1 • simple
one photo + text, can be a faceclaim or stock photo, no photo editing required - but as you can see from the examples, some very striking covers can result

2 • manipulated
multiple photos or edited photo, blended into one cover. these take a bit more time but often if you want faceclaims it'll be this type.

3 • minimalist
no photos, colour/pattern background. the focus is on the text and art

4 • vector drawing
specifically, 'vector' refers to the drawing of a person in this style. vector covers are minimalist, usually with focus on the title
