~Star's POV~

It's the day after I kissed Marco's cheek and we were sitting on the couch watching a movie eating nachos but then there was a knock at the front door that interrupted a important part! "I'll get it." Marco said then got up and went and opened to door. "Jackie! Hey" Marco said with a blush and a smile. "Hey Marco, I was wondering if you wanted to hangout today." Jackie said with a glint in her eye.. she's asking him out! I felt a ping in my chest.. what was this emotion?.. it stung and burned like fire. "Uhh-yeah! I'd love to-" Marco looked to me then back to Jackie. "But I don't know if I can- not today at least.. so uhh raincheck?" Marco said trying not to blow it and actually get to 'hang out' with Jackie. "I can't do it any other day then today-"Jackie starts but was cut off.

~Marco's POV~

"Then we'll have to hang out another time. Star's leaving soon and I wanna spend as much time as possible with her." I cut Jackie off and explained to her. "Fine Marco. Here I thought-" Jackie sighed, "bye Marco." Jackie bid me goodbye I waved and shut the door curious as to what she was trying to say- I'll think about it later, but for now I'll watch a movie with my best friend. Star had eaten all the nachos but I had sat back down anyway not bothering to go make more nachos. "Aww Marco!" Star said with a smile. "What'd I do?" I asked seriously but smiling nonetheless. "You stayed even though your c-crush wanted to hang out with you!" Star said having trouble with saying the word 'crush' but didn't act like she did and covered it up. "Yeah of course I did! I wanna spend time with you!" I said like she should know it but with a perky attitude.Star giggled a bit then unpaused the movie. I love her laugh.

Wow! Two updates in one day! If you don't know what I mean I literally JUST published another chapter of my other book, "The Black Haired Mystery." So yeahhhh anyway I hope you enjoyed this chapter! And I don't have anything else to say so.. Childish out! : D
