So instead I turned around to face him. His hair was a bit messed up and the sun rays were making his fair skin glow brighter. Yesterday night was one of the best moments I ever had. I moved closer to Ansh and wrapped my hand around him. He was still asleep and held me more firm. I moved my hand through his silky jet black hair.

" Thanks for what you did yesterday night. It was wonderful and special. " I whispered.

All the events were going on in the back of my mind. I wish to live them again and again. It was for the first time that I was feeling so special. And Ansh made me feel like that.

But then I recalled what Zara said. Was she correct? Never mind. I don't want to spoil my morning by thinking about the complicated relationship we shared.

I bent down a bit more. Ansh's perfect eyelashes looking so charming like always.

God!! I wish my babies have eyelashes like their father....

I smiled and quickly bent down to his lips leaving a small peck. But before I could retreat I pulled down a bit more.

" They must really have your dimples, Ahana... They are the best sight to see in the morning. " He smiled and captured my lips.

Man!! This morning is so long. Pushing me back and getting on the top on me, he didn't break the contact for a second. I closed my eyes and Ansh pulled the blanket to cover us.

" Hey!! Sleepy head... Wake up. Or else we will miss our flight." I turned around a bit and I saw Ansh lying on the bed opposite to me. He was already ready in his creamy pink lshirt and jeans.

" You are ready??" I said rubbing my eyes and trying to get up.

" What to do when your wife falls asleep while kissing? Seriously, Ahana I didn't know that pregnancy can make someone so sleepy." He said laughing.

" Ansh!!! Stup up... Just Shu...." I said hitting him on his arms. But before I could say anything I felt a sudden urge to throw up.
I ran to the bathroom.

" Ahana.... Ahana... Are you Okay? What happened? " Ansh came running. I washed my face and he offered me a fresh towel. I sat on the chair.

" Ahana... Look at me. Do you want to see the doctor?" He asked pulling my cheeks up.

" No... I am fine Ansh. It's after many days I am having this morning sickness. Anyways I have an appointment once we return."

He nodded and offered me a glass of water. I knew that Ansh was a caring person but as days were passing I could see something more in him.

" Freshen up and then we can go for a walk and have breakfast. You will feel better. " He said caressing my hair.

I nodded.

" And Ahana...." I heard him call.

" Hmmm...."

" Jaai and Zara are also leaving for Sydney today afternoon. He called me sometime ago while you were sleeping. "

" Oh!! But they were going to go after two days."

" Yeah! But you know your desperate friend. He doesn't want to waste a second more.... Seriously, I can't believe it. He loves her so much. " He said chuckling.

" Hmm.. That he does. But really, I am happy for them. Hope so Uncle forgives him. "

" He has to. Looking at them no one will ever want them to be away from each other. "

" Yeah! Looking at them sometimes gives me hopes that everyone will find their love one day. " I said.

Ansh stood silently. I think I shouldn't have said that.

" I will be back." I said going to the bath.

He went back to his laptop. Then I realised that it's been a long time since I looked what was happening in the company. I rarely attended the meetings now. Before going I texted Jen to send me the updates. I trusted Ansh that he was managing it well.

After a good long warm bath when I came out Ansh was still as I saw him while going. On the bed with his laptop. I don't think he realised that I was back already. I was in a off shoulder short dress reaching my knees. And it matched perfectly with Ansh's shirt.
Ha! What a coincidence!!

" Ahana... I know you are back. No need to text Jen. I will update you and you have to take complete rest. So, No Work....." He said finally looking at me.

" Huh!!!" I gasped. This guy is impossible.

" I am starving and we are already late for breakfast. It's already 10:30 now." He said shutting his laptop.

" So, It's my mistake.... " I said making a face.

" No Darling... I forgot to wake you up and no need for mood swings. I will make it up for you. Anyways we still have a lot of things to do. Did you forget about the Souvenirs?"

" Yeah! Let's go quick. I am starving too."

After we had our breakfast it felt good. I gulped my pills and we headed for the local sightseeing. It was fun.

