I want to close my eyes,

And lose myself to the darkness.

I'll be free again,

I won't have to fight again.

Hey! This is my first poetry book, and I hope you guys like it. I just wanted to say all my poems, with the exception of Again, will be placed in the order that best fits the storyline. It's not a specific storyline, but it still has one. It's just more general and vague. 

Below each poem, there's the date I wrote it. It follows the format mm/dd/yyyy. Like I said, the poems are put in the order I think best fits, so it is not ordered by date.

I really have nothing to say, except I hope you guys will comment and give me feedback. Point out the areas you think I could do better. However, I'm only thirteen. I'm not a poet. These poems are my first attempt at writing poetry-- so I really appreciate the feedback.

However, don't be rude-- to the book/poems, me, or other readers. If you don't like it, just leave. Though I appreciate people reading my poems, I'm not making you do it, nor have I worked this hard only for people to hate on it. Also, don't start arguing with someone if they don't agree with you. People aren't all supposed to have the same opinions. If we did, we might as well be robots. 

Also, please don't copy my poems. Like I said, I've worked hard on them. Writing your own is probably better.

Also, I just wanted to say I don't really do author's notes unless I have something important to say, but I'm not a silent author. I just find that when I write author's notes, it turns out to be awkward. So yeah.

Oh, and you probably didn't realize this, but today's my one year anniversary on Wattpad. After a long and hard battle, I came to the decision that in honor of that, I would grace Wattpad with a new book. You better appreciate it! 

(Don't listen to me. I have no idea what I'm writing, but I'm not going to delete it. Bare with me. You'll probably survive).
