Chapter 7: Decisions
Marinette
After I washed my hair, I put on a robe and put my clothes in the washer and dryer for tomorrow. I had to admit, this robe felt really nice, it was so fluffy! I blushed as I walked out of the room, all I was wearing was a robe and I had only known this guy for like five days!
Sure he was handsome, amazing, sweet, but not to mention a secret spy! I sat on the second bed, "Can I see your phone Marinette?" He asked, I nodded and handed him my phone. "There's a tracker in every one of these..." He said, opening the case. I watched as he took out a small chip in the back of the phone, breaking it.
"There. You should be good... For now. We'll get you a new phone tomorrow. You can do whatever on it except call or message people." I rose a brow, "Why not?" He sighed, "No one in those contacts is trust worthy. They can't know anything." I sighed and nodded, "Okay."
The rest of the night wasn't very exciting, It was 9:37, I was tired. Not to mention this was my first day jumping out of a glass window. I still wondered... What about college? How could I continue? What if they took away my scholarship? I couldn't call Alya, or my parents, or any of my friends.
My eyes began to water, I had just processed what was really happening. I was in danger, and I didn't even know why, there were two men after me and my hot roommate just happens to be a spy!? Or... an agent?! I had worked so hard for that scholarship...
What if they took it away? I wanted to cry, I wanted to pour my heart out, but I decided against it and kept my tears in, closing my eyes and falling asleep.

After I got dressed in the morning, we went inside the lobby. "Come on Marinette." Adrien said rushing me out of the hotel, he had called a cab and here we were, hopping inside and off to a second hotel. Once we checked in we headed to a near by cafe shop.
Adrien said that after breakfast, we would buy clothes and suit cases. He said that the Agency would provide us with a car tomorrow so we didn't just use taxis or an uber. We sat down at a table in the cafe, "Adrien... I wanted to ask you, how will I continue college?"
He sighed, "Marinette... As much as I want to be wrong, you can't continue college until we know your safe." My lips parted, "But what about my scholarship?" I asked, he narrowed his eyebrows as my eyes watered, "Marinette, please don't cry--"
"Are you ready to order?" The waiter interrupted, Adrien looked at him, "Sorry one moment please." He nodded and walked off with a smile, "Marinette, your scholarship will be fine," Adrien continued, "The Agency will freeze it until you go back."
I nodded, I wanted to cry. I wanted to just cry until I couldn't anymore, was this even real? Later the waiter returned. I ordered my food and Adrien didn't order anything, but before the waiter could walk off, I stopped him. "Aren't you hungry Adrien?" I asked, he shook his head.
"I am but everything here has sugar." I furrowed a brow, "And?" I said questionably, "And it's not apart of my diet as an Agent." I shook my head and ordered two orders of what I asked for. "Why'd you do that?" Adrien said, I crossed my arms.
"You've got to be kidding me. You've never had sugar before!?" He shook his head, "Only on my birthday. I'm eighteen so--" I shushed him, placing my finger on his smooth lips. "Well consider the rest of the time you spend with me, your birthday."
Adrien
I blushed as her finger placed on my lips, "Well consider the rest of the time you spend with me, your birthday." I chuckled, after eating breakfast and buying clothes and stuff, we headed back to the hotel. "Pick out what you'll wear and use today and put the rest in your suit case."
She nodded and did as told, "So, what do you wanna do today?" She furrowed a brow, "That depends. What do you have to offer?" She asked, I tapped my chin, "That depends. What do teenage girls and boys do at this age when their alone in a hotel?" I asked curiously, her cheeks flamed.
I rose an amused brow, why was she blushing off of that sentence? What did teenage girls and boys do when they were alone in a hotel? My thoughts were interrupted when Marinette spoke, "They play games! We could play games!"
"Hmm... What kind of games?" She tapped her chin, "A lot of teenage games to play is like Truth or Dare, Nervous-- NO NO NOT NERVOUS!!! THAT'S A TERRIBLE GAME-- Never have I ever, and... That's all I could think of." She said, "What is Truth or dare? Why is 'nervous' a terrible game-- and what is it-- and what the heck is 'Never have I ever'?"
She took in a deep breath, "Truth or dare is exactly what is sounds like. You pick either truth or dare, if you pick truth, someone asks you a question-- no matter the case-- you have to tell the truth, and if you pick dare, someone can dare you to do anything."
I nodded in understanding, "Nervous-- I will NOT explain the game..." She blushed a bit, why was she so cute-- STOP IT ADRIEN! "Never have I ever, is a very complicated game, and I have no clue how to explain it. Therefore, I suggest we play Truth or Dare."
I nodded, "Truth or Dare?" She asked, " U-uhh-- Truth-- NO DARE-- W-wait-- truth... Which one should I--" she giggled, making butterflies swarm in my stomach, my heart beating faster as a crimson blush dusted my cheeks. She had such an adorable laugh-- and I wasn't allowed to like it.
This was a mission, I reminded myself. "It's not a life or death decision Adrien. Just choose one." I took in a deep breath, "D-dare..?" She tapped her chin, "I dare you... I have a really good one. And there's no going back." I gulped, immediately regretting my choice of dare as she gave me a mischievous grin.