There wasn't much huge things to see around in Vaadhoo. But nevertheless we had fun. The beaches were awesome and we had fun strolling with our hands intertwined. Things were indeed changing, a lot. We bought souvenirs for everybody. There were a variety of things to choose from and Ansh did a great job helping me out.

We bought the handicrafts with the traditional culture crafted on it. It was a beautiful hand woven, embroidered clothing, like woollens. Apart from this, we bought carved seashells and lacquered vases. Giving us a remembrance of the wonderful time we had on the beach. Maldives is also known for its spices and I bought some of the most delicious ones that can flavour our food for Ma.

" All Done?" Ansh asked.

" Yep..." I smiled.

In the afternoon we returned to the hotel and packed our stuff. Then saying our goodbye to Zara and Jaai we headed for the airport. We had to go back to Malè. Our chartered plane was waiting for our arrival.

We settled in and I had a warm cup of tea. It felt soothing. Ansh was beside me, busy reading something on his cell.

" Ansh... What are you reading?"

" Hmm... Mir has send me a list of task that I need to practise before our babies come. He says he is facing a lot of surprises and he wants me to be prepared."
As soon as he said this I burst into laughter. There were tears coming from my eyes. He looked at me in awe.

" C'mon... It wasn't that funny. I think even you should be prepared. You never know how notorious they are.... "

" God!! Ansh.... My tummy is already paining with the laughs. And trust me you are gonna be a very good father....."

" Really!! You think so?" He asked with excitement.

" Hmmm... I know so. But tell me when are we gonna tell everyone about the twins. They need to know."

" Hmm... Yay!! We can tell them soon after we reach Mumbai. A small Icecream Party. What say? "

" Perfect..... " I smiled resting my head on his shoulder. It couldn't have been more than perfect.

ANSH'S POV

It was my best trip ever. It couldn't have been better. It's already 2 days since we are back in Mumbai. Ahana and I aren't able to see each other more because I am busy with work. I had a lot of meetings to attend regarding the new brand our company was about to buy. Nevertheless, Ahana was still helping me do the presentations.

Tonight we have planned an Icecream Party. I have invited everyone. Jaai and Zara are going to join us through FaceTime. Ahana and I were more close than before now, that's what I felt and it was wonderful.

I think now it's time I will have to tell her the truth. It has to be before the babies come. I want to start fresh this time. I don't know how she feels about me. But it doesn't matter now Coz she has the right to know the truth and she will surely know it. She has to know the reasons.
The AGREEMENT. She needs to know it. I plan to tell her soon.

I returned early that night. I went to the room and Ahana was standing in the balcony.

" Hey" I whispered standing close to her.

" Oh! Ansh... You are back already."

" Hmm... So, What is all this nervousness about?"

" Huh! I am not nervous." She said averting her glance.

" Really, But your eyes tell me otherwise." I said holding her hand and turning her towards me.

I could see some faint tears in her eyes. Before I could say anything she grabbed me in a tight hug. I rubbed her back.

" Ahana... It's alright. It's a good news, remember? Everyone is going to be happy." I said.

" A-And if Dad asks why did we take such a long time to tell this to everyone, then? And I haven't hidden anything from Ma but..."

" I know..... But I don't think they will bombard us with questions. Everything has a reason and you had one. And I am sorry Coz it was because of me."

She looked at me and nodded. I wiped her tears. I hated to be the reason behind her tears but now I planned to be the only reason behind all her happiness.

" Let's go now. Everyone must be waiting for us. "

We went downstairs and had dinner with Dad and Grandad. The dinner table was like always. Cheerful and happy because of Dad and Grandad. And I was glad that because of their silly chat Ahana's mood was better than before. She was laughing and smiling most of the time.

" I swear I am excited about what you both are going to announce in the Icecream Party. I just hope that you aren't planning another vacation. Or else we both will die of boredom." Dad said.

" No Dad, It's something more interesting." I said.

" I hope it is worth the wait then. Ahana, please tell us. Anyways Ansh is better than both of us in keeping secrets. " Grandad said.

