Third Person's POV

We start with Sonic and Brody running through the forest. They screech to a halt, then walks slowly as the sound of Robotnik's Egg-O-Matic hovercraft can be heard. They look behind a bush, and Tails flies up to them. The three see Grounder, who is piloting the Egg-O-Matic, with two miniature Egg-O-Matics attached to its left and right sides, as Scratch, who is holding a walkie-talkie in his right hand, signals him with his left hand. The Egg-O-Matic is carrying a large box labelled, TOP SECRET TRAP "Check it out! A top secret trap! Robotnik's never tried one of those before!" Tails said as Brody points his left thumb at himself "Yeah, I'm kinda flattered!" Brody said "same" Sonic said "Let her down gentle! Slow, slow, slow-ho-ho!" Scratch said and stares in shock as the box is about to fall on him "No-ho-ho-ho-hoo!" Scratch said as the box falls on Scratch, flattening him. Scratch squawks angrily "Wrong, wrong!" Scratch said "Oh, picky, picky, picky!" Grounder said "Something top secret could be really dangerous! Let's just go around them!" Tails said "You're right, little buddy! We'll just avoid em' all together!" Brody said as he and Sonic gear up to run, then stops "No, We can't do it! Curiosity's got the best of us! We gotta find out what Robotnik's got in that crate to catch us!" Sonic and Brody said and they turn to look behind the bush, then Tails sighs and shrugs his shoulders dejectedly.

Scratch and Grounder, the latter of whom is out of the Egg-O-Matic "Anybody watching?" Scratch asks as Grounder is now holding a remote control in his right hand "I am!" Grounder said "D'oh! Anybody with brains?" Scratch asks "Um, nope!" Grounder said "Then activate!" Scratch said and Grounder presses the button on the remote with his left drill, and the box rumbles. Scratch and Grounder scream and run away as the box opens. Inside the box is a forest-like landscape, which Scratch points his right index finger at "Now test!" Scratch said and Grounder presses the button with his left drill, and the box closes "Bwahahaha! He's not going to escape that!" Scratch said and Grounder laughs "Never!" Grounder said "Wanna bet, bots?" Brody asks and Scratch and Grounder stare in shock as Brody is leaning against the box by his right hand, then Scratch waves his left hand at him "Go away, Wolf!" Scratch said "Yeah, get lost!" Grounder said and Brody walks up to Scratch and Grounder "Hey, Robuttnik paid major Mobiums for this! If you want to catch me and Sonic with it, you should welcome my suggestions!" Brody said and Scratch points his left index finger at Brody "What makes you think this trap's for you and the hedgehog?" Scratch asks "Every trap's for us!" Brody said "Oh, no! Not this one! This time we got an important guy to catch!" Grounder said and Brody looks slyly at Grounder "I get it! It's a trick! You're making me think you really don't want us, so We'll let our guard down, right?" Brody asks "Nope. We really don't want you two!" Grounder said and Scratch points his left index finger at Brody "Look, Wolf, we can't waste any more time talking to a has-been! Go away, vamoose, don't call us, we'll call you two!" Scratch said as Brody stares in confusion and then stares in anger.

Later Sonic and Brody are standing behind the bush both frustrated "I don't get it, Sonic and Brody! Who's more important than you two?" Tails asks "Good question, kiddo. And we're about to find out!" Sonic said as Scratch and Grounder are staning behind a tree, and Scrath is holding a telescope in both his hands, which he looks through with his right eye "Our victim's steppin' on the fake grass!" Scratch said "He's passin' the fake rocks!" He said "He's right in position! Spring the trap!" He said and Grounder presses the button with his right drill, and the box closes over the mysterious figure inside "Ha ha ha ha! We got him! We got him!" Grounder said as Sonic and Brody spin and run through the box, breaking holes in it "Sonic and Brody saved him! Sonic and Brody saved him!" Tails said and jumps into the air and holds up his left thumb "Whoever it is!" Tails said "How are you gonna explain this to Dr. Robotnik?" Grounder asks "No problem! I'll just tell him it was your fault!" Scratch said. Sonic and Brody run up to Tails, and are now holding Easy Eddie in both arms. They sets him down "Okay, pal! You're safe!" Sonic said "Next time, you little buttinksis, save me slower!" Easy Eddie said and Brody looks at him confused.

