Chapter 14
He banged it open. It was Ginny, she was crying on the bed. "What's wrong honey?" Asked Harry, he quickly rushed towards his wife and scooped her up.
"I don't know even know why I'm crying this much but Hermione broke up with Ron." Ginny said, Harry started at Ginny not believing what she was saying.
"What?" Asked Harry.
"They broke up." Harry carefully placed Ginny in the bed. He looked out the window, it didn't seem real. Why did they break up? All of a sudden the phone rang. "Bloody muggle thing, I'll never get used to it!" She said.
Harry rushed towards the phone in their bedside table. "Hello?" He said.
"Hey." It was Hermione. Harry took the phone away from his mouth. "It's Hermione." He mouthed. Ginny quickly rushed over to try and listen.
"Hi Hermione. Is everything okay?" Said Harry softly.
"Yeah, is it okay if I stay over at your house?" Asked Hermione. "I know you are moving but it will be just for a couple days."
"Yeah, of course!" Said Harry quickly.
"Okay, well I'll see you today." Said Hermione.
"Yeah, bye." Harry said, he hanged up and turned to Ginny.
"I thought they were forever." Said Harry.
"Me too." Said Ginny. A faint cry emerged from behind them. "James." They both said. Ginny and Harry rushed towards their crying kid, he had just woken up.
"Hey James!" Ginny said as she scooped him up. "Aunt Hermione is coming over today." She said in a baby voice.

Hermione came over at noon, her eyes were red from crying and her hands full of stuff. "So, erm, what happens Hermione?" Asked Harry after Hermione had settled in. Ginny gave Harry a dirty look.
"Well, here you go." Hermione took out a newspaper form her bag and shoved it Harry's hand. The title read 'Quidditch Star Ronald Weasley spotted with another girl at bar!'
"He couldn't exactly be cheating if he were spotted with someone else, right? She could just be a friend." Said Harry.
Hermione looked up and unfolded the newspaper. "Oh." Said Ginny.
"Oh indeed." Said Harry. A picture was plastered in the front page of Ron kissing someone who wasn't Hermione and holding a beer. Ginny took Hermione into the living room and sat her down while Harry stayed in the kitchen.
"That jerk! I hate him so much!" Hermione said.
"But Hermione." Said Harry as he entered the living room.
"If you say he wasn't cheating I swear to god, Harry!" Said Hermione angrily.
"No, it's just. This newspaper is for tomorrow, how did you get it?" Asked Harry looking at the date.
"Oh. Draco." She said.
"Draco?" Asked Ginny confused, Harry sat down next to her.
"Yeah, he pulled some strings and got me this. He was in the bar last night." Hermione explained, Harry gave her the newspaper and she showed them where Draco was. "So be ready to answer calls tomorrow." Said Hermione.
Just as she finished the phone called. "Too early." She said as Harry looked at her. He picked up the phone. "Hello?" He said.
"Hey mate, is Hermione there?" Ron asked.
"It's Ron!" Mouthed Harry.
"I'm not here!" Whispered Hermione quickly. "Ginny, don't say anything!" She added as she saw Ginny red and trying to get the phone, quietly she sat back done.
"Sorry Ron, she isn't here. Why?" Harry said.
"Oh, she just isn't here. Well goodbye Harry!" He said and hanged the phone.
"Jerk." Said Ginny looking at the phone. Lily and James walked into the living room. "Who is a Jerk?" asked James.
"Ron." Said Harry.
"Aren't you guys best friends?" Asked Lily.
"Well, I don't know. He cheated on Hermione." Explained Harry.
"What?!" Yelled Lily. "Are you okay honey?" She said rushing to hug Hermione.
"Yeah, I'm okay." Said Hermione rubbing her eyes.

The next day Hermione was waiting in the living room with her tea in her hands, waiting for the phone to ring. A couple hours later Ginny, Harry, Lily and James joined them.
"Nothing yet?" Ask Harry.
"No. They are probably calling Ron first." Said Hermione. The group started at the phone while James made pancakes.
"Pancakes anyone?" Asked James. They all nodded, with a swish of their Wanda a plate flew in front then and a pancakes sat on top it.
The phone ringed, they all looked at Hermione but she was frozen in her tracks. Before anyone could do anything Ginny snatched it. "Hello?" She asked.
"Hey it's Ron. Ginny pass me Hermione." He said.
"No. Fuck you!" Yelled Ginny, she hanged up.
"Who was it?" Ask Harry, looking at his wife who was still standing up, hands on her waist, looking terrifying.
"Ron!" Said Ginny, her face was red with fury.
"What did he want?" Asked Hermione quietly on the edge of the seat.
"He just wanted to talk to you." Said Ginny.
"Oh, Okay. Weren't you guys going to move? I'll help you!" Said Hermione happily. She rose to her feet and clapped her hands, ready to go. Harry and Ginny looked at each other and smiled.
The couple, James jr. and Hermione said goodbye to James and Lily and went to look for apartments. First stop; London.
They walked down the London streets until they reached a cute red building close to Diagon Alley. Ginny knocked on the door and a small wizard wearing odd muggle clothes appeared.
"Oh hello Mr. Potter! And Miss. Weasley! And Miss. Granger! Oh, I'm so sorry to hear. Is this young James?" He added to James, who nodded smiling. The reception was quiet nice, there was a small sofa and the mail boxes up against the wall.
The wizard showed them to the elevator, where they all fit nicely, and clicked the seventh floor. Slowly the elevator ascended to their floor. The doors rattled open to reveal a white corridor with black doors along the walls.
At the end of the hallway stood a door with the number 77 written in gold letter. The small wizard took a key out of his jacket and turned it right twice. Once the clock clicked, they pushed opened the door to reveal a small apartment.
"Wow." Said Ginny as she walked through the door. They walked into an open area. It was the living room to the right and the dinning room and kitchen to the left.
The kitchen had light wood instead of marbles and the cupboard's doors were made of white wood. In the middle there was an island with white marble tops.
The dinning room had a long, light wooded table with matching chairs around it. At the back of one end there was a window with amazing views. Behind the other end stood the kitchen.
The living room to the right had a tan l shaped sofa next to another one that seated 2 people. At a corner there was another sofa for one. In be middle stood a nice coffee table in front of the tv. "What is this?" Asked Ginny.
"A telly Gin. We have to talked about this." Laughed Harry as he kissed her forehead. A corridor at the side lead them to the rooms. The first door to the right was James' rooms. It was big with windows and grey walls.
Next to his room was an empty bedroom and in front of James' bedroom was the bathroom. Next to that was the guest bedroom that had its own bathroom. At the end of the corridor was another door. The pushed it open to reveal a big room. It had tan walls lined with windows, through which light poured into.
There was two other doors. One leading to a bathroom with two sinks, a shower and bath. The other leading to a walk in closet.
"I really like the house." Said Ginny once they were back at the Potter's Manor.
"Me too." Said Harry as he sat with a bag of crisps.
"And me!" Said Hermione through a mouthful of crisps.
James and Lily sat down. "So, you are really leaving, huh?" Asked Lily.
"Mom, we have talked about this. We want our own space and this is too big." Said Harry.
"What are we going to do?" Asked James with an arm around his wife.
"I have an idea." Said Hermione. They all turned towards her. "You could make it into a summer camp. A place where people who go to Hogwarts and go when they have no home. People like Harry." She added quietly.
"That is a brilliant idea Hermione!"
