Jackson: A mother should always be careful.

Jessica narrowed her eyes and titled her face.
Jessica: Sorry?

Jackson took a deep breath and sat straight.
Jackson: Well, I called you for a reason

Jessica wasn't surprised. She knew Jackson wouldn't contact her after so many years just to see her face.

Jackson: I want to warn you about Liam Lopez. I think he's plotting something against you. And Born Titans.

Maverick opened the door of the house. He heard footsteps. The person stopped in his tracks as soon he saw Maverick.

Mark: Lil Champ!

Kai walked up to him and looked at him innocently. Maverick took him into his arms.
Kai: Where's Mum?

Maverick checked his watch.
Mark: Mumma will come soon. Let's play something, okay?

Kai nodded. Maverick carried Kai to Kai's room.

Kai: What are we gonna play?

Mark: How about... I teach you how to make a paper plane?

Kai's eyes lit up on hearing that. It was a new thing for him and he was excited to learn. Maverick took out a paper from the drawer. He folded the paper, showing every step carefully to Kai, and then flew it out of the window.

Kai: Wow! I wanna make one too! Where did the plane go?

Mark: You wanna make one for Mum?

Kai nodded. Maverick gave him another paper. Kai wrote "Come fast, Mum!" on the paper and then folded it in the shape of a plane.

Mark: Brilliant Kai! Now let it take off.

Kai gave the paper to Maverick and he flew it outside the window.
Kai: Will it reach Mum?

Mark: Of course, Champ!

Jessica: What made you think so?

Jackson: Sixth sense. He is still under DDIA, but I've seen that he has changed a lot. He may go against DDIA and do something. We don't have those strict rules that we had a few years ago. We don't compel the agents. So, Liam can do anything if he wishes. You were his competitor since the very beginning. And that anger turned into loath when you'd killed Mr. Kim. So, be careful.

Jessica: I see...
Hearing what Jackson said, she felt protective of Kai. Kai was her weakness.

Jackson: DDIA is always there to help.

Jessica nodded. She stood up.
Jessica: I'll have to go. Thank you

Jackson smiled and nodded. Jessica left the agency. She kept thinking about the same thing on her way back to the house.

Alex: Do as we say!

Pamela: The Born Titans will support your businesses. But we'll take a certain percentage of your earnings. We already discussed the amounts.

Alex and Pamela were on a yacht with people from Poison Ivy. They were in Australia as Poison Ivy had its main headquarters there.

Pamela: And I'll repeat. We don't fvck with drugs, nor underage prostitution and human trafficking.

Now that Poison Ivy is gone, the top crime lords had only two choices. Either work on their own or work under Born Titans. The smarter ones joined the meeting.

Pamela: Do you agree with our conditions?

The men looked at each other. Some were pissed off as they made a large amount of money out of drugs in particular. But they knew they needed Born Titans' support. One by one, all of them agreed.

Alex: Good

He sipped his whiskey while smirking. For the past hour, he’d been sitting here with a gun on his lap, acting like a don. Pamela was doing most of the work as she knew the Aussie dialect.

One of the guards poured the drink for everyone else as well. As everyone enjoyed this new ‘union’, Alex noticed someone enjoying it way too much. The men were from all age groups. Some were old with wrinkles, others were young boys with nice smiles. Alex realized one of the ‘young guys’ was checking Pamela out.

Alex: What the hell are you looking at?

The man immediately got scared and looked elsewhere.

Pamela: What was that?

Alex: That bastard was trying to flirt with you

Pamela: Jealous, huh?

Pamela smiled at the guy and stood up, she was ready to talk with him. Alex suddenly held her hand.

Alex: Jump!

Pamela: What?

Alex noticed stood up while staring at the sky. Pamela looked up as well, she noticed a helicopter. Its door was open and someone’s hand was poking out. Her jaw dropped as she realized.

Alex: JUMP!!

The hand was holding something dangerous. Along with Alex, Pamela dived into the water, without thinking twice. They held their breath underwater. Within a couple of seconds, a large wave hit them. There was a blast, a mini bomb was dropped. The yacht was destroyed, along with the people on it. Maybe a few lucky ones survived. As the two got out of the water, Pamela saw the helicopter leave. The materials were all set on fire. Their men noticed the blast from the shore and got on another boat to reach them. They weren’t that far.

Pamela: Alex, who could it be?

Everyone was scared of Born Titans' power. The person messing with them was either a fool or very powerful.

Alex: I think I know

The boat arrived.

Jessica finally reached home after a long journey. It was late at night when stood at the doorstep of her house. She was more than half an hour late thanks to the distance between DDIA's building and her house.

Jessica: Shit! It's too late! Kai must be asleep by now!

Jessica was disappointed with herself. She opened the door and found Kai talking to Maverick. Kai was in his night dress while Maverick was still in formal attire.

Jessica: Poor little thing! You must be tired, Kai. Did you have dinner?

Kai came running to his mother.
Kai: Mum! Yes! I had dinner! Dad and I had dinner together. Did you receive my plane? Dad taught me how to make one!

Jessica took him into her arms and nodded. She showed him the unfolded paper.

Jessica: I received your letter and came running to you. I'm sorry, dear.

Kai was overjoyed to find that his message reached Jessica. The truth was, Maverick had called a guard to collect the plane made by Kai and give it to Jessica once she reached.

Jessica could see that Kai was tired.
Jessica: You shouldn't have waited for me, Love.

She carried him to his room and tugged him into the bed. Kai fell asleep almost immediately. Jessica kissed his forehead and wished him 'Good Night'.

???: Ahem!

