Pinanood ni Sinclair Rofocale si Luel. She was impressed by the powers of the child, but at the same time, it scared her. Paano kung malaman nila ang sikreto namin dahil sa kapangyarihan niya? She thought.

The council looked at her, and congratulated the mother. One man smiled at her and said, "Your daughter is impressively powerful. She becomes a history and legend because of what she did earlier. Perhaps you taught her very well, Miss Rofocale."

Tumango naman si Sinclair, her lips lifted for a sweet smile, "Yes General Alistair Berseker, Lady Anika also trained her while she was still little."

Lady Anika was the brightest and most powerful elemental of her generation. While the Bersekers were physically strong, Anika was elementally strong. Kung kaya't hindi na ganoong nagtaka ang nakakatandang Berseker sa kapangyarihan ni Luel. Having trained by the greatest elemental meant a lot. Iyon nga lang ay lumisan na siya.

Sinclair looked away when she was called by a young man. "Lady Sinclair Rofocale," a man with jet black hair and stormy gray eyes came behind her. He bowed down to her, at napansin ni Sinclair ang malaking pagbabago sa kaniya.

This man was Zacharias Sol Montero. Isa rin siya sa student council ng Aerilon Academy. Hindi ganoong kilala ang pamilya niya, but since the Rofocale supported him, nagawa niyang makapasok at magpalakas sa academy.

He had sharp jaws that complemented his dark features well. Matangos din ang kaniyang ilong, and his lips were thin. Kahit hindi mataas ang estado niya sa buhay, he looked like a royalty because of his ethereal looks. Sinclair noticed the change in his body, he became muscular and taller in a span of a year.

"Nice meeting you again, Zach," wika ni Sinclair at ngumiti nang malapad sa batang lalaki. Kinuha naman ni Sinclair ang isang maliit na box, at ibinigay sa kaniya, "Happy 17th birthday too, dear."

Zach blushed at Sinclair's gift. He was not used to receiving gifts and celebrating his birthdays, "Thank you, Lady Sinclair. This is too much."

Zach felt overwhelmed and thankful for having the lady support her. He saw her as a second mother and he would gladly do any favor from her, or from any Rofocale.

Binuksan ni Zach ang regalo, at namangha sa nakita. It is a spatial ring, and Zach is aware of how expensive this is. The spatial accessories were unordinary dahil ang mga ito ay mayroong malaking space sa loob, na kahit ganoon kaliit, maaari kang maglagay ng kung anong gamit.

"It has all the weapons that you may need, Zach, and for that, I humbly ask you a favor," sabi ni Sinclair at isinuot ang singsing sa binata. Zach could not help but admire the ring, so his lips lifted a bit.

"Ano po ang inyong pabor, Lady Sinclair?" magalang na tanong ni Zach. Huminga nang malalim si Sinclair at kumurap-kurap.

"I know this favor is too much, but I humbly ask for you to protect my little girl at all costs inside the Academy. Wala ako roon para bantayan siya, please... ilayo mo siya sa kapamahakan. She can be a danger magnet sometimes," sabi ni Sinclair na mayroong nagmamakaawang mga mata.
Lucianna Sariel Rofocale, Zach thought. Mukha naman siya ang tipo ng tao na hindi na kailangan proteksiyunan, base sa kaniyang ginawa kanina sa battlefield. It took the human's breath away, even his. He had not expected for her to be that strong.

It was the first time Zach saw the young miss, at noong una ay hindi niya akalaing anak na pala iyon ni Lady Sinclair. They had no similarities maybe except for the body build and hair.

Zach smirked, "Makakaasa ka po, Lady Sinclair. May iba ka pa po bang bilin?"

Sinclair smiled, "Nothing else. Kapag may nalaman kang kakaiba tungkol sa kaniya, please do not hate her and hate me instead. Protect her at all costs."

Protect her at all costs. Sinasabi ba ni Sinclair kay Zach na protektahan ang dalaga kahit buhay niya ang kapalit? Zach cringed at the thought of him sacrificing for a girl, but then, he remembered that Luel is a Rofocale. At ipinangako niya sa sarili niyang gagawin niya ang kahit na ano para masuklian ang pamilyang ito.

"I promise, Lady Sinclair," wika ni Zach and sweetly kissed the woman's hand. A sign of a promise.

Umalis na siya sa harap ni Sinclair at sinimulan na ang pabor na hiningi mula sa kaniya. From now on, Luel was Zach's obligation and part of life. He has now vowed to protect the girl with his life.

He believed that breaking this promise meant suicide, killing himself. However he was bothered by the thought, does she want to be protected?

Hinanap niya sa sea of crowd si Luel, ang hindi niya alam ay matagal na silang pinagmamasdan ni Luel sa malayo.

Luel felt goosebumps and cringe when she saw her mother putting a ring on a young man, and the man kissing her hand. Are they having an affair? Isip-isip niya.

Although her mom looked young and beautiful, she was old! Baka naman ginayuma ng lalaki ang kaniyang ina.

Luel followed the whereabouts of the man, at nairita nang makitang kaibigan siya ni Krystal at part din siya ng council.

Why is my mother having an affair with this dirty young man?!?! She mistakingly thought.
