To many years ago

a young girl
Was playing in her room towards evening time

Glasse shattering
Downstairs along with the sound of screaming

As the girl ran downstairs
She ran into the kitchen
To her parents fighting

" SHUT THE FUCK UP I'M NOT  DRUNK YOU STUPID  BITCH "

"yes you are Mike"

Mike "NO IM NOT"

He Than  Backhanded her across the face

Without thinking the young girl
Rushed at her dad
She tried to punch at the back of his leg

Which made him buckle down a little bit

but unlucky for her he got right back up and began" SO YOU THINK YOUR Tough IS THAT RIGHT Will HERE'S ONE   FOR YOU

Right as he was about to hit her

She was snapped out of the flashback
By the bartender coming back to give her the  drinks

The bartender" Wendy are you ok?"
He said with both A concerned tone in his voice and look on his face

Wendy" yeah I'm fine just a terrible day at The 9 to 5 today why?"

The bartender" you zoned out for a while there & i just wanted to make sure you were  OK"

Wendy" alright than"

The bartender turned away & started walking back towards the bar

Her thought
( A terrible day at work what kind of bs is that everyday for me at work is awful

She sat at that table for the rest of the night

Drinking away her problems
For a while

So this is a new story I'm trying out I hope all who read this do enjoy it

It is based off of the song by all time low called somewhere in Neverland
