epilogue.

"This is a horrible plan,"
"It's great, you love it,"
"I hate it,"
Byeol and Jungkook stood in front of the prison centre in China, trying to break out one of the prisoners; Taehyung. Of course no one in their right mind would let Agent 001 and Euphoria in, so they had to... Disguise.
Unfortunately Jungkook had chosen the disguises, so Byeol stood with a fake moustache, a beanie and oversized clothing that hid her figure. And the man himself? He wore a wig and shaved so clean he'd been looking at his legs all day and walked like a flamingo.
So, what had Taehyung done anyways?
He'd assassinated the presidents brother but in his defence he wanted justice for the people dying in the concentration camps. He'd took the first chance he got, it wasn't planned he just couldn't let go of such a perfect opportunity to take a life. Now of course that's a very high crime and he was arrested and thrown into China's most secure prison.
"Don't do anything that we didn't discuss," Jungkook whispered as we were scanned before entering. "I never do that," Byeol innocently spoke but had to lower her tone to match one of a man. "You always do that," Jungkook's voice accidentally dropped to his original making him cough and talk with a high pitch again.
"You have 2 minutes," they pushed us in as we met Taehyung tediously sitting behind a glass barrier. "So hi," they sat down, going to fool Taehyung for a bit as they assumed he wouldn't recognise him. "What do you want?" He coldly spoke, "to break you out of here," she replied. He looked up from his lap, they held eye contact for a split second before bursting into laughter. "That disguise is worse than last time," Taehyung insulted before calming down, "so what's the plan?" He asked.
"Well we have about 15, 14, 13 seconds till the people outside realise our ID's were fake, but it's ok because they'll be so distracted with us they won't notice your brother's coming in from the back and the other ones bringing the helicopter," Byeol quickly explained, looking down at her watch while Jungkook changed into normal attire, taking off the irritating wig.
She took a deep breath before yanking off the fake moustache that Jungkook had used very strong glue to put on. Jungkook picked up the fire extinguisher and smashed it onto the glass, the guard that was standing beside Taehyung was killed by Byeol's knife charging at him as soon as the glass broke.
Sirens began to sounds signalling every guard in the centre that there were intruders. "Time to leave, people to kill," Byeol quickly spoke, grabbing both of them and running out. "Go to the north exit, Yoongi Jimin and Hoseok will be there to help you get out safely," Byeol whispered to them.
"And what you're going to stay here and fight? In your dreams, the doctors told you that you aren't allowed to do any active work. We said strictly just con work for you, get to the helicopter," Jungkook ordered her before cracking his neck. "Just because I act like an angel doesn't mean I don't have a dormant demon lying inside me. It's time to awaken him wouldn't you say?" Jungkook tilted his head as Byeol and Taehyung prepared to leave.
"Go."
"I can handle them."
He began to fight the guards, easily taking them out although there were many. After getting through one division and disabling any weapon system, he ran out the centre, looking up at Byeol and Tae who'd already gotten to the helicopter with Namjoon and Jin. "A little more down maybe?" Taehyung nudged Byeol who was the pilot. Jungkook was able to hear him through the ear-piece he had given to him to communicate with everyone else.
"Right sorry," she tried to bring the helicopter down a bit and drop the ladder for them. But then bullets began to be fired at it, forcing Byeol to take the helicopter back up to a height. The rest of the boys caught up with JK, helping him out to fight the extra line of security.
The windows of the helicopter had started to shatter, the flight was effected and annoyed Byeol.
"Alright that's enough,"
She took off that stupid beanie, letting her hair flow in the wind as she got up from her seat, letting Namjoon and Jin control it. She picked up one of the guns, searching for the place that all the bullets were firing from. She shot without aiming, still managing to blow up the entire place since the gun wasn't a gun, rather a missile launcher.
"WOO!" She said, looking down at the boys struggle to fight off the guards.
"A LITTLE HELP?" Yoongi screamed, already tired. Taehyung immediately got up, taking the parachute down to help his brothers out. Evidently taking the break from being a mafia made all of them incredibly unfit. "You guys are doing great!" Byeol complimented unsurely, tired herself although she hadn't done anything.
