Some people were confused about what text based, object based, and model based meant. It's basically what you want the main focus point or the main part of your cover to be. So if you wanted a girl on a horse, that would be model based. If you wanted a sword and a potions bottle, that would be object based. And text based would be more like typography art, it would focus mostly on your text.

Premade Form:

I'm going to put the premade form here as reference, but please only comment this on the chapter the premade is in.

You also must have at least two chapters of your book published not including author notes introduction pages and I will be checking!
