Hey there , im no expert in these topics and it may or may not be helpful , but I'll still give it a go . I dont think that you should stop trying to tell your parents about how you feel ; they may have brushed you off before but i believe that if you bring it up once more in a serious tone , they might actually start to get concerned and sit you down ... talk to you about it .
If they seem to not care about you at all , go to your school's counselor .. afterall , they probably could give better advices than anyone else here . Dont be afraid .. the first step to getting better is acknowledging that you need some form of help or even therapy, its good to know that you have come into terms with your concern . When you speak to a counselor , you'll probably get to know more about yourself and find ways to cope with your anxiety . If the school believes that this is not a small matter , they would definitely let your teachers know and I believe that they would be more cautious with their words around you , showering more care and concern for you in class . I think that it would be good if you bring your friend (the one w depression ) along . The two of you can give each other encouragement and enter together although you two would have separate sessions afterwards .
I recently had a panic attack too and it was quite traumatic.. i could understand how you must have felt then ; but dont be afraid .. try to calm yourself down and think positive . Lie down and try to breathe in and out slowly , this should help alot .
Keep calm and tackle one issue at a time . Do not give yourself too much work and overwork yourself .. its not healthy for your body in the long run !!! Learn to let go sometimes . Eat proper meals and make sure that you dont skip any since it would keep you energized and pull you through the entire day . Listen to music , go out and play with your friends to distract yourself for awhile . Ignore the mean comments , keep reminding yourself that you are beautiful no matter what .
At the age of 13 , most people are also struggling to find out who they truly are , so dont feel discouraged or lonely . It may be difficult in the beginning , but i swear you will get through this soon :)
