I swear i was typing this halfway and somehow i left it here like it was nothing — i am , so so sorry .

Yes , im still doing advice 4 u , for those who are wondering still .

Try your best to distract yourself from A and also refrain from looking into the mirror — it would only lower your self esteem more.

Everyone has insecurities and you arent alone , everyone thinks that they are fat themselves , no matter how stick thin they are in reality .

About depression, you should really try talking to someone who you trust alot — maybe in your case , it could be your parents or perhaps a counselor , or even an online friend / penfriend .

Dont think too much into things — try to be more optimistic , theres always 2 sides to a problem , and if you take a look at a different angle , you could not focus on the down sides :) think positively and tell yourself that you are a strong individual.

Dont think about cutting yourself anymore , throw away the blade . Take your anxiety and anger into something else thats less disturbing  , if you enjoy writing , write a diary or just casually rant out somewhere . No one who knows you would know — there are tons of diary apps nowadays .

Making friends is a natural thing — its instinctive . Try to not run away and make sure that you talk so that you can actually communicate and socialise yourself . Surround yourself with people who likes the same thing as you . If you are uncomfortable, you can approach one classmate at a time .

If you dont try and take the first step , nothing would be accomplished . So , if you really want to help yourself , do it . Dont be scared to make the first move .
