Kalindi stopped her and informed her that it is dinner time and everyone will have dinner together, so tomorrow she shall meet her friends.  Then everyone enjoyed an intimate dinner with only the family members while a physician was asked to check upon Dakini.

The next morning, the people of Rakshatra got the announcement that their future Yuvraj Agneya has returned victoriously from the far away land and also brought a princess from that place.  Soon, They saw the Royal entourage with Agneya and his wife seated on the Royal elephant of Yuvraj.  As they reached the Palace, Kalindi was waiting for them with an aarti plate to welcome them.  Abhi whispered near her ear, "Do you remember how we entered Rakshatra after our marriage?". 

Kalindi whispered back, "Ofcourse, how can I forget that?  Especially your friend Meghdoot's deliberate work to make me land on your lap?".  Abhi chuckled at that and they saw Agneya stepping down from his elephant and giving a hand to Rashmi to help her down.  Just as Rashmi was carefully stepping down, she felt a shake and fell on Agneya whose hand she was holding tightly.  He made her stand on the ground steadily and immediately went towards his royal elephant and caressed it's ears while speaking, "Calm down, Indradhoot".  He proceeded to check if there is anything wrong with his friend who shook suddenly.

Rashmi was looking at him surprisingly when Kalindi came near her after giving the aarti plate to Rekha and said, "Rashmi!  This Royal elephant is called as Indradhoot.  Actually he was named by Agneya himself when he had to choose his Royal elephant.  They have grown up together and quite attached to each other.  That's why he is so concerned.  Leave that.  Come to the entrance".

While Kalindi was talking to Rashmi, Abhyuday went towards his concerned son and said, "Agni, don't worry much.  This guy is same as his father ".  Abhi chuckled at his memory and explained him, "He just wanted to make you hold your wife.  That's why he shook her when she was about to reach the ground".  Agni looked at his friend Indradhoot with surprise and went away after petting him.

The couple was welcomed and Rashmi was taken to the guest chamber where Dakini was already present.  Rashmi took her in a tight hug and asked, "How are you feeling now?".  Dakini replied, "I feel very tired and weak".  Rashmi asked her to rest and went to the inner hall of the palace where usually the Royal family meet.  It was decided by Abhyuday that the marriage of Agneya and Rashmi will take place after two days and the coronation ceremony of Agneya as Yuvraj will be after a week.

Rashmi looked at Agneya, who looked handsome in his new attire while still his upper body was bare, only adorned with jewels.  Rashmi has not changed her dress yet so her way of dressing is still the same as in Pranyakta.  Agni smirked on feeling her stare and asked her 'what' through his eyes, in a teasing manner.  Rashmi looked away while trying to hide her blush. The marriage functions were set to start the next day and Kalindi had ordered the weavers and Goldsmiths to bring their best works to the palace.

Everyone was present for selection of wedding dresses and jewellery.  Rashmi was subtly choosing dresses according to the gestures shown by Agneya.  Aarunya was looking at their exchange and asked Agni in a whisper, "Bhai, why are you moving your eyes in different directions while looking at Bhabhi?".  Agni looked around to see if anyone heard her words and a chuckle from Arunaditya, who was sitting beside Aarunya on the other side, made it clear that he had heard her words.  Agni cleared his throat in a stern manner to make them quiet.

Aarunya squinted her eyes at Arunaditya and said, "Even you are laughing?  If you have explained what these actions mean when you did the same with Rajkumari Sruthakeerthi, then I would have known by now".  She pouted after completing her statement leaving her second brother embarassed while her eldest brother smirked at this not so new information.  Agni asked Arunaditya leaning over their sister's head, who is sitting in between them, "Should we arrange for two marriages? ".  Aditya leaned sideways and said, "Bhai! Atleast not for another year". 

Aarunya looked above her head to see her two brothers talking in a hushed manner and just listened to their words, memorizing everything.  The brothers let her listen to their talks as they knew that their sister is always on their team.  Soon the selection was over and everyone retired to their chambers.  The three siblings shared a room together for the night as they were spending sometime after a long break.

Next day, the marriage functions had started and the Royal families or their representatives from neighbouring countries began to come, as the marriage invitation along with the crowning ceremony invitation were sent through the fastest of messengers.  Kalindi's maternal family from Hridayapura also came.

Rashmi's hands are covered in Mehandi patterns and she had Aarunya beside her, who talks non stop, to keep her company.  A young girl, who looked no more than 16, came near the duo and Aarunya excitedly hugged her and said, "Rajkumari Sruthakeerthi!  You came".  She replied, "Ofcourse!  How can I miss my cousin's marriage?".  Then she introduced herself to Rashmi after greeting her, "I'm Sruthakeerthi from the Royal family of Hridayapura.  Maternal family of Maharani Kalindi".  Rashmi welcomed her with a warm smile and they soon became good acquaintances.

Soon the haldi function started by evening but held in different places for the bride and the groom.  As the function progressed, Rashmi noticed the subtle glances between Shruthakeerthi and Arunaditya, who had come to the bride's side using silly reasons.  Kalindi although noticed his actions, kept silent as she had been for the past few months.  Rashmi was confused but didn't dwell much about it.

