WOAHWOAHWOAH let me fangirl for awhile first ;)

Okay you know how many people says that guys tend to bully girls when they like them ? This is kinda like the fanfics that we usually read . Well since i dont know him in real life , i wouldnt know if hes really sincere about it .

Have you noticed how he acts around you ? Does he try to get your attention everytime ? Does he get sulky when he sees you with other boys ? 

Maybe you should start being more aware of your surroundings and observe how he looks at you , how he behaves around you . Check if he is actually secretly dropping hints ; for example , asking you to go out with him ALONE . Guys who likes you would try their best to know you more and have you for themselves .

In my opinion , when he "bullies " you , he is really trying to get you to look at him and interact with him more , teasing you is part of the fun you see . He may go overboard some times , but if he knows how to apologize or have made you days better and brighter , id say you should just forgive him and go for it . However, if you do not have any affections or feelings for him , i think you should reject him nicely , but not by text !!!

It may be true that rejecting someone in the face would be awkward , but i think you shouldnt be afraid to step out and tell him confidently. If you say it online , it just isnt right . Its cowardly in a sense . Since he have confessed to you and said that he had liked you for 3 years , it means that he had already been preparing himself to hear either a yes or a no after much thinking , taking a 50/50 chance . Dont be afraid that you might hurt his feelings and date him out of pity ; trust me , you wouldnt feel happy or blissful in the relationship then .
