Mot's Pov

I sit in Alyssa's house with Dia, Alyssa and......we napkin.

"So you two are lovers now huh?" Dia says and Alyssa blushes. "Kinda sorta."

"It wasn't easy! Just becoming friends was hard!" Jerriah complains. "Oh poor you. Imagine how I've felt all these years."

"Dad!" Alyssa playfully shouts. We all just kinda laugh. "But I wouldn't trade her for the world." Jerriah says his tone is serious.

"Even if Mianite told you to?" Alyssa whispers. "I'd be godless if it meant I got to keep you." I smile slightly. He's still a wet napkin but I'm glad he treats Alyssa good.

"What about Spark?" Dia asks. "He's away a lot. Rarely do we see him." Jerriah answers.

I see Alyssa's gaze go from the floor to me and Dia's hands. "What about you two?" She asks at a mere whisper.

"It's complicated. Can we go for a walk. Just you and me?" I ask her. Of course she agrees.

"I'll meet you outside." Alyssa says when Dia doesn't release my hand. "Mot be careful what you tell her. Meet me at the beach when you're done." He instructs me.

Alyssa's Pov

Dad and I walk in silence for a long time. "I thought you were dead." I say tears threatening to spill from my eyes.

Mot stops and pulls me into his arms. I'm almost as tall as he is now. "Don't cry princess." He says sweetly. "Where's Andor?" I ask pulling away.

"He uhh....he never showed up at the portal or for Dia's revival. I'm not sure what became of him."

"Tom it's Jerry's Tree! They rebuilt it!" Other Spark yells at other Mot.

"Tom come here!" Dad yells and both boys come. "This is Alyssa."

"So this is the pink armor, flower crown, child." Other dad is quite handsome. "Well I'm Tom and this is Jordan. The Fox you see running around is Sonja and other Jerriah is Tucker." Tom introduces.

"It's a pleasure to meet you. I assume you all took care of my home, yes?" I ask to assure myself. Jordan goes pale and looks like he could get sick.

They all exchange glances. "Jordan you-"

"I'm sorry! I'm so so so sorry! I tried to save-" Jordan's sobs become so hard he can't talk. What happened to Ruxamor and the towns in it?!

"Get him home Tom. Jordan we need to talk tomorrow." Mot says then pulls me forward.

"Its all our fault!" He sobs from behind us. "Dad what happened to my home?" I ask but I don't get an answer.

"Dad wh-"

"I can't tell you Alyssa!" Dad yells at me. He sighs then looks away. "I'm sorry I'm just...." He takes a deep breath.

"It's getting dark you should head home." He suggests. I feel like I've disappointed him. He kisses my forehead before leaving.

Mot's Pov

I do as Dia instructed and meet him at the beach. He's staring out at the water tears in his eyes.

I sit next to him on the little blanket. "Jordan's a mess. He thinks what happen is his fault." I say but Dia doesn't answer.

"My family died today. My sister and brother." He says tonelessly. I feel my heart sink when tears start rolling from his eyes.

I wrap my arms around Dia's arm and lay my head on the shoulder. (Hes sitting in the one knee up with arm propped up thing)

"I'm sorry about Ianite but did it not ever click to you that Mianite tried to murder you via his follower? I have no sympathy for him nor will I ever." I say kinda harshly.

"I don't care if he was a dick and did come regrettable things. He was still my brother and I still loved him despite his actions." Dia sniffles. I let silence take over.

Adventually I get tired and pull away. I bring my knees to my chest then rest my head on them.

I can feel Dia's gaze on me but I ignore it. The waters calm tonight, I like it.

Dia turns me so I have to look at him. He closes his eyes and leans in. My stomach is doing flips.

His lips touch mine. After a moment of shock I kiss back. Dia pulls away and rests his forehead on mine.

"I'm sorry I just h-" I give him another kiss. "I love you so much." I cry and Dia pulls me into his loving arms.

I sob into his shoulder. This is all I've wanted for so long. For him to love me like I love him.

"Mot you're crying. What's wrong?" Dia asks his voice sounds a little panicked.

"They're good tears." I whisper. Dia trails his hand up and down my back, calming me down a ton.

"Mot I do believe there is a, temporary, house awaiting our arrival." Dia says softly. We walk hand in hand to one of the small rent houses.

"Uhh I'll take to the couch if you want a bed." Dia says awkwardly. I just want to sleep with him!

"I want to sleep with you." I blurt and seeing the confused look on Dia's face I realize he took that the wrong way.

"Mot I-"

"I don't mean have sex. I mean sleep together. Under the blankets. In our temporary bed, with my hand on your chest and your arm around me. With the window cracked, so it's chilly and we have to cuddle closer. No talking, just sleep, blissful, happy, sleep." Dia smiles and pulls me into the bedroom.

We do exactly what I wanted to do. Every so often I'll hear a mutter of noise from outside but other than that it's silent.

"Mot I just wanted to say I couldn't be more proud of your actions today. You stood up and kept everyone's head on straight. That's what makes a Dianitee a Dianitee. I honor you for that." Dia says seriously. "Thanks M' Lord." I look up and kiss his cheek.

Moments later sleep consumes me. "I love you." I mutter not expecting a reply. Just before I'm fully asleep I hear a near silent.

"I love you too."
