Y/N followed me behind as I take her to Pink Diamonds room.I was beaming to ear to ear.I can't wait for her to see the outfit.The outfit was suppose to be made for Connie, but it's for her now.My heart sank a little.I really hope Connie will understand.Y/N needed to be the honor guest.She needed to feel belong.We reach to the door and Y/N finally was able to come at my side.I eyed over to her as she looks over to me.She asked me

"What are you doing?"

I closed my eyes for a split second as I chuckled.I went behind her and put my hands over my eyes.She giggles a little that was the cutest thing ever.She asked

"Steven,what are you doing?"

I chuckled and take my one of my hand off of her eyes.I put my hand on the panel.I quickly put my hands over her eyes again.The door opened as I told her

"You'll see"

When the door fully opened,I step slightly forward to signal her to move forward.She got the message and slowly moves forward.I stop her just a few feet from the gorgeous outfit the peddles made for the honor guest.

I release my hands from her eyes and said

"Surprised!Its the honor guest outfit for the dance."

She gasps in amazement as she put her hand over her mouth.She gasped

"Steven this...this is so beautiful, but I don't need to change into a dress that I don't belong in."

I frowned as I step up closer to her.She twisted her body around to face me.I reach my hand out towards her cheek.I rested my hand on her fragile cheek.She lean into my hand.She blinks her gorgeous E/C eyes that sparkles in the light.I blushed at the sight.I grinned at her softly as burred out.

"You do belong in that dress!Even though I only met you two day ago,I feel like your my best friend.I want you to be my honor guest.I want you to think you belong here.I want you to feel like..your everything to me."

I tensed up as red painted splashed onto my face to my nose to my ears.Her face heated up to her ear to ear.I took my hand back from her cheek.A little frown came upan her face for a split second.She gain her smiles back.Some of red paint slide off my face as I said

"You take as much time as you need to get ready.The pebbles will help you fit in the dress.When you leave the room,You need to continue to walk to the left and you should be able to find it."

She took in what I told her and nodded.I blushed a bit more at her.I walk backwards a couple steps before I spined around and walk out.

I enter through the door of the ballroom (The Above).Gems of every kinds are here.Rubies,sapphires,Moonstones,Onyx,Emeralds,and more you can name are here.The music of elegance was echoing through the rooms and halls.I glanced around to find my friends and I sport them.Garnet,Amythest,and Peral were wearing their tuxedo while Connie was still in her beautiful ballgown.My face flustered a bright pink as my heart pouted.I walked down the steps as quickly as I can.Once I land on floor level,I ran to Connie in a blink of any eye.Once I reach her,I stopped instantly as I breathed become heavy.Connie was a little startled by my  sudden appearance ; she turned her body in my direction.

"Woah,Steven I thought you were about to run into me."

She told me as she chuckled a little at the end.I rubbed the back of my neck as  looked off to the side for a couple of seconds.I nervously chuckled

"Sorry about that,I was really excited to talk to you again."

I saw a little hint of pinkish in her cheek.She giggles as I eyed towards my closest friends.Their were grinning and looking at me.I asked

"How has everyone's time here."

Pearl smiles and stated

"Wonderful,I haven't been to this place since me and your mother left homeworld."

Amythest smiles and said

"Its so nice too meet other amythests from homeworld ,but the party could use a little more life to it."

Garnet chuckles

"It nice to but your night is about to begin with a someone special to you"

"Huh?"

Me and Connie questioned her at the same time.Suddenly,a bird singing voice said

"Steven!I'm here!"

I turned my head towards the voice.I saw the most beautiful girl in the room.My honor guest is the most gorgeous girl is only for me to dance with me.The honor guest starts to walks towards me.I started to walk towards her slowly.My knees felt weaken from her sight.When I got up to her,I bailed and held my hand out.I asked

"Well,you have this dance with me?"

I looked up her and saw her cheek heated up.She put her hand on my hand as she respond

"Of course"

I stand straight up and pulled her to the middle of the ballroom floor.I supposed that the other gems took as the Dance of The Mind started.The gems grab their partner and to the dance floor.I put my free hand on her waist.She was hesitates to put her free hand on my shoulder.I held our hand above out shoulders.She glanced frequently around to the other gems.She seem to shake a little.I calmed her

"It okay,just focus on me"

She took a deep breathe and eyed me with some confidence.She nodded her head a little.I took the first step and she followed basically prefectly.Soon we both were dancing.I complimented

"You know that your gorgeous"

She giggles in embarrassment.She smiles and complimented

"Well,y-your ha-handsome"

My color got brighter and I chuckled in embarrassment.I stated

"You know,I was really excited to have someone just like me.I so gald that your here.I finally have someone just like me  and is wonderful as you"

She snickers and said

"You too,I have no idea who I was or what my past is ,but to you that didn't matter.You taught me so much and I feel secure around you.You make me feel that you only care about me now.I really hope I can know about my gem and my powers.I want to be with you every day."

My color filled my entire face as I started to sweat.I took a couple of second to inhale and exhale slowly before I do what I do next.I shut my eyes close as I slowly lean in.Before I could get any closer,a loud bang and shattering of glasses shakes the ground a little.I wided my eyes as I turned my head to my left to see Emerald with her rebels on shattered glass from the window panels.Suddenly,my grip from Y/N was gone.I quickly looked over to her to see a Lapis Lazuli has her.Y/N screamed

"STEVEN!"

I screamed back as the Lapis Lazuli fled back to Emerald side of the room with Y/N

"Y/n!No give her back!"

I summoned my sheild quickly as Emerald laughed evilly

"I wouldn't gave you my experiment that easier or gave her at all!She is my weapon!She will destroy you and everyone that intervenes my plans!"

A fury of anger boiled through my veins as the only person that is just like me and wonderful has be taken away from me.