"What?" Brody asks confused "I hate speed! It gives me a headache!" Eddie said "Look, slow-mo! Speed just saved you from Robotnik!" Sonic said "I don't need your help! I can handle my own hassles!" Eddie said as Brody, Sonic and Tails look at each other, then Sonic points his left index finger at Eddie "Who are you, anyway?" Brody asks "Lucky you! You just met the famous Easy Eddie!" Eddie said and Eddie holds out his right hand, and Sonic tries to shake it with his right hand, but Eddie pulls it away and laughs as he pushes his hair back with it "Sucker!" Eddie said "How come Robotnik's badniks wanted to catch you more than they wanted to catch Sonic and Brody?" Tails asks and Eddie yawns and stretches as he covers his mouth with his right hand "None of your business, brat!" Eddie said and grabs Tails' left tail with his right hand "Ever think about plastic surgery to fix those, uh, freaky tails?" Eddie said and Tails grabs his tails with both his hands and pulls them away "What?" Tails asks "Hey! Say that to our face!" Sonic and Brody said glaring at Eddie "Whatever. I'm hungry! When's lunch?" Eddie asks and Sonic points his right thumb beside himself "We got some chili dogs back at camp!" Sonic said "Chili dogs? Yuck! Barfage!" Eddie said as he points his right index finger at his mouth and gags "I hate chili dogs! I'm history!" Eddie said and walks away, knocking Tails over in the process. Tails grunts as he falls, then holds up his left index finger "Hey, watch where you're walkin'!" Tails said and Eddie turns to face Tails and holds up his right index finger "Next time, don't stand in my way!" Eddie said "Hey! How come they call you "Easy Eddie" when you're so hard to get along with?" Brody asks "Easy! Cause' I always find the easy way to the easy buck! See you!" Eddie said and walks away and chuckles "Woldn't want to be you!" Eddie said as Sonic and Brody turn to face Tails and help him up "Well, we know one thing for sure; Robotnik isn't after him for his charming personality!" Sonic said "Yeah! But why would even Robotnik want a creep like him?" Tails asks.

*Meanwhile in Robotnik's Fortress*

"What? You let Easy Eddie escape my top-secret trap? Klutz-bots! Brain-dead bolt heads! Dim-witted... uh..." Robotnik said "Oh, we'll catch him next time, your pudginess! We promise!" Grounder said "You'd better! I need that ring he's wearing so I can conquer Mobius!" Robotnik said " Excuse me, Dr. Robotnik, we may be dumb, but even we know a measly little ring can't conquer a whole planet!" Scratch said "This one can!" Robotnik said and walks up to his computer and presses a button on the control panel with his right index finger. An image of the Chaos Emerald Ring is shown on the screen "The most powerful Chaos Emerald on Mobius is set in this ring!" Robotnik said "Deep within the Secret Zone of Mobius is an activation altar!" He said "When I place the Chaos Emerald Ring in its exact center, anytime I want, I can make a hundred square miles of Mobius sink into the sea!" He said and pounds his left fist on the control panel "Once I've disposed of a country or two, the rest of the planet will surrender instantly!" He said "Leapin' lugnuts!" Scratch said "That's some ring!" He said "Yeah! Why'd you let that ferret kid have it?" Grounder asks "Let him? Who said I let him?" Robotnik asks "D'oh, not me, him!" Scratch said "He said, "Let him"! I would never say "Let him"! I would never even think about saying "Let him"!" Scratch said "Shut your trap!" Robotnik said and presses a button on the control panel with his left index finger, and Eddie is shown on the screen "The more I think about that Easy Eddie, the madder I get! I had the Chaos Emerald Ring in my possession, I was only minutes away from total conquest!" Robotnik said "And that sneaky little street slime picked it from my pocket!" He said.

