Third Person's POV

Sonic, Brody and Tails are running away being chased by a tank. The trio jump into a hole and the tank backs up and points its ray at the trio. The hatch opens to reveal Robotnik "A-ha! My hedgehog and wolf seeking radar system worked perfectly!" Robotnik said and Brody emerges from the hole and leans on the tank's ray "Face, it Robotnik! Nothing you invented works perfectly!" Brody said "Oh, yeah? Name one thing that doesn't!" Robotnik said.

"I'll name two things! Scratch! Grounder!" Brody said and two more hatches "Did someone call?" Scratch asks "I think I heard my name" Grounder said as Scratch's hatch Robotnik upon opening and Grounder's hatch hit Scratch and Robotnik closes the two hatches "Okay. You made your point wolf, your last point!" Once my magna-beam hits you and Sonic, you both will be magnitized and pulled to the Mobius North Pole forever!" Robotnik said "Sounds chilly! We'll just go home and packsome long underwear!" Sonic said as the trio runs off "Fire the magna beam!" Robotnik said as the radar aims at the trio and zaps them. The blue beam pulls them towards Robotnik's tank when suddenly another beam grabs the blue beam.

"What? What is that hum?" Robotnik asks "I don't know, but whatever it is, it's big!" Scratch said as a giant yellow tank approaches Robotnik's tank and the green beam tosses the blue beam aside and grabs the trio and pulls them in "Hey, what gives?" Tails asks "Looks like we're heading south!" Brody said "Turn up the magna beam!" Robotnik said to Grounder and he does as the blue beam grabs the green beam and both beams try to pull Sonic, Brody and Tails towards each other. They toss the trio into a tree which Sonic and Brody grab sliding down and Tails flies down to them "What's going on?" Tails asks "Beats us" Sonic said "And before someone beats us, let's race ace!" Brody said and the two run away with Tails flying behind them.

The two tanks kept struggling against each other until they break into pieces. Robotnik pops out his tank angry "You idiot! I would have had that hedgehog and wolf if it wasn't for you, whoever you are!" Robotnik said and Dr. Brandon Quark pops out of his hatch "If it wasn't for you, you ridiculous fool, I would have gotten rid of that hedgehog and wolf!" Quark said "Ridiculous! What business is it of yours anyway?" Robotnik asks "Well I plan to take over Mobius and declare myself absolute ruler of course!" Quark said "Of course! Now about this, uh, what did you say?!" Robotnik asks "And when I've taken over this miserable planet, I'll turn it into a shrine to me, Brandon Quark, P.H.D, D.D.S, C.E.G!" Quark said "What's 'C.E.G' stand for?" Scratcj asks "Crazy evil genuis, natch" Quarker said "Well it just so happens that I am taking over Mobius and making it a shrine to me, Quack!" Robotnik said "That's Quark, egg boy! And I've never seen anything as preposterous as you?" Quark asks "Check a mirror, duck butt!" Robotnik said "Okay, so I had a little lab accident with a duck! But that's all just water..." Quark said "Off a duck's back!" Robotnik said "Forget it, Quark! With my scientific genius, you haven't got a chance!" Robotnik said as Scratch and Grounder stand next to him "You call those wind-up toys scientific genius?" Quark asks "Get a load of this, egg boy!" Quark said as the tank's spits out Design Unit Flexible Underling Substitute or Dufus.

"You summoned me, Dr. Quark?" Dufus asks "This is a D.U.F.U.S, Desing Unit Flexible Underling Substitute, the most powerful weaponom the planet! And now for a little demo, Robotnik!" Quark said "I am a prototype D.U.F.U.S, capable of 2486 offensive modes" Dufus said transforming into different things "This planet isn't big enough for me and you!" Robotnik said "Your belt isn't big enough for you!" Quark said "Look who's quacking!" Robotnik said "I'm not a duck! I'm not a duck! I'm not a duck!" Quark said "I propose a contest, whichever of us captures Sonic the Hedgehog and Brody the Wolf shall have sole dominion over Mobius!" Quark said "You got it! There's nothing like a fair fight!" Robotnik said and the two turned around "And this will be nothing like a fair fight!" Robotnik and Quark whispered to themselves.

*Timeskip*

After many failed attempts, Dufus convinced the doctors to team up instead of compete and they were succesfully able to capture Sonic, Brody and Tails.

"So what's the plan?" Tails asked as the three where in a prison chained to the wall with their ankles chained with weights "Plan? There's no plan!" Brody said "You mean wé're gonna spend the rest of our lives right here?" Tails asks "Looks that way, little bud!" Sonic said "But I've got library books still out!" Tails said "In that case..." Brody said and whispers to them a plan and Scratch and Grounder heard them whisper and went to them and the trio said they already escaped.

"You what?!" Scratch asks "we're just uh, holo...." Tails said "Holographics projections! 3D movies! We skipped town an hour ago!" Brody said "I don't believe it!" Scratch said "Yeah, if you were just holo pictures, could I do this to you?" Grounder asks grabbing the trio and throws them in the air  and Sonic and Brody  grab to the bars and Tails flies "No and thanks! Gotta run, hun!" Sonic said and the three escaped.