" Grandad, Then I don't think you know Ahana well. She is the best. " I said chuckling and then I realised I shouldn't have said that Coz I could see the change of colour of Ahana's face.

" Hey, I was kidding... " I said patting her back.

" You better be... " She said with a stern frown.

A while later after the dinner we gathered in the living room. We were watching The Australian Open when the Sehgal's arrived.

A while later Mir, Piya along with little champ joined us. He was already 4 months old and he was the most cutest and adorable kid I had ever seen. Dad and Grandad mixed with Ahana's Dad and grandpa. Ma and Ahana were busy with Piya and Kyle.

Just then my cell rang.

" Ahana.. It's Jaai." I called her.

She quickly came and picked it up.

" Hey guys.... We have gathered here Coz Ahana and I want to share some news with you. Since Jaai and Zara are also with us we can start our Icecream Party." I said as Ahana connected my cell with the TV. Sara distributed the Icecream bowls to everyone.

Firstly Everyone was congratulating Jaai and Zara. They were in Sydney and Zara's parents had forgiven Jaai already. I swear I didn't believe that Jaai who was sulking since so long was now the happiest person. They were going to return within a week or so. His life surely had taken a u-turn while mine was still the same. There were many things that I needed to take care of.

" C'mon Hana... What's it, we can't wait anymore." Zara said.

" Ahemm... It's like...." She started but then stopped midway. I grabbed her hand in mine and took a place beside her from where everyone has a clear view of us.

" Ahana and I want to share a very special news with you. We aren't expecting a baby, instead... we are expecting two of them.
We are gonna have twins...." I said with a grin on my face.

I was indeed happy. It was a bonus gift.

" What.... Are you serious? " Ma shouted standing up.

Ahana nodded. She already had some faint tears in her eyes. Ma hugged her tightly.

" Don't tell me we are going to be Grandads for two babies. Wow!!" Ahana's Dad said.

Every one was indeed happy.

" This deserves more than an Icecream party buddy.... You are going to be a Dad for two.... Congrats..."  Mir said hugging me.

" And the party will have to wait since we will be coming back in a week." Jaai said.

" Of course..... We also need a party." Piya said to Jaai.

It was a very happy moment. Ahana looked calm and compost now. It must be like a huge burden has been lifted from her shoulders.

After a while everyone left. I was in a relief as they didn't pester us with questions. I think they too understand us now. They were are family after all.

" See... I told you they won't bother us much. They are equally happy." I said picking my clothes from the closet.

" Yeah..... But I am still nervous and I don't know why." Ahana said getting on the bed and grabbing a novel. I went towards her and sat beside her. She looked at me.

" It's Okay... Mood swings happen. Wanna go out?"

" No... I want to sleep. Can you join me..." she said pulling my hand.

" I will be back in a moment." I said caressing her cheek. I went for a shower and came back quickly. Ahana was still awake. As soon as I went to my side she put her book aside. I think she was waiting for me. She needs me and I am happy that I am with her now. I want to be with her, always.

I covered ourselves in the duvet and switched off the lights. I pulled her in a hug and she moved a bit. She head on resting below my chin. I opened my eyes and at the same time she opened hers.

In the dim light of the moon our eyes met. She soft lips were deceiving me already. I bit mine. It was hard to control myself. She wrapped her hands around my neck and I pulled her waist. Before I could do anything she captured my lips and I didn't release her hold. After a brief kissing she smiled and rested her head in the crook of my neck. Her eyes were already close and her flowery fragrance lingered around me. I kissed her forehead and in each other's embrace we fell asleep

. It's the best feeling ever.

It's Valentines Day tomorrow and I have already planned a surprise for Ahana. And it's really gonna be huge this time. Bringing joy and happiness.

When I turned around to wake up I felt my side empty. Ahana wasn't beside. I was a bit upset. I think she went for a shower. I quickly sprang up and then I went to the bath but it was empty.

" Sara... Sara..." I shouted running downstairs.

" Y-Yes... Sir..."

" Where is Ahana?"