*Meanwhile at a campsite*

Sonic and Brody are picking up firewood as Tails, who has now removes his right shoe and sock, is sitting on a rock and holding his right sock in his right hand "Hey, Sonic, Brody, have you two seen my eleven mobium lucky coin? It's not in my secret hiding place!" Tails said as Brody runs around the firewood, forming it into a campfire, and creating a cloud of dust "Maybe it fell out!" Brody said as Tails is now holding his right shoe in both his hands "No way! I've tramped all over Mobius with it, and it's never fallen out!" Tails said "So when't the last time you know you had it?" Sonic asks "Uh, let's see... uh, I think it was... just before that Easy Eddie guy bumped into us!" Tails said "Hey, you don't think..." Brody said as Tails is now holding his right sock in his right hand as he jumps off the rock "I do think! Easy Eddie picked my sock!" Tails said.

*Later*

Sonic and Brody run down the road, with Tails flying alongside him. Tails points his right index finger in front of himself "There, Sonic and Brody! Easy Eddie's tracks take that road to the left!" Tails said "That coin-cyping slimebag! Just wait till' I get my mitts on him!" Brody said "Me too!" Sonic said as the trio come to a fork in the road and turn to the left side. Two school kids (one in a red hat, light blue shirt, and green pants, and one in a purple beanie and red overalls) are at a bus stop. Eddie walks out from the bush behind them, and they turn their attention to him "Hey, um, how far is the next town?" Eddie asks "Um, two miles, but if you want to wait for the school bus, you can hitch a ride!" One of the kids said "Thanks, but I need the exercise!" Eddie said and as he pats the first School Kid's hat with his right hand, he takes an apple from his lunchbox with his left hand and hides it behind his back "You've been real helpful!" Eddie said and the school bus pulls up to the bus stop. The two school kids get on it, and the school bus drives away. Eddie waves his right hand at the school bus "Have a... uh, a good day at school! Ha ha! Suckers!" Eddie said and eats the apple.

*Meanwhile*

Robotnik is piloting the Egg-O-Matic hovercraft, with Scratch riding in the right miniature Egg-O-Matic, and Grounder, who is holding a telescope in his left hand, riding in the left one. Grounder looks through the telescope with his left eye, and points below with his right index finger "I see him, your kinkiness! Ha ha! I see him! Down there in the forest clearing!" Grounder said as Eddie is seen sitting against a tree, eating the apple he is holding in his right hand "Excellent! We'll take cover behind that cloud!" Robotnik said and points his left index finger at a cloud, which he flies the Egg-O-Matic behind "Didn't I tell you we'd be successful if I took personal charge of this search?" Robotnik asks "It's times like this the astounding depth of my evil genius overwhelms me! First, we send down a blast of sleeping gas!" He said and pulls the lever back with his right hand, and a hose lowers from the Egg-O-Matic. As Eddie eats the apple, the hose blows sleeping gas at him. Eddie screams and falls over. Robotnik then pulls the lever back and forth, and a dustpan emerges from the right miniature Egg-O-Matic, and a broom emerges from the left miniature Egg-O-Matic "Attention, all pilots! Swoop and scoop!" Robotnik said and pulls the lever back with his right hand, separating the three Egg-O-Matics. Scratch and Grounder fly their Egg-O-Matics down to Eddie, and Grounder points his right drill at Scratch "Now?" Grounder asks "Now!" Scratch said and pulls his lever back with his right hand, as does Grounder. They succeed in sweeping Eddie into the dustpan "Whoa!" Eddie said "Sweeper to Scooper! We got him!" Grounder said "Scooper to Sweeper! Return to base!" Scratch said as Sonic and Brody run into the dustpan, then runs out. They are now carrying Eddie, and sets him down near a boulder, which Brody picks up with both his hands. He runs back into the dustpan, then out of it again. Scratch and Grounder fly back up to Robotnik "Easy Eddie's a lot heavier than he looks!" Scratch said "So what? This is great! I bet we get a promotion for this!" Grounder said "Yeah! Maybe we should even ask for... a salary! Bwahahaha!" Scratch said "Not me! I'd rather ask to get paid every week!" Grounder said. Meanwhile, Sonic and Brody are now holding a bowl of water, which they splash Eddie with "Hey!" Eddie said "Where am I?" He asks and turns to face Sonic and Brody "Uh, didn't I tell you two I could handle myself? What do you think you're doin'?" Eddie asks "Wrong question, slow-mo!" Brody said "Yeah! We want to know what you did with my lucky coin!" Tails said "Coin? Uh, what coin?" Eddie asks and Sonic reaches into Eddie's right back pants pocket with his right hand and pulls out Tails' coin "This one!" Sonic said "Hmmm. Uh, how... how did it get in there?" Eddie asks "Just what are you up to? Why is Robotnik always on your tail?" Brody asks "I told you once, I'll tell you again; none of your business!" Eddie said.

