"This isn't a time to joke Byeol," Yoongi glared before shifting his eyes back to the computer.
"I'm being serious. Do you really think a South Korean organisation will have any ties with the north? It's more than a perfect place for him to stay," I spoke.
"I guess if he goes to the north he won't get killed by the CIS," Hoseok began.
"Exactly-"
"Instead he'll be chopped up into pieces when the North Korean government find out he's from the south," he rolled his eyes.
*South Koreans are denied entry in the North*
"That's why I said, with the RIGHT paperwork, if he gets a fake passport we can get him in as a tourist, it's not like we're sending him to live there forever," I replied.
"And his face? Jungkook's the most South Korean looking South Korean. Are you going to suggest plastic surgery?" Jin asked sarcastically.
"No, but with the right makeup we can make him look like a foreigner, we can dye his hair and everything," I said.
"I like it," we heard behind us, Jungkook walked in smiling.
"They'll never check in the North, it's not a bad idea. Byeol should come with me, since she knows the North upside down," he spoke, sitting down on a chair.
"Fine," Namjoon sighed.
"I'll arrange fake passports for the both of you, they'll be ready by tonight so pack your bags, you're leaving tomorrow," he continued, switching off his laptop.
"If we're leaving tomorrow then the makeover will be needed to be done by today," Jungkook spoke, turning his head towards me.
"Let's go to the mall, there's a guy I know that can make you look sexy," I told him.
"Sexier than I already am? Is that possible?" He raised his eyebrows, running his fingers through his hair like he always did.
"Didn't we just decide that you wouldn't leave to go anywhere without asking?" Taehyung said, face palming.
"Well... can we?"
"Yeah yeah, go on," they released breaths of defeat.
"We don't have all day, let's go," I pulled him out the room, getting into one of the cars before driving off.
"Are you mentally prepared?" Jungkook asked, keeping his eyes on the road.
"For the makeover? I'm a con artist, do you know how many times I've had to do this-"
"I'm talking about going to the north. Are you sure you're ready to back?" He questioned, with a soft tone, I nodded not wanting to give a proper answer. The ride was pretty silent, but it was more of a peaceful silence. Once we arrived we headed straight up to the hairdressers.
"Hey!" My friend screamed after seeing my face.
"Hey Bam," I smiled, hugging him back.
"Who's this handsome boy?" He asked me, looking Jungkook up and down.
"Handsome where?" I looked around, purposely trying to tease him.
"Don't mind her, I'm BamBam, and you are?" He raised his eyebrows. Jungkook looked towards me, sort of asking me with his eyes if he should tell the hairdresser his real name and I nodded, aware of how harmless this boy was.
"I'm Jungkook," he replied.
"So what can I do for you today?" Bam asked me.
"Jungkook needs to look different, I shouldn't be able to tell he's Korean, let's go for an overseas feel," I told him. He quickly helped Jungkook down onto a chair, pushing him in front of a mirror to get his magic started. I waited in the room next door for a long time, just playing on my phone.
"Byeol, I present to you, Jeon Jungkook."
"How do I look?"
His natural dark brown locks were beautifully amended into an orangish type light brown. Whatever colour it was, it looked perfect-
"I guess you look, ok," I cleared my throat, cutting off my own thoughts in realisation of how cringe they would sound if I said them aloud.
"Once he gets his makeup done properly, and some coloured contacts, you'll get the foreign effect," Bam spoke, satisfied with his works.
"It's Byeol's turn now!" Bam said excitedly, pulling my hand towards his work station. I was guessing Jungkook had already informed him of how I needed to look different too.
"What colour?" He asked.
"I don't mind, go crazy."
Never would I have thought I would regret those words so much.
"BAMBAM."
"DID YOU FUCKING CUT MY HAIR?" I screamed at him, I had fallen asleep while he was doing his work, first thing I see when I open my eyes is that my long silky hair that I WORKED HARD to grow.
Was gone.
I took a deep breath before walking out to see Jungkook concentrated on whatever game he was playing on his phone.
"Ehem," I coughed to try get his attention. He looked up and couldn't hide how surprised he was.