" Actually Mam said that she was going to the office. She had some urgent work." I was astonished.

" But she wasn't suppose to go to the office. And what was so important that she couldn't wait for me to wake."

After a quick short shower I got into a grey suit and took an apple, since having a full breakfast wasn't feasible now.

I drove myself to the office. Ahana's car was already parked in her place. I went to my cabin. Jen was in her cubicle.

" Jen... Where is Ahana?"

" She is in the meeting with all the team leaders."

" Why is she there? She ain't working. I was the one who had to attend it."

" I know. I called you but Mam picked the call and said she was aware about the meeting. She had to collect some files too. And you were sleeping so she said she will fill in for you. "

" Hmmm... " Even I could take those files. I don't know what was so important. I was going to surprise her but instead she surprised me coming to the office, unannounced.

I went to my cabin. There wasn't much to do today. I had only one meeting today and that too Ahana attended it. But then I had to do something more important. I had to tell Ahana. I shouldn't delay it more. It's already late. I think that I ain't good at expressing myself, So I decide to say it through a letter. I grabbed my Parker. It would just make my surprise more lovingly, perhaps.

Naah!! I striked LOVE. It will look too much for now. I don't want her to judge me.

" Jen... In my cabin." I said on the intercom putting the letter in the envelope and sealing it. I had read it almost ten times. I don't know about Ahana but I know what I feel from the very beginning. I wrote Ahana's name on it.

" Yes..."

" Is Ahana in her cabin now? "

" Yes.. Actually Mr. Seghal has come to see her."

" Her father?"

" Yes, They are in her cabin."

I was thinking what was Dad doing here. With the letter in one hand I walked towards her cabin.

I heard some voices. They were loud.

" Dad!! How can you say that? You are the one who first forced me to marry him. " I heard Ahana speaking or rather shouting.

" Ahana... But I wasn't aware till then that you both signed some stupid 'AGREEMENT'. How could he do this? You just tell me did he forced you in doing this. Did he hurt you?
Trust Me sweetie you will get a divorce as well as the custody of your babies too. Just tell me....."

Shit... What was happening? How did he come to know about the Agreement and was he really going to file a divorce.
Noo... I can't live without her.

Will Ahana agree to him? Will she take my babies away?

" Dad!! Are you in your senses? What are you saying? How can I divorce him? They are his babies too. How can I do this to him? If I can't live without them, How will he able to?" I heard her say and it brought me a relief.

Oh Man!! Ahana I will never let you go ever.

" But Ahana you didn't want to marry him. And you didn't answer me, Is he hurting you sweetie.... Tell me... "

" Dad! I think you should leave now. "

" Ahana... I am not going anywhere. We are calling our lawyer now. I think I will call Raj too. He needs to know what his son is doing. " Dad sounded furious. He had his reasons.

Will Ahana allow him to call my Dad? Should I go in now or should I wait for Ahana to take a stand for us? But why am I still so secure that she will take a stand for us? Have I ever given her that much security to defend our relationship? And I haven't done anything great to make our relationship successful.
Still, my heart says to trust Ahana. I know she will stand for us.

" Dad! STOP... You aren't calling Dad. You forced me to marry him but now you can't tell me what I should do. It's my life and it's my decision this time."

" Ahana!! God!! I know he wanted to marry you in first place but then I wasn't aware he made you do this." I heard him shout.

Will he tell her the truth ?

" What?? He wanted to marry me. "

" That's not we are discussing now. The thing is that I am calling the lawyer now... "

" ENOUGH!! Dad leave now and you aren't going to tell this to anyone. Promise me... "

" But why you want to stay with him. I know you don't love him, you didn't want to marry him in first place. Ahana, I am sorry I forced you. Please... Don't do this anymore. "

GOSH!! Dad is brainstorming my wife. Will she change her mind? Actually she never told me her feelings.
But those kisses we shared, It wasn't lust. They were something less... Something more passionate and something that connects our hearts.

" Okay!! Fine!!!........ I love him and I can't live without him. Happy Now... "

GOSH!! Did I hear it correct?