Scratch and Grounder managed to confuse and trick Dufus in thinking he let Sonic, Brody and Tails escape and he tricked Quark and Robotnik when they passed by.

*Meanwhile with the heroes*

A giant purple tank drives across the road as Robotnik and Quark emerge from the hatches. They pass an army of Robot soldiers which Sonic and Brody with Tails on Brody's head "We've gotta make Quark and Robotnik hate each other again!" Sonic said "Yeah, the terrible twosome is double trouble! Got any ideas Brody?" Tails asks "Only a billion of em'! Let's race, ace!" Brody said as the three run off.

Sonic and Brody come back disguised as paper boys "Paper, get your paper!" Sonic said "Quark calls Robotnik a big dope!" Brody said and Robotnik parks the tank grabbing the newspaper "So I'm a big dope, am I?" Robotnik asks Quark as Tails disguised as a paper boy holds another newspaper "Mobiud Star! Get your Mobius Star! Robotnik says Quark married to bigfoot!" Tails said and Quarker grabs the newspaper "So I'm married to Bigfoot, am I?" Quark asks Robotnik and the two take out ray guns "Um, have you seen my new Upside-Downer scrambler blaster?" Robotnik asks "I was just about to show you my shrinkerator!" Quark saif "Well, uh perhaps later!" Robotnik said and the two put their weapons down "Yes, later!" Quark said and the two hug and Brody and Sonic run to the blasters and fire at the doctors.

"Yeow! I knew it! You traitor!" Robotnik said "Me? I'm the one who's upside down!" Quarker said and the two undo the effects "I don't like accidents!" Quark said "How did the, uh, ducky-wucky feel abiut it?" Robotnik asks and Dufus grabs them "Remember that separately, you are both total losers. Now kiss and make up!" Dufus said making them kiss and puts them down "Watch it Dufus! You're being insubordinate!" Quark said and Dufus salutes going back inside the hatch "Uh, trust me?" Robotnik asks "Implicitly?" Quark asks and the two shake hands. "What's wrong with you?" Scratch asks Dufus "I don't know" Dufus said opening his  head ejecting his programming disc and shakes it "Sonce that confusion in a jail cell, my programming is d...d.. damaged!" Dufus said.

*Later*

The trio tried to split up the bad guys but it didn't work and Dufus became more rebellious. Robotnik and Quark decided to separate and the trio plot a new plan.

"Why that egomaniac!" Robotnik said as he arroved at a city called Quark Land. Sonic, Brody and Tails where standing outside the city dressed as soldiers "Welcome to Quark Land?" Robotnik asks "Welcome to Quark Land! You have obviously arrived to enlist for the glorious war against the inferior Robotnik!" Brody said "Hail Quark!" Sonic said  and the three salute "That's it!" Robotnik said "He's gone too far! It's duck hunting season boys!" He said and leaves.

Meanwhile, Quark was driving his tank when he hears a siren and looks out seeing Brody disguised as a cop riding a motorcycle so Quark parks and gets out "What is the meaning of this?!" Quark asks "Sorry, no ducks allowed in Robotnik city!" Brody said "I am not a duck!" Quark said.

"Robotnik City Ordinates Number 42-C Sub-Paragraph Q states that no duck-like, half-duck or web-footed partially duckified person or persins shall...." before Brody finished Quark takes the pad Brody was writting on and eats it "Oh, I'll fry that humpty-dumpty doctator over easy! Uh, with toast!" Quark said.

*Later*

Robotnik amd Quark ended up fighting with their tanks, Quark asked dufus to help but he refused and left and Robotnik ended up defeating him exploding Quark's tank and Grounder grabs him "I should have made Dufus less perfect!" Quark said "Whereas I, in my infinite wisdom, designed my robots to be complete idiots! What do you have to say now, Quack?" Robotnik asks "That's Quack! Quack!" Quark said and starts saying Quack a lot and flaps his arms fling into the air past Sonic, Brody and Tails alongside some ducks "I guess he's flying south for the winter!" Sonic said "Not a bad idea!" Tails said when he bumps into Robotnik "That duck wad let you escape, did he?" Robotnik asks and Brosy grabs Tails "Let's speed, guys!" Brody said running off with Tails in arms and Sonic next to him and the two knock Robotnik over causing him to roll down the hill and the trio runs past Scratch and Grounder "Turn the duplicator on them!" Robotnik said and Scratch ends up firing it at Robotnik making a clone of him.

"You idiots!" Robotnik and his clone said "He did it!" Scratch and Grounder said as Sonic and Brody run, Brody holds Tails "Uh-oh! You know what this means Tails?" Sonic asks  "What?" Tails asks "Robotnik finally got the punishment he deserves, himself!" Brody said as they run away.

Robotnik and his clone are standing on the tank "Me first! Me!" The two said pushing each other and they ended up falling off "We hate that hedgehog and that wolf!" Robotnik and his clone said aa this chapter comes to an end.
