Mianite's Pov

People found out!!! They found out about Mot breaking a law and not being punished!!

"Mianite we need to talk." Dianite says. Mot looks horrified as does Piper.

"Other Dia declared-"

"I KNOW BUT ALL I CAN THINK ABOUT IS PEOPLE AT MY THROAT ABOUT YOU!" I shout.

"Don't yell at him!" Dianite shouts back. "He just wants to help!"

"MY LAND IS A MESS BECAUSE OF HIM!"

"Calm down both of you!" Mot shouts. "Whatever the punishment is I'll take it."

"Well I can give you options. They're both painful, so it's not as if one is significantly better than the other."

Mot's Pov

"What's punishing him going to help?! People are still going to be mad!" Dia argues. "Can't you just let us talk!" Piper half yells.

Hands grap me from behind and before I can fight against them Mianite speaks up.

"To the Quartz House."

Time Skip (travel)

I get tossed, literally, onto the steps of the building. They have some sort of mechanism set up. I quickly get up as the crowd starts to grow.

A fairly young girl walks up and takes two wires from the thing. "Extend your arm please." She says softly.

I do as she says and the wires stick right to my arm. The process repeats on my other.

As I scan the crowd I lock eyes with Alyssa. Great this is just another way for her to see me as a criminal. She turns away and hides her head in Tom's shoulder.

"I'm sorry...." The child whispers. "What do I start him with?" She shouts that sorrowful tone gone.

"10 jolts, for a minute." Mianite says.

"10 JOLTS OF WHAT?!" I notice Tom pull Alyssa towards Dia. Hopefully they can keep him calm.

"Ready?" The child whispers and I nod. She flips a lever and nothing happens at first.

Dianite's (s2) Pov

Mot's eyes water up, but he doesn't cry out. Alyssa latches herself onto me and I wrap my arms around her.

I make eye contact with a girl who is dressed in an all black jumpsuit and seems to be armed with knives.

She looks over at another girl who has long green hair and blue eyes.

Piper's Pov

I follow Dianite's gaze to see a chain of girls sending each other looks. It's like they're trying to say something without......

We know Mianite is gonna hunt down the most trained fighters to fight against me.

My Dianite's voice echoes in my head. It's them! "Up it to 50." Mianite's voice snaps me from my thoughts.

Dianite's (s2) Pov

The girl who I first made eye contact with rushes over to Mot and yanks the cords from his arms.

"He's had enough Mianite." She says.

"Why are y-"

"You know exactly why I'm here and I'll leave if you don't call it here." Mot looks absolutely horrified. His eyes are everywhere but on me.

"Fine." Mianite snaps and I see Mot let out a breath he must've been holding in.

Despite people leaving Mot and the girl don't move.

Mot's Pov

"Are you o-"

"I'm fine." I snap at the girl who helped me. Three other girls start walking up to me and I feel my heart speed up.

"Mot calm down." Dia says softly. He and the other girls say other things but I'm to panicked to know what they are.

"Stop crowding him!" Piper yells and everyone but Dia listen. "You ok kid? You took quite a beating up there." Spark.

"Y-yeah I'm fine." I force myself to respond. "We need someplace safe to discuss things." Piper blurts. She must know something about them.

"Athoria! (spelling?) Follow me." Spark says and everyone obeys.

Time Skip

We all sit in what must be Ianite's temple. "Ianite is stronger than Dianite is she can keep him out of here." Spark announces.

"What about his ears." A girl with long green hair snaps. "Yeah why should we trust her." Another, that seems to be a dragon hybrid, says rather harshly.

"Piper's trustworthy." Dia says and I notice Piper's almost in tears. That must be why he said that....

"Who are all of you?" I ask and sit down on the temple floor. One by one everyone joins me till we form a circle.

"I'll start!" The green haired blue eyed girl says loudly. "I'm Hikari and I'm 21! I actually follow the new Dianite so hello! Umm I prefer to fight with swords. And yea Mianite hit me up and was like-"

"Moving on!" The girl who helped me interrupts. "I'm Lara, I'm 22 years old, I follow the good Dianite...." Dia giggles which causes me too.

"Yeah anyways I prefer to use knives to fight but I will use a sword as backup. Close range fighting is my strong point." Lara finishes. "Well hello to both of you as well." Dia says before taking my hand in his.

"Avrae how about you go." Lara suggests. "Ok I'm Avrae, my choice weapon-"

"She's hiding something." Piper says harshly. "Piper now isn't the time." I say but the look on Piper's face begs differ.

"They think I'm the trader..." She mumbles. "My choice weapon is a bow and if you couldn't already tell I am a dragon hybrid. Oh and I'm 19." Avrae finishes.

"I'm Mika, I'm 20 years young (sorry I had to!), I'm an Ianitee, and like Avrae I prefer to use a bow." The last says.

"I'm Mot, hopefully you all knew me before now, I follow my Dianite, I'm 31 (that is what I made him right??), and I'll fight with just about anything." Spark laughs after I finish.

"One of you ladies may have to help him with a bow, he's not got the best shot."

"Hey! Spark be nice!" I laugh back.

3rd Person Pov (let's see how this works out)

The eight sit in that temple and share life stories of both good times and bad.

Everyone seems to click together perfectly. Everyone has something to give to the team. Wither it's the joke when everyone's in tears or the most skilled fighter.

Mot feels as if everything's finally gonna work itself out and everything is actually going to be ok.

Little does he know that he's far from correct.

Sorry for the lack of updates here lately. School started and I've been crammed with homework due to me missing the first 3 days.
