Jack's POV

( week before Elsa's birthday)

I've been debating whether i should ask Elsa out or not. I mean I love her but she's 15 and I'm 18 but she's going to be 16 next week. I'm only 2 years and a few months older. Maybe I should ask my parents for advice. I went downstairs to my parents office. They own a business so they are in the office. I went in and sat down they were on their computers.

Mom: hi dear what do you need

Jack: advice

Dad: about what son

Jack: I'm in love

They stopped what they were doing and had their full attention on me.

Mom: well why don't you just ask her out or take her on a date

Jack: but there's just one problem

Dad: what

Jack: she's younger than me

Mom: how much younger

Jack: she's going to be 16 next week i can't believe i let myself do this

Dad : listen son if you love her you love her and nothing can change that

Mom: listen to your heart

Dad: besides age ain't nothing but a number

Mom: your dad is three years older than me i was 15 and he was 18 when we started dating

Dad: all that mattered was we loved each other

Jack: so i should go for it

Mom: yeah just hope she says yes

Dad: good luck son

Jack: thx guys

I then left the office and went to my room thinking of how I'm gonna to do this.

Elsa's POV

I was laying on my bed debating if I could be with Jack or not. I mean I love him and i would say yes if he asked me out. But what will my parents think about it. Maybe I should ask my parents. So i went downstairs my parents were on the couch. I went and sat in the middle of them.

Elsa: can I ask you something

Mom: go ahead

Elsa: what if I said i loved someone

Dad: go on

Elsa: but there's a problem

Mom: is it that he doesn't know you exist

Elsa: no he's older than me

Dad: how much older

Elsa: he turned 18 last month

Mom: so only a 2 year difference

Elsa: yeah

Dad: that's not anything it's ok your going to be 16 next week

Elsa: really

Mom: yeah

Dad: go for it

Mom: but if he hurts you he's dead

Elsa: ok thx guys

Dad: your welcome

I went back to my room wondering if Jack would ever ask me out.