Meanwhile, inside the cloud, Robotnik is holding the boulder in both his hands "A rock?! You brought me a rock?!" Robotnik asks and growls as he tosses the boulder at Scratch, who stares in shock at it "Whoa!" Scratch said and ducks just in time to avoid getting hit by the boulder "Um, uh, it's a really nice rock, Dr. Robotnik!" Grounder said and Robotnik growls angrily, then pulls the lever back with his right hand, cutting off power to Scratch and Grounder's Egg-O-Matics, and causing them to fall "Whoa-ho-ho-ho-ho!" Scratch and Grounder said as they land in the bushes below, and scream and groan in pain as they crash. Sonic, Tails, and Eddie all turn their attention to it "What?" Tails asks "What was that?" Sonic and Brody asks and Brody runs away, until he reaches the wreckage of Scratch and Grounder's Egg-O-Matics "I don't see why Dr. Robotnik had to get so upset!" Grounder said "He needs that Chaos Emerald Ring Easy Eddie stole from him so he can conquer Mobius!" Scratch said "Oh, yeah! I forgot! So he can sink a hundred square miles of the planet anytime he wants! Ha ha! You gotta admire a guy with goals!" Grounder said as Brody is hiding behind a bush, having heard the entire thing. He runs back to Sonic, Tails and Eddie, and looks at the Chaos Emerald on Eddie's right ring finger "So that's why Robotnik is after you! it's that ring!" Brody said and Eddie grunts as Brody grabs his right arm with his right hand. Eddie pulls his right arm back, causing Brody to stumble back "Watch it, Wolf!" Eddie said "Hey!" Brody said "Don't touch the merchandise!" Eddie said as Robotnik is now flying his Egg-O-Matic, which has a loudspeaker below it, and holding the microphone to it in his right hand "Attention, Easy Eddie! I know you're down there, so listen closely; wherever you go, I'll be after you, so make it easier, Easy! Surrender now!" Robotnik said "Hmmm. Maybe I can make a deal with him. A rich and easy deal!" Eddie said "No way! We are gonna take that ring someplace that Robotnik can never find it!" Sonic said as he and Brody grab the Chaos Emerald Ring and tries to pull it off, but to no avail "It won't come off!" Brody said "Yeah, I know! It's stuck!" Eddie said "I'm stuck with it, and you two are stuck with me, Hedgehog and Wolf!" Eddie said "What?" Tails asks "If you don't surrender in five seconds, Easy Eddie, I will defoliate this forest and find that ring in its ashes!" Robotnik said and fires a flame at Sonic, Brody and Eddie, knocking them down "This isn't gonna be easy!" Sonic said.

"That's your last warning, Easy Eddie!" Robotnik said as Brody, Sonic, Tails, and Eddie are behind a tree and some bushes, which they duck behind. Eddie screams as Sonic grabs his right wrist with his right hand, and runs away with him in tow and Brody follows "Wait up!" Tails said and flies away just in time as Robotnik fires a flame in the spot they were standing in.

*Later at a Volcanic Wasteland*

Sonic and Brody run across the wasteland, then screech to a halt and leans up against a rock as Eddie dusts himself off with both his hands. Tails lands behind him "You two are getting on my nerves, Hedgehog and Wolf!" Eddie said and Brody looks at him.

