Third Person's POV

In a city a shark named Smiley in a tux is talking to a sheep named Louis "Please! Double or nothing!" Louis said "All right, Louis but remember, if you lose this time youll owe me ten years of hard labor" Smiley said and the two play rock, paper scissors but Louis ends up losing "I beat you, Louis! Now get on the bus with the other losers!" Smiley said and Louis got on the bus and the bus drives off.

Said bus passes by Sonic, Brody and Tails who were eating chili dogs "Gee that's the...one, two, third bus we've seen! What's going on?" Tails asked to which Sonic and Brody shrug as they see another bus pass by and they all get up "Gee, I don't know kid! Let's find out where they're coming from!" Brody said and Sonic nodded "Up, over and catch that bus!" Sonic said as he and Brody run after it and Tails follows them flying

*At the city*

"Keep the engine running! I'll have another load of suckers for you in half a tick!" Smiley said to the bus driver and walks away. Unaware to him, Sonic, Brody and Tails are ontop of the bus "Don't like the sound of this!" Brody said "Tails, come on!" Sonic said as the three get down and see Smiley with a robit amd a group of sheep "Here's what I'm gonna do; since you've already lost everything you owned, I'm gonna let you raise the stakes a bit. Win and you get everything back!" Smiley said and a sheep wearing a bowler hat raises his hand "Yes?" Smiley asks "We'll get everything baaa-a-ack? But what if we lose?" The sheep asks "Well, then you'll come with me and do a little bit of work, that's all" he said "For the rest of their lives, that is! Hee hee hee" Smiley whispered to the robot and the robot starts to switch the walnut shells on the table with both hands "Follow the pea, win a spree! Lose the pea and you owe me!" The robot said as he switches so fast that is impossible for the sheeps to win.

Soon Brody, Sonic and Tails walk to the front seeing this "That doesn't look fair!" Tails said "It's not, that High-Voltage Flimflammer will fleece those guys!" Sonic said referring to the robot "He needs a lesson" Brody said "Give it a try! Is the hand quicker than the eye?" Smiley asks "Not hedgehog and wolf eyes!" Brody and Sonic said as they pick up the leftmost shell together revealing the pea underneath shocking the robot and Smiley "Yay! Hooray!" A sheep said "Oh, boy! We can get our stuff back!" Another sheep said running off.

"Okay, but this time how bout trying to make it a challenge for us?" Sonic asks while he and Brody tap their left foot and the robot starts switching the shells around fast but Sonic and Brody watch closely and soon the robot finishes and Sonic and Brody look.

Soon they pick the leftmost shell revealing the pea shocking the robot and tryes again while Smiley sneaks away. Once he's done he pulls a lever under the table to make the pea fall down hoping to outsmart the wolf and hedgehog "Hmmm" the two said in thought and Sonic grabs the rightmost shell and Brody grabs the leftmost shell the two grinning as they pick them up "That pea must be under the middle one, eh, Robo-chump?" Sonic asks and the robot starts to break "I'm not programmed to lose!" The robot said "Time you got with the program then!" Brody said as the robot blows up and it's head lands near them "We hate sore losers!" Sonic said "Hooray!" The sheeps said "Here's your stuff back! And from now on, don't risk what you can't afford to lose!" Brody said while Smiley grabbed the robocom phone on the destroyed robot "This is Smiley. Put Dr. Robotnik on the line!" Smiley said.

*Meanwhile at a desert*

Various sheeps where forcefully working on buildkng a sphinx with Scratch watching over and Robotnik not far off relaxing like an egipcian pharaoh "Work, you losers! You owe me!" Robotnik said and Grounder walks over "Robocom call for Dr. Robotnik!" Grounder said "How dare you interrupt me now! I want my monumwnt finished in time for Robotnik Day!" Robotnik said "Ooh, I didn't know there was a Robotnik day" Grounder said "Of course there's a Robotnik day! I just declared it one minute ago, in honor of myself!" Robotnik said "Smiley! How dare you interrupt the great Dr. Robotnik on Robotnik day!" Grounder said on the com "It's Smiley! Why didn't you say so, demented dumbot?" Robotnik asks grabbing the com.