Jungkook POV
I looked up to see an angry Byeol, probably waiting for me to get up to leave with her. The blonde enhanced her dark brown eyes, making them look like stars. Ironic.
"I see you cut your hair too," I spoke, smiling while not really realising that I was admiring her.
"I didn't ask for it, but SOMEONE decided it was time for a change," she gritted her teeth glaring at BamBam. I chuckled before pulling me out the shop.
We bought coloured contacts and arranged makeup artists to come to the mansion early in the morning. She rolled her eyes every time she caught a glimpse of her reflection, still pissed at all her hair being chopped off.
We sat inside the car, I adjusted myself onto the drivers seat before putting on the seat belt. From the corner of my eyes I could see Byeol grabbing her hair in annoyance.
"I don't get why you're so angry, you look pretty," I told her, driving off.
"You don't understand. I slept for 30 minutes, that's it. When I opened my eyes it was fucking gone. The hair that used to fall slightly past my hips, was above my shoulder!" She screamed, making me chuckle.
"This is everything but funny," she huffed, looking out the window. I sped up the car while turning on the radio. Byeol suddenly gripped my thigh tightly making my flinch.
"Byeol I get it if you're into these things but c'mon not while I'm driving-"
"Zip it, we're being followed," she cut me off, not taking her eyes off of the rear view mirror.
"We're what," I muttered, looking through the mirror to see a white van speed up too close to my car. This was worst case scenario, we had no weapons and weren't prepared for this type of attack.
Just by looking at the van I could tell it was the same gang who had stole our information. Why now for fucks sake. I stepped on the wheel, thinking right now the best option was to make sure we were out of their sight.
"Oh my fucking god you're such a shit driver who even decided to give you a licence," Byeol complained, her voice screeching in my ear.
"I don't, have a licence," I confessed, not making eye contact with her. She started to unbuckle her seatbelt, tucking a piece of her hair behind her ear.
"What are you-"
"Jeon Jungkook, try not to get a boner," she said before shifting onto my lap to drive, leaving me frozen, not knowing where to put my hands.
She turned corners and corners but those fuckers didn't stop following us. They had probably gotten tired of the dogs chase that was happening because bullets had started to be fired at us.
"Reach under my jacket," she commanded. I hesitatingly did, finding a gun tied to her chest.
"A hit woman never leaves the house unprepared," she spoke, rolling down the window with one of her hands. I scoffed, completely amazed at her while getting ready to shoot at the wheels of the van racing behind us.
But our car suddenly took a huge turn, barely avoiding the pole on the side of the empty pavement. "They shot our wheel, great," she cursed under her breath, punching the steering wheel.
She opened the door, finally getting off of my lap. The men of the gang got off the van surrounding us with a circle formation. The area we were in was pretty much deserted due to it's terrible state. "Lucky for you guys, my boss wants both of you fools alive. Now the good idea would be to cooperate," one of the men spoke.
"Unlucky for you guys, I'm an assassin and this man right here, is the worst mafia known to man," Byeol smirked.
"In 5, 4-"
"Wait wait why are you counting down tell me your plan first-"
"3, 2, 1."
She kicked the back of my knee making me fall down, she used my leg as a lift to kick the faces of the men standing on her right. Those men dropped the guns they were holding letting her grab them.
"You slow idiot, SHOOT," she snapped me out of my confused state. We were back to back, killing them one by one mm with precise and accurate precision.
"I'm out of ammo, it's all you," she whispered, trying to fight off the men with her bare hands. I was slowly running out of ammo too, but that wasn't a problem since there weren't many men left.
"JEON-"
I heard a muffled scream behind me, I quickly turned around to see Byeol being strangled on the floor by the last man left from the other gang.
"Kill him," I thought. I knew I had to do this. But Byeol was right by his side, what if he pushed her in front of him so she would get shot instead?
"Shoot," she spat, face turning purple from how tight his grip around her neck was. I suddenly felt awoken, like the psycho inside me was awake again.
"I'm Euphoria, figured you might wanna be reminded that before dying," I spoke, cracking my neck.
"Shoot me then, once you miss this girl will die too," he dared me, Byeol laughed in pain.
"Didn't you hear him? He said he's Euphoria, better known as-"
*bang*
"The man who doesn't miss."
