Leo, Donnie, and Jamie swam up to the surface from the sewers. (Jamie was given a little breathing device.)

"Ugh, ew, this water smells extra nasty," Donnie commented.

"I agree and that's coming from someone who hasn't been down here that long," Jamie said.

"Come on. This is the way," Leo instructed as he made his way up the ladder.

"Ugh. I-I don't feel so good," Donnie groaned.

"Same," Jamie replied weakly as she gripped her stomach.

Leo looked up to see his vision becoming blurry.

"Me...neither," he responded.

They made it up and walked slowly until they heard Karai's voice throughout the sewers.

"Leonardo, Donatello, and Jamie. Sneaky coming from the sewers. How are you three feeling? Nauseous? Dizzy?" she asked.

"My brain is melting," Donnie said.

As they kept going, Leo looked at Donnie and noticed something strange.

"Dude. Why do you have a pineapple for a head?" Leo asked.

"I don't. Why does Jamie have a mermaid tale?" Donnie wondered.

"We've been...poisoned!" Jamie realized.

"Uh oh, we have to act fast," Leo said as they all ran.

They breathed heavily as they got closer to where Karai was.

"My venom is highly toxic in any form. Even in water. It seeps through the skin in seconds," Karai explained.

They groaned as they finally made it, but they collapsed on the ground.

"It's over, Leo," Karai continued.

They all groaned as they started to black out.

"You and your friends are finished," Karai finished, smirking.