"Smiley! Where's my next busload of monument workers?" Robotnik asked "One more bet and I would have had em', but they won! It was all because of..." Smiley said "No excuses! You know how to cheat, so do it! I need workers to build my statue!" Robotnik said "Okay, sir but we're gonna need better facilities!" Smiley said "Then you'll get better facilities!" Robotnik said hanging up "Is my new Casino Night Zone ready?" He asks Grounder "Um...no" Grounder said "No! I spent a billion Mobiums! I made it a top priority! How could my magnificent new Casino Night Zone not be ready?!" Robotnik asks "Because it's locked, and I have the key" Grounder said "Then go open it, you nincombot! You stup-o! You miserable mess of microchips!" Robotnik said and Grounder goes away.

*Back at the city*

"Oh! You two saved us! We'll never get suckered again!" A sheep said "Attention!" Smiley said arriving on a bus "Come enjoy the fabulous new Casino Night Zone! One free bet to the first one thousand gamblers!" Smiley said and all the sheep but one get in the bus "He did say 'free' didn't he?" The sheep asks as he gets on the bus and the bus leaves with the trio watching the bus go.

"Gee I'm glad they learned their lesso!" Sonic said jokingly "I smell a hustle brewin'! So let's hustle!" Brody said and they grab Tails hands and run off.

*At Casino Night Zone*

"No doubt about it, Scratch! Dr Robotnik's new Casino Night Zone is a really great place!" Grounder said the two in the casino "Yeah, we'll have so many losers, his dementedness will have more monument workers than he'll know what to do with! Bwahaha!" Scratch said as a lot of sheep and Smiley walks to the robots "Here's your suckers, as ordered. Sign here!" Smiley said showing a contract and Grounder signs it and Smiley walks away.

Meanwhile Sonic, Brody and Tails arrived at the entrance "I hope we are not too late!" Sonic said "What am I saying?" He asks "Us, late? Could never happen!" Brody and Sonic said shaking their heads no and walk inside to see a group of sheeps losing on slot machines they get their wool rip off and the machines put barrels on the sheeps.

"Boy, those guys sure are in a hurry, to get fleeced!" Brody said.

"We've got everything they own! One more bet, and they'll owe their lives to Dr. Robornik!" Scratch said "Ha ha ha! I hope they lose! I hope they lose!" Grounder said "Of course they'll lose lead-head! Everything's rigged! Bwahaha!" Scratch said "Uh, what's rigged?" Grounder asks "Every game in the casino is electronically set in Dr. Robotnik's favor!" Scratch saix "we're cheating?" Grounder asks "Yes we're cheating!" Scratch said "Then don't just sit there! Cheat! Cheat! Cheat!" Grounder said and Scratch pulls a lever causing the sheep to lose on roulette and they get fleeced and walk away.

Sonic, Brody and Tails walks to the table "How'd that happen?" Tails asks "That ball had a mind of its own!" Sonic said "Those cheaters!" Brody said "What are we gonna do?" Tails asks "Beat em', of course!" Sonic said "Save the day!" Brody said "Come to the rescue!" Sonic said "Assure the freedom of all Mobius!" Brody and Sonic said running off.

They run to a group of sheep playing a giant roulette with one section saying LOSE so Brody and Sonic disguse as construction workers and trick Scratch and Grounder to give them the keys to 'fix' a problem but they used it to open the panel that controled the outcomed of games and switched it to win and then got back and returned the keys in time for the roulette to give a win for the sheeps and they gain lots of money.

"Aw they won! How could they win?" Grounder asks as Scratch catches a dollar and looks at it "Is this real money?" Scratch asks "Well, we couldn't welsh on a bet could we?" Grounder asks "Yes, we could have!" Scratch said angrying throwing the dollar "Now we're ruined!" He said "Oh and tell dr. Robotnik that he has a crummy casino!" Sonic said "No chili dogs!" Brody said and Scratch and Grounder gasp "D'oh, it-it's-it's, uh, it-it-it's..." Scratch said as Brody runs off and comes back in a tuxedo.