Jessica rolled her eyes and turned back.
Jessica: What?

Mark: Ma'am, may I please have your attention?
Maverick innocently looked at Jessica like a lost puppy. Jessica found it cute but hid her smile behind her stern face.

Jessica: No
Jessica turned to face Kai.

Mark: Are you sure?

Jessica: Yeah

Mark: You're already late. So, think before you say...

Jessica stood up and faced Maverick.
Jessica: Yeah! I'm ser—
She noticed Maverick's smirk and her eyes widened.

Jessica: Fvck!
Maverick left her stunned and returned to his room.

Jessica took a deep breath. She shut the door to Kai's room and entered her room. Maverick, wearing a white shirt with rolled-up sleeves, revealing his tattoos, was sitting on a chair with his arms stretched at the back of his head.
His sculpted forearms...
The gold chain was perfectly placed around his neck and Jessica could imagine it dangling from his neck, touching her face when he would hover over her.
He eyed Jessica, who ignored him, locked the door, and sat on a rolling chair in front of the mirror.

Jessica began to wipe her makeup out. She had just used foundation and lipstick but she preferred to wipe her makeup out before going to bed. Maverick was facing the side profile of Jessica. He checked her out, his eyes full of love and lust.

Maverick removed his hands from his head and kept them on his knees. His Rolex was shining in the reflection of the light.
Mark: Scared?

Jessica was about to get up when, Maverick, with a swift movement and with minimal effort, pulled Jessica towards him. Their chairs bumped.
Maverick was close enough for Jessica to feel his warmth on her face. There were mere inches between their faces. He pinned her against the chair with his left hand while his right hand slowly went to the collar of his shirt.
Maverick, with his slender fingers, opened the buttons of his shirt. The veins in his hands seemed to pop out. He looked too sexy for Jessica to resist him.

After opening the top four buttons, he rested his hand on Jessica's stomach. Jessica stiffened. 

Mark: I'll make sure you'll never forget this.

Maverick's voice was low yet husky and deep. It travelled straight to Jessica's toes. Maverick noticed the slow roll of her throat and smirked. He liked making her nervous. Her neck and ears started to get warm and there was an adrenaline rush. She refused to look into Maverick's eyes.

Maverick's fingers began to crawl toward the hem of Jessica's shirt. He slowly began to inch it upwards until a slither of her stomach was showing. Jessica sat upright.

Jessica (whisper): Oh God!
She rolled her eyes as she felt the warm hand sliding up her stomach.

Mark: Yes, I am your God!

Those hands were her weakness. Those made her go weak on her knees and she hated yet loved that Maverick was teasing her by using those hands.

She finally looked at him, his icy blue eyes captivating her. Behind that iciness was a fire of lust and Jessica could see that.
Maverick looked hopeful, hungry, and caring at the same time. He dug his teeth into his bottom lip and scanned her facial features as his hand slowly begins to tease its way up her shirt. The cold metal of his watch touched her skin and she shivered every time it touched.

Jessica could feel her heart thrashing around in her chest and she was sure her husband could feel it. She saw a grin on Maverick's face.
That charming grin... with those dimples...
She felt his fingers brush the underneath of her bra, tricking over her skin that was covered in chills. Maverick unfastened the hook of her bra with a swift movement of his fingers.

As soon as Jessica shut her eyelids, the piercing of a ring ripped through the air.

Jessica: Mark...
They both realized that it was a phone. Maverick's phone. Maverick lifted Jessica and threw her on the bed.

Jessica: I need to tell you something.

Mark: Fvck that! You need to calm the beast down! I'm in the mood right now!

Saying, he hovered over her and smashed his lips onto hers. The kiss was passionate at the beginning but gradually turned aggressive.

Jessica tried to open the buttons of her shirt but was having a hard time since Maverick had pressed his body on hers.
The two finally pulled apart and Jessica was panting hard. Maverick saw her undo her buttons. He yanked her hands away from her breasts and ripped her shirt. Maverick opened his shirt and threw it aside.

Maverick lifted her and made her sit on his lap. Jessica wrapped her legs around his hips and cupped his face. Maverick's muscular arms were wrapped around Jessica's waist.
Those sexy, strong, muscular, tattooed arms. Jessica felt protected when he wrapped his hands around her.
The two kissed each other with closed eyes. It looked like they were both hungry for each other. Maverick removed Jessica's shirt from her hands and sent it to another corner of the room.

Maverick shifted his lips to Jessica's neck. The strip of her bra slipped from one of her shoulders. Jessica's long hair tickled Maverick on the back. Jessica giggled and tightened her grip around his neck as he sucked her neck deeper. After leaving his marks on Jessica's neck and collarbone, Maverick shifted to his next target: the cleavage.
He gently pulled the bra away from her skin and placed a kiss on one of her breasts and Jessica let out a gasp.

The sound of the helicopter alerted the people present there. Everyone looked up at the sky, their eyes following the helicopter. The helicopter landed on the jet pad and a huge rush of wind and dust flew everywhere. A few men coughed.

A tall man wearing a baseball cap ripped jeans, a t-shirt, and a jacket came out of the jet. He wore his cap in such a way that his eyes were not visible.

He walked towards the men and one of them led him to a building. The others followed him. All of them reached a hall and the mysterious person sat down on a luxurious chair. The other men were very happy to have the mysterious man.

??: It's been a long time, Boss!

The mysterious man smirked.

???: We've carried out today's plan

Mysterious man: Good!

??: So what's our actual target, Liam Lopez?

Liam Lopez, the mysterious man, straightened his back and held his head high.

"We will shatter Born Titans"
