Well since i dont know any of you — i cant tell you why hes avoiding you , but i guess , i could still give you a few visible reasons why .

Maybe he felt awkward seeing you ? You mentioned that you have liked him before , and he liked you too — its natural for both of you to feel shy around each other .

It might have made him feel awkward and think that its better to just avoid you then saying hi whenever he meets you after not meeting or talking for a year . Maybe he had just chickened out and wanted the easier way out ?

But alright , if he doesnt want to say hi to you and make the first move , why dont you do it instead ? Wave to him and say hi , im quite sure he would respond unless he is really adamant about avoiding you .

Also , both of you have moved on with life and if all is true about him dating , i guess he must have made progress and liked another girl other than you . You might feel alittle sad about this but someday , you would move on yourself as well . So cheerup !!

If you really want him to stop avoiding you , the next time you see him , go ahead and talk to him face to face . To start conversations , you can ask him how's school and life .