"BYEOL!" Jungkook yelled, flipping his hair back to look up and glare at her. "RIGHT RIGHT," she snapped back to reality and jumped out the helicopter.
"Did she just-"
"Jump out without a parachute? Yeah," Namjoon and Jin uttered, exchanging glances of disbelief. She landed swiftly, pulling out her arrow to shoot at the largest group of men. She shot the arrow when they'd already noticed her, she'd shot so slowly one of the men in the middle were able to catch it. "Oh come on, you didn't think I'd not be able to catch that?" The man boasted his fast reflexes.
"Oh I was counting on it,"
Her smirk led him to look at the arrow one more time, it was set to blow. "Boom," she winked turning around before the blast killed the majority. Her content state didn't last very long as the vice president of South Korea walked out of the prison with his wife. "WHAT THE FUCK IS HE DOING HERE?"
She screamed in her head, she'd be in serious trouble if she was caught doing illegal shit in China as the face of the South. "He came to pay me a visit earlier, said he was already in town with family," Taehyung informed as she hid behind a pillar. "BYEOL!" Jungkook screamed. She knew he'd done it intentionally.
"Fucking cunt."
She muttered under her breath before moving out in front. "What on earth are you doing here? You're too young to go into jail for the rest of your pathetic life," the vice president tilted his head. It wasn't hard to tell he wasn't so fond of Byeol.
"Aren't you too old to be spending your last breaths complaining about me? You're literally expiring, instead of worrying about me, worry about how your wife's already got an affair, a back up husband to load her up more than you after you die very soon," Byeol spat, tired of his shit.
"What- my wife would never," he said, looking at his lover who was already shaking her head. "Are you?" He raised an eyebrow, "it was an accident, I-"
"OH MY GOD," he cut her off in disbelief. "Now I'd love to stay around for drama but I'm kind of a fugitive now so I've got to run, I'll be around for the divorce though," Byeol smiled, boarding the helicopter again with the other boys who were already on.
"How did you know?" Hoseok asked, "well, her rings rusty from the outside because they've been married so long but the inside parts are clean. Indicating she takes it off often, more often than just when she takes a shower. I took a wild guess and ruined his family, I'm quite proud," Byeol chuckled.
"How did you even notice that?" Jimin questioned, "I'm a double agent, a spy and a con artist. It's my job to pay attention to every little detail," she shrugged, as they drove far far away from the prison centre. Silence filled the helicopter for a second as they all exchanged glances, before bursting into laughter at the situation.
They were criminals now. Nothing to laugh about, but the fact that they did it together, for the sake of family, was something worthy of becoming a never forgotten memory.
She lived her life dedicated to saving people while she herself was the one who needed to be saved. She fixed everyone so earnestly that in the end she had no energy left to heal herself. So she sat a torn soul till she met him. He doesn't need to be named, his face has been tattooed into her heart, to be there for long, but not to her next lifetime.
If you could find love like theirs in every lifetime, it would lose it's beauty. A love like theirs was so special, it was only to be felt once.
And even though, in the end he hadn't managed to heal all her scars, he sure made her love them, by kissing them goodnight every day before bed.
Despite the pain and suffering she'd gone through, looking at the boys that saved her she realised it was all worth it. Each and every tear that had fallen from her eyes, each battle she'd almost died fighting, no matter how many scars it had left her, she knew everything was worth it. Because that pain showed her to these boys, boys that made her want to fight. For herself.
And for once she wanted to live.
She always had wings, there was no doubt about that. But they were rusty, broken, and she'd never believed that she could possibly be free. But there she sat, smiling at the boys who taught her how to fly again.
Although to others they were victims. They were both villains, her and Jungkook. And I guess that was what set their love apart from others, it gave their love an ethereal type of beauty. Because when a villain is in love with you, you are never a second choice.
They have already lost everything and therefore you are almost always, all they have left. All they had was each other.
"Where are we going?" Jin asked, they turned the helicopter on auto pilot so they could sit with the rest of them. "I'm not so sure, is Rome ok?" Byeol asked, walking over to type in the IP address. "YES MA'AM!"
The fire dimmed, yet the flames didn't die. They never will.
Their story will go on forever.