The next day, Agni was sitting in the mandap waiting for his bride to arrive while the priest was chanting mantras in front of the holy pyre.  Soon Rashmi entered the hall, accompanied by Kalindi and the Queen of Hridayapura who is the mother of Shruthakeerthi.  Agni was dumbstruck to see her in the wedding saree, especially worn in the style of Rakshatra.  Both of them smiled at each other as she sat beside him.  The rituals are completed and the priest declared them as husband and wife.  Agni, along with Rashmi, touched the feet of his parents and took their blessings.  Finally he felt happy and satisfied to have his parents blessings.

At night, Agni was waiting for Rashmi's arrival.  She came inside after a few minutes, adorned with less jewellery and simple saree, still glowing like the new bride she is.  Agni held her hand and pulled her to sit beside him on the bed.  He said, "I didn't know that my wife could be so shy".  Rashmi still didn't look up at him and kept her head down.  He sighed and said, "I thought I will get some of your weird and crazy punishments". 

Rashmi finally looked up at him confused and asked, "Why?".  He replied, "Because I couldn't fulfill my previous punishment for the past two days, right?".  She blushed at that as she remembered how she had asked him to kiss her before sleep every night.  As she was about to look down again, he pulled her chin up with his hands and came closer to her lips and asked, "How about I complete those pending kisses as well?".  Saying so he quickly captured her lips without giving her a chance to speak.

After 12 years

Agneya, who has been crowned as the King of Rakshatra two years back, entered his chamber, only to be halted by the crying sound of an infant.  He saw his wife trying hard to console his daughter in her arms, while walking back and forth.  He asked while coming near her, "Does she feel any pain?".  Before he could reach her, he was attacked by lightning bolts and he quickly defended himself by creating a thick wall of air.  The arrow of thunder bolts attacked his defence wall and finally stopped.

Agneya removed his defence wall and met with his angry wife, who looked distraught while trying to make their 2 months old daughter sleep.  Rashmi sat down on the bed as he took the baby from her hands.  Agni put the baby on his chest and patted her back and soon she fell asleep.  He turned towards his wife, only to sigh at the sight of his sleeping wife.  He made her position straight and then laid the sleeping baby beside her.  He heard some noise outside his chamber so quickly came out to stop the storm from damaging the peace inside his bed chamber.

As soon as Agneya came out of his bed chamber, he was met with a group of children who became silent on seeing him.  The eldest boy among the group, who seemed to be approximately 11 years old, asked, "Baba!  Shall we play with our sister?".  Agni sighed and knelt down in front of them on one knee and said, "Right now, she is sleeping.  You all can play with her after sometime".  His eldest son nodded in understanding, not willing to disturb his sister.  Another boy, who seemed to be 9 years old, asked, "Bade Baba, why is she sleeping all the time?". 

Agneya chuckled at his question and said, "she is very small right now.  So she gets tired very quickly.  That's why she sleeps most of the time".  Another boy of the same age asked, "Baba!  But our other sisters are also small but they play with us.  Even they come to train with us".  Agni caressed his hair and said, "That's because they can do all their works on their own.  But your new sister will depend on your mother for everything".  The boy nodded at his father. 

Agneya asked his eldest son, "Where are your sisters?".  The eldest son replied, "They are with Dada ji and Dadi ji".  Agni sighed and murmured, "Baba couldn't stay alone for even an hour without seeing them.  Me and my brother have to beg him to get some time with our own daughters.  God blessed us both with daughters but my father doesn't seem to let us have our time".  On the other hand, Agneya was glad that his father and mother takes care of their children most of the time so that they can concentrate on Royal duties.

As the three boys ran out of his chamber, Agneya saw that someone was peeking at him from the door and swiftly caught them by their ear.  Aarunya, who is a 14 year old young lady, almost nearing her marriageable age, yelled out, "Bhai! Please leave my ear.  It's paining".  He scolded her playfully, "I knew that these boys wouldn't have come here without any provocation.  Why do you want to disturb your Bhabhi?".  She pouted and said, "I was tired of checking the finances from the morning and wanted to play with the new baby.  The old babies are no more babies".  Agneya slapped her head lightly and both of them went out in search of their other brother.

Arunaditya and Krishna were having a sword practice session in the Shastrasaala behind the palace.  Agneya along with Aarunya reached the place and after a few minutes, the practice session was done.  Agni asked, "How was the practice session with our soldiers?".  Aditya answered positively and then Aarunya said, "Bhai!  I forgot to inform you as soon as I came here.  Actually ShruthaKeerthi bhabhi was asking for you".  Arunaditya quickly excused himself from others and left to his chamber, fearing his wife's pregnancy mood swings.

In Abhyuday's chamber, Kalindi saw her granddaughters sleeping on their bed and looked towards her husband, who was standing in the balcony looking over the forest.  She came to stand beside him and asked, "What are you thinking about?".  He smiled at her and said, "Just thinking about those days when I was always on edge, keeping track of various people within the palace and also outside the palace.  And now there is nothing to worry.  What more can we ask for?".  Kalindi nodded at him and hugged him, resting her head on his chest.
