Mot's Pov

I'm stood face to face with what has to be other Dia. "You don't plan on hurting me with that do you, other Tom?" He snaps causing me to put away my sword.

"My followers aren't to fond of you are they? Well except for Tony and...." He glances at Piper who is stood behind me.

"No, but why should I care?! Why-"

"Mot, you're making the same mistakes Nade did with he who's name will not be said. I will not hesitate to kill you." I shut up but only for Piper.

"MOT!" I hear Wag yell.. "MOT I KNOW YOU'RE OUT HERE!" My heart drops, Dia.

"What is this?!" I ask through a clenched jaw.

Dianite's (s2) Pov

I catch sight of Mot, Piper, and other me?! He steps close to Mot and Piper winces.

"This, is war."

Just after the words leave his lips Mot makes eye contact with me.

Piper's Pov

My Dianite looks back at me and frowns before disappearing. That's it?!?! That's all the in-

I turn to see Mot hugging his Dianite. "Are you ok Piper? I'm James, but you can call me Wag."

"Y-yeah I'm ok." Mot pulls away from Dianite's hug and moves back to my side.

"What are we gonna do Dia?! He has-" Mot Getz interrupted.

"Listen it's really late at night. Let's go home." Dianite says softly. He and James walk in front of Mot and I.

"You sure you're ok." Mot mumbles to me. I shake my head and let my gaze fall to the ground.

Time Skip (travel)

We all pile into the living room. I try to sit in the floor next to Piper but Dia pulls me into his lap.

"Stay." He mumbles. "Dianite what are we supposed to do?" Wag asks and Martha glances at me. She doesn't know what's going on.

I can tell Dia doesn't know what to say or do. He's scared. "I....James I'm not sure." Dia says and my heart breaks for him. All that confidence that comes with being a god seemed to disappear.

"WHAT DO YOU MEAN YOU DON'T KNOW!" Everyone's taken aback by Wag's sudden outburst.

Dia buries his head in my shoulder. (back of Mot's shoulder) "I HAVE A FAMILY NOW DIANITE!! HOW CAN YOU-" Martha stops Wag just as I feel tears soak through my shirt.

He made him cry! I go to get up but Dia just pulls me back close to him again.

"Other Dia declared war on us." I say and Martha nods. "We can go talk to Mia-" I get interrupted.

"Maybe he's been right about me." Dia blurts. "I'm not much of a god." No. I refuse to let him believe that!

"Wag, Martha you two can stay here. Down the hall second room on the left. Piper you know where to go." I instruct.

Wag and Martha disappear off to their room, but Piper doesn't. "Dianite, he doesn't-"

"Just go!" Dia shout/sobs and Piper obeys.

"Let's go to our room Dia." I say softly. Dia teleport us. He pulls me onto the bed and sobs into my shoulder.

I can't let him be like this. He has to stay strong for the good of everybody. If I can do it, he can do it.

"Dia look at me." I say and pull away. He looks up at me with those perfect red eyes of his. He's beautiful even when he's crying.

"You are 10 times the god Mianite and other you could ever wish to be. It hurt me when you said you believed other you." My voice stops. I literally can't speak!

Dia sighs before saying, "It's just hard...I'm not supposed to 'not know'! I'm supposed to be able to-"

"No Dia. It's not like that. We all get lost and shot down. Anyone who says gods aren't allowed to get that way is a fool." I allow Dia to snuggle up to me again.

"Never leave me." He mumbles. "I'd never leave you boyo." I say to lighten the mood a bit. It worked because I feel Dia laugh.

"That's why I love you." He says and gently kisses me.

Piper's Pov

I'm in the field Dianite took me to on our first 'date'. It wasn't really a date but I considered it one.

"Miss me?" He says suddenly, standing in front of me. I don't answer just run into his arms.

"Piper I....I hate to bring this up...but what are you going to do about Mot?" Dianite says and I feel a ping in my heart.

"What do you suggest I do?" He pulls away after I say this and sits us down in the field of beautiful white flowers.

It says silent for what feels like to long. "Befriend him." Dianite finally says. "Make him trust you more than....than...."

"Than his Dianite." I whisper. "Lead him on. I have plans Piper. We know Mianite is gonna hunt down the most trained fighters to fight against me." Dianite pauses and takes my hand in his.

"When you betray him it'll mess his head up. I know how Mot thinks and how his brain processes." Does he not feel bad about doing this?!

"What about Alyssa? If we kill Mot who will raise her child?" I ask and hold in my tears.

"I'm not out to kill Mot, just his significant other. If you don't want to do this then don't. I can't make you do anything due to you being my sisters." Dianite glances at me but is quick to look away.

"It's either you're with me or with them." He gently lifts my chin up so I have to look at him.

"Ok...." Tears spill from my eyes as I continue to say, "I'll do it." Dianite wipes my tears and smiles.

"Good choice princess." Before I can respond Dianite's lips are on mine. After a brief moment of shock I kiss back.

He pulls away and rests his forehead on mine. "You have to wake up now." Dianite whispers.

"Please no!"

Dianite's (s2) Pov

"Please no!" Piper half yells. Being the charismatic god I am, I run to her room.

"Piper you ok?" I say through the door. The only responce I get is a sob. "Can I come in?" After a few minutes of listening to Piper sob I let myself in.

I've never liked Piper all that much, but seeing her like she is now is sad. "Shit!" Piper blurts when she sees me.

"Y-you can't see me like this!"

"Piper I-"

"I'm showing weakness!"

"That's fine!" I shout and instantly regret it. Here I am yelling at a girl who is sobbing about who knows what.

I sit next to her and sigh as she tenses up. "We all have weakness Piper. Crying is something everyone, even gods, do. I'm here if you wa-"

Piper throws herself into my arms and sobs. "I d-d-dont w-want t-to!" She sobs, but I don't answer.

"H-he t-told m-m-e to!"

"Who told you to do what?!" I ask pulling Piper off me. "I can't s-say o-o-o *gasps* w-worse w-will *cough*" poor thing.

"Breathe Piper. Inhale, exhale." I say softly. She does as I suggested and soon calms down.

"Worse will happen if I tell you Dianite." She sniffles then wipes her eyes.

"I want to, but at the same time *wipes eyes* I want you two to be h-happy." I take Piper back into my arms where she cries some more.

"Piper I have a pretty good idea who asked something of you. I know you mean a lot to Mot, so I'm here to keep you safe." I coo and play with the ends of Piper's hair.

"You can't protect everybody." She whispers.

"You're correct.....but I can try and give it my all." Piper sighs and her grip on me tightens.

"Can you stay till I fall asleep?" She asks and I nod. I have to keep in mind Piper lost everything. She has no family. Mot and I are the closest thing she has to a family.

Piper releases me and rolls onto her side. Within minutes she's sleeping again. It's good to know she feels safe around me.

I walk back up to my bed room and climb back into bed with Mot. He snuggles up close to me and I kiss his head before drifting off into a restless sleep.
