one thing i ALWAYS try to do is if you see someone with black bio pic and background

it always means something wrong

so please if you see someone with that

TALK TO THEM

pm or public message them to ask if they are okay

talk to them

make them feel loved and try to help them

it doesnt matter if you know them or they are a stranger

it takes a bit of time to help someone

and if you let someone know you care abot them  im sure itll make their day