"Wolf and Hedgehog. Brody The Wolf and Sonic The Hedgehog" Brody said in a smooth voice causing Sonic to blush looking at Brody up and down "Sonic! Brody!" Scratch said "Get them!" Grounder said as they leap at them but Brody and Sonic run off, Brody taking off the tuxedo "Aw, did you had to take it off?" Sonic asks and Brody chuckles "We're on hurry" Brody said as they grab Tails and they stop at the casino's nursery.

"You hide here while we guve those digitized dorks the runaround!" Sonic said to Tails "Okay!" Tails said as Sonic and Brody leave Tails with the pig babysitter and Tails gets in the ball pit.

Brody and Sonic run out till they arrived to the dam with a great lever so they pull it down and disguise it as a slot machine and when Scratch and Grounder arrived both Brody and Sonic disguised themselves as ringmasters and trick Scratch and Grounder into playing and they win.... which means they gey blasted with water falling down the dam and Sonic and Brody high five in victory.

*Back at the Casino Nursery*

"Having a gold time, honey?" The pig lady asks "Kind of" Tails said bored "Oh, that's nice. Oh, by the way I forgot to mention this ain't free you know!" The pig lady said "It's not?" Tails asks "One million Mobiums, please" the pig lady said "But I've only been here ten minutes!" Tails said "If you want to complain, take it up with the management!" The pig lady said "I will!" Tails said "The management is Dr. Robotnik!" The pig lady said and Tails sits down in fear "Oh, I won't..." Tails said "I'm sure he'll be happy to work out some form of payment!" The pig lady said pressing a button  causing a trap door to open under the ball pit "Whoa! Sonic! Brody! Help!" Tails said falling down.

"So your hasty hedgehog and wolf couple don't approve of my little gambling establishment eh?" Robotnik asks Tails who was now locked in a cage "It's a rip-off!" Tails said "Well, you double-dorsaled dope, Sonic and Brody are going to help me win a big bet!" Robotnik said "They'd never help you, you-you-you-you-you crumbum!" Tails said "Oh, you'd better hope that they do!" Robotnik said and Tails grabs Robotnik's moustache and ties it around his cage "Whoa! You two-tailed two-timer!" Robotnik said trying to get free "If you weren't doomed already, you'd be doomed!" Robotnik said and Tails unties his moustache causing Robotnik to fall down "Ow!" Robotnik said.

*Back with Sonic and Brody*

"Tails? Tails? Where are you?" Brody and Sonic asked looking around for Tails and they walk to the pool "Tails? Tails, this is no time for hide and seek!" Brody said as the two start to get worried "Ah, wolf and hedgehog. Good to see you again!" Smiley said who was in the pool and Sonic and Brody look at him "Dr. Robotnik is challenging you two to a race. He wants to give the suckers something to bet on!" Smiley said "Forget about it!" Brody and Sonic said "If you'd like to see your little friend again, you'll cooperate!" Smiley said "Cooperate?" Brody and Sonic asks frowning "We are gonna make sushi out of you if you don't tell us where Tails is!" Brody said and Smiley gives them a photo of the caged Tails and the two crumble the photo worried about Tails "And what's more you'd better lose the race!" Smiley said "All right, We'll go along. But there's just one thing!" Sonic said grabbing the small toy boat and gives it to Brody who winds it up and puts it on the pool and the boat goes to the Smiley's raft and pops it deflating the raft "If anything happens to Tails, you're sunk!" Brody said and the two walk away.

