Taurtis' POV

Salem's eyes began to open as she lay in the bed in the infirmary. She looked around as her eyes opened fully. I was knelt down by the side of the bed and Sam and Grian were in the corner of the room talking to Señor Loro.

I saw how Salem looked away from me and stared at Grian. I sighed. I feel like she likes him. But I like her...
Should I do something?Possibly...but I can't get caught..

What the hell am I talking about?! I sound like...like Yuki...

I'll never be like her. She was insane. She killed for love and I'm not like that. Right...right? God maybe I am insane...what the hell is wrong with me...? I was literally considering hurting Grian, my best friend, for a girl I hardly know...

I sighed and Salem looked up at me and smiled. I smiled back and she sat up in the bed.

"So...what happened...?" She asked softly. For some reason she reminded me of Silly.

God what do I like Silly now too?! I sighed again. I'm way in over my head. I just need to focus on what's going on right now.

"We dunno. You just blacked out...you feeling okay?" I asked. She nodded and tried standing up, successfully. Señor Lori then came over.

"How you feeling, Salem?" He asked her. She nodded and said "I'm fine." She smiled. I found this really cute. I just love her..but I saw her stare at Grian again.

God I wanna hurt him...I'm gonna hurt him.

I shook my head, trying to stop these stupid thoughts.
"What the hell..." I mumbled to myself. Salem snapped her head toward me.

"You okay?" She asked. I loved the sound of her voice. I looked her up and down. She's gorgeous. I then turned to Grian and he was staring at her too.

Does he...like her?!

NO

He can NOT like her! I won't allow it. What to do what to do... we'll just have to find out...
