Au explanation:

affogato learned witchcraft at a young age. following his mothers footsteps and learning all kind of spells, recipes and praying and leaving offerings for the goddess of witchcraft. He had Espresso and Latte at 13. Affogato joined Dark Cacao when he was 15 and pretended to be a saint and learned their own language. Affogato became the royal adviser at 18 and had a good relationship with the prince. He and the prince had a secret love relationship. the prince knows that he is a witch. affogato tried taking over the kingdom by wanting to be a good king (unlike dark cacao) and help the tribes. when he was banished he started living in a new tribe called the ice cream tribe. unlike being mistreated by his own tribe he was treated with kindness by the ice cream tribe. they did not care that he was different nor a witch. he tought the young cookies magic and even told them stories about the goddess of witchcraft. (until months later he was unbanished and now hes again working for dark cacao)