*Later*

While the sheeps where placing their bets on Brody and Sonic. Robotnik walks to them in the locker room "Ylu'll be happy to know that a thousand Mobians have staked their freedom on your victory" Robotnik said "It's a safe bet eggbelly!" Sonic said "Not for your little sidekick. Remember, if you two win, he's doomed!" Robotnik said "You don't honestly expect your scum-bot to beat us, do you?" Brody asks "Honestly? Of course not! I never do anything honestly!" Robotnik said laughing "You two must throw the race! Then those mobians will be my slaves!" He said "We can't do that!" Sonic said "It's the Mobians or Tails! The couple decides!" Robotnik said laughing and walking away.

After they got ready they go to the starting line along Grounder but he speeds off before Scratch says go and when he does he hits Sonic and Brody before they run after Grounder "Hey, Sonic and Brody! Don't forget your sidekick suckers! Hahaha!" Grounder said running out the stadium and Sonic and Brody stopped "This is gonna be hard, I've never had any practice at losing races!" Brody said as Grounder is now on the desert while Sonic and Brody ate just walking "Say it ain't so, Sonic and Brody. Say it ain't so" a sheep said as Sonic and Brody look back sadly.

"Ha I always knew I was the fastets! What was I supposed to do next?" Grounder asks as he arrived to the top of the mountain with the flag and he sees Sonic and Brody arriving "Oh, yeah! I remember!" Grounder said and pushes a big rock down "Dr. Robotnik said this would slow them down even more!" He said.

"How do people stand going this slow?" Sonic asks "I know" Brody saidand the two look up in shock seeing the rock "Yikes!" The two said as the rock rolls on them flattening them against a tree "D'oh this losing business is really getting on my nerves!" Brody said "Tell me about it" Sonic said when Grounder gets on the rock holding the flag "You two are the slowest slow-mo I ever seen!" Grounder said and Sonic and Brody get back to normal "That does it! When we get through with you, you'll be lucky to get a job as a garbage can!" Sonic said "Remember if you two don't let me win, you'll never see your little sidekick again!" Grounder "He'll be trapped forever, in that secret prison cell under the stadium!" He said running away laughing "That robo-rube just put the odds back in our favor!" Brody said and Sonic nodded as they chase after him.

Meanwhile Robotnik and Scratch take the sheeps away as Grounder enters the stadium when Sonic and Brody stop outside the stadium "Time for a little of the old triple spin!" Brody and Sonic said as they spin underground reaching the dungeon where Tails is "Sonic, Brody you two found me!" Tails said "Sorry it took so long kid!" Sonic said "Time to triple spin! We've still git a race to win!" Brody said as the spin freeing Tails and they head back up and they take the flag from Grounder shocking him as they cross the finish line "Way to go Sonic and Brody!" Tails said "Hey what gives?" Sonic asks as the three see the bleachers empty "Where'd everybody go?" Brody asks "Ha ha ha! Don't be a sore winner, but Dr. Robotnik took em' prisioner anyway!" Grounder said and leaves "Why, that rotten scrambled egghead! Nobody welshes on a bet with us!" Sonic said and he and Brody run ti the desert and Tails follows.

*At the desert*

"Pick up the slack, you slackers!" Robotnik said "Imagine my head, twenty stories tall! My mama will be so proud!" He said "What do you think the odds are of us ever getting out of this?" Louis asked "Oh, we'd say even money or better!" Brody and Sonic said and they look at the sphinx "In fact, I'd bet that egglomaniac Robotnik is about to crack!" Sonic said as they spin through the ropes holding the ship back destroying it and setting them free "Yay! Hooray!" The sheeps said "What on Mobius is that about?" Robotnik asked.

"I think the monument could use a face lift!" Brody said as he and Sonic spin around the Robotnik head remodeling it "Now that's a face!" Sonic said as the sphinx now has Sonic's head "No-ho! No! No-ho-ho-ho-ho!!" Robotnik said.

"Hey Sonic, Brody, you two think we could make good freedom fighters too?" Louis asks "We don't know. It's pretty risky business, amd the stakes are pretty high!" Sonic said "What are the stakes?" Louis asks "A Mobius free of Robotnik, of course!" Brody said "Yeah, now that's worth taking some risk for!" A sheep said.

"You bet!" Brody and Sonic said giving a thumbs up.
