Tom's Pov

I pace back and fourth in the hall, in front of Alyssa's hospital room.

My hearts beating so fast I feel like it's gonna burst from my chest.

This wasn't supposed to happen!

"Syndy calm down." Dianite says as he and Mot approach me.

"She's n-not due yet!" I panic. "Mot." Dec says and signals for him to enter.

"Dia you stay with Tom." Mot says before taking a deep breath, and entering Alyssa's room.

Tiimmmeee Skippppppp

Mot's Pov

"Who's holding her?" A nurse says quickly. "Dad." The child gets placed in my arms.

Her blue eyes stare up at me. "H-Hi baby...." Before I can finish she gets ripped from my arms to go be cleaned.

I take my scrubs off so I'm back in just pajamas again.

"I'll be right back." I say to Alyssa before walking to the hall to get Dia and Tom.

"It's ok to come in now."

We all exchange glances before returning into the room. Alyssa looks....sad.

"What's wrong?" I ask, pulling up a chair so I can sit next to her.

"I don't know dad. I feel kinda bad about just handing her away without a care." Alyssa pauses and takes my hand in hers. "But I know she'll have two kick-ass dads."

Tears start falling from my eyes. This is Alyssa talking! This is my little Country Bat!

"Dad what's wrong?" Alyssa asks removing her hand to wipe my tears.

"You've just grown up so much...."

Dianite's Pov

I'm upset that Mot's crying but I'm happy the realization that we know have a kid hasn't hit him yet.

"So what's her name." A nurse asks. Mot looks back at me with a sad smile. We never disused baby names.....

"Jerriah liked Faylinn...." Alyssa mumbles. "I liked Grace." Tom mumbles.

"Faylinn Grace kik-"

"K. Just K." I jot in. "Dia w-"

"We'll talk about it later." Mot just nods. "So Faylinn Grace K. She'll be back in here in just a few minutes." The nurse leaves at that.

"You feel ok Alyssa?" I ask and she nods. "Yea I'm fine."

Time Skip again

Mot's Pov

Faylinn gets brought back into the room wrapped in a blanket with a cute little pink hat on her head.

She gets handed to me and I carefully hold the child in my arms. "Hi Faylinn." I say softly to my beautiful blue eyed daughter.

"You wanna go see Dia?" She makes a little baby noise that must means yes.

I notice Dia tense as I hand Faylinn to him. "Calm down Dia you're fine." I say softly.

"H-Hi Faylinn...." Dia's eyes water up as she smiles. Tom pulls me back towards Alyssa, who is quick to grab my hand again.

"I-I'm dad." My heart swells. Not in a bad way but in a good one. We're dads to a beautiful little girl.

"And I'm never gonna leave, that I promise." Dia's tears spill over, so do mine.

Alyssa squeezes my hand as I let out a quiet sob.

Time Skip

"Alyssa you should be ok to leave tomorrow." Dec says and both her and Tom nod.

"Faylinn as well." He adds. "Good." Dia mumbles before pulling me closer to him.

Piper's Pov

"You two have to let them have their moment!" Avrae snaps at Mika and I. I'm anxious to see this baby!

"Well it's not our fault we're excited for them!" Mika snaps back. It's like 3 a.m. and nobody can sleep because we're all anxious to hear about/see the child.

"We aren't here to be their friends Mika!" If we were in a comic steam would be coming from Avrae's ears. "We're hear to fight this war and get paid that's all!"

"YOU'RE GETTING PAID FOR THIS?! THAT'S FU-"

"Stop." Lara mumbles. "Mianite is paying us only because we have to kill our Dianite. I don't want to be paid but having diamonds and materials are nice." She says still speaking in a hushed tone.

The door opens and in walks Wag and Martha. Of course it's not Mot and Dianite!

I notice Martha is holding a small child. "I'm here to baby sit you all to make sure you don't end up killing each other." Wag says anger filling his tone. "I'm here because he is." Martha adds her tone is more soft.

"Who's baby?" Mika asks and Martha looks up at Wag with a smile. "This is Benjamin James. James and my's son." Martha answers.

"He's so cute!" Hikari squeals,

"How old is he?!" I ask,

"His eyes are so pretty!" Lara chimes in happily.

"He's 2 months, and aren't they. He got his mother's eyes." Wag says then kisses Martha's temple.

"Wag are you gonna be fighting with us?" Avrae asks. Of course she brings this up.

Martha's eyes water up, and James let's out a sigh. "Yea, I am gonna be fighting incase Dianite needs backup." Wag answers.

"Do you think Mot and Dianite are gonna be back tonight?" I ask slightly annoyed.

"Umm I don't think so. If they do the baby won't be with them." Martha responds as she bounces Benjamin, making him giggle from excitement.

I've never seen a baby boy with violet eyes before. He's quite the cute baby.

Every just kinda sits around and makes small talk for the next few hours.

"Guys maybe we should sleep. We've got training tomorrow anyways." Hikari suggests. She's a smart girl, I'm so frickin' tired.

Everyone exchanges good night's before heading to bed.

Mot's Pov

I wake up in Dia's arms. He's carrying me upstairs. When did I fall asleep? Where did I-

"Mot you fell asleep at the hospital I teleported us here." Dia answers quietly careful not to wake the others.

He gently places me on our bed before crawling under the covers next to me.

I instantly snuggle up next to him. Naturally he wraps his arms around me to pull me closer to him.

"Goodnight love." Dia mumbles before kissing my lips.

Before I can respond sleep consumes me.