"You just don't get it do you? We gotta keep that ring away from Robotnik so we can save Mobius!" Brody said "What do I care about saving Mobius? All I care about is saving me!" Eddie said "Then join the group, stupe! If Mobius goes down, so does everyone, including you!" Sonic said "Yeah, just lookin' out for yourself won't cut it!" Tails said "Tails is right! Why don't you start thinkin' about givin' a little instead of just takin'?" Brody asks as he grabs Eddie by the collar of his shirt with his right hand and walks away, with him in tow. Tails and Sonic follows behind them "You're comin' with us, and we're gettin' that ring off your finger!" Brody said "Hey!" Eddie said.

*Meanwhile at Robotnik's Fortress*

Robotnik is pacing the floor as he talks to Scratch and Grounder "I suppose you're wondering why I put you back together and called this meeting" Robotnik said "Not me!" Scratch said "Me neither" Grounder said "You ingrates!" Robotnik said as Scratch and Grounder scream as they run away, and Robotnik grabs various spare parts with his left hand, which he picks up and tosses at Scratch and Grounder with his left "I work my fingers to the bone bringing terror and tyranny to this planet, and you don't even care!" Robotnik said as Scratch and Grounder scream as they flinch to dodge the spare parts "Do I ever hear a "Thank you"? A "Job well done"? Do you ever ask "How can we help?"?" Robotnik asks "How can we help, your most magnificent maliciousness? Your extreme wonderful wickedness? How can we make your life easier and more satisfying?" Scratch asks "Do you really mean that? Can I really trust you this time?" Robotnik asks as Scratch and Grounder hold up their right hand and drill to their chest as they hold up their left hand and drill "Cross our circuits and hope to fry!" Scratch and Grounder said "Then bring me Easy Eddie! I don't care what it takes, I don't want any excuses, just do it!" Robotnik said "We'll do it!" Grounder said "You can count on us!" Scratch said and Robotnik, who is now holding the Ferret Finder Field Helmet in both his hands, walks up to Scratch and Grounder "And to make sure that you succeed, I've invented this new Ferret Finder Field Helmet" Robotnik said and puts the Ferret Finder Field Helmet on Scratch's head "This will lead you to Easy Eddie, wherever he is!" Robotnik said.

*Meanwhile at Professor Von Schlemmer's laboratory*

Von Schlemmer is sleeping in a chair. The door opens, and Brody, who is pulling Eddie by the front of his shirt with his left hand, walks in. Sonic and Tails follows behind him "Professor Von Schlemmer! Are you here?" Sonic asks as Von Schlemmer gasps as he awakens, and laughs. He points his left index finger at himself "I was here a minute ago! Unless I just left, uh, this must be me!" Von Schlemmer said "We really need your help, Professor!" Tails said as Von Schlemmer jumps out of his chair, Sonic and Brody walks up to him "Yeah! We gotta get a very important ring off this guy's finger!" Brody said "What guy?" Von Schlemmer asks and Brody, Sonic, Tails, and Von Schlemmer all turn their attention to Eddie and gasp. Eddie reaches into Von Schlemmer's left front coat pocket with his left hand and pulls out Von Schlemmer's wallet. Sonic runs up to Eddie "Hey! Put that back!" Sonic said and snatches Von Schlemmer's wallet with his left hand "Chill, pal! Uh, you don't want me to get rusty, do you?" Eddie asks "Put it back!" Brody said and Eddie sighs as he grabs Von Schlemmer's wallet with his left hand and puts it back in Von Schlemmer's left front coat pocket. Sonic and Brody walk back up to Von Schlemmer "You've made so many inventions, Professor! You've gotta have some way to get rings off fingers, even sticky ones!" Sonic said "Hmmm...." Von Schlemmer said.

Brody, Sonic, Eddie, and Von Schlemmer are standing next to the Bigger Maker Machine, which Von Schlemmer points his right index finger at "If we expand the ring to a very large size, it will slip off in an instant!" Von Schlemmer said and Eddie screams as Von Schlemmer grabs his right arm with his left hand and puts it in the Bigger Maker Machine "So first, we will try my bigger maker machine!" Von Schlemmer said and Eddie screams as the Bigger Maker Machine vibrates. When he pulls his right arm out, both the Chaos Emerald Ring and the finger it is on have grown "What have you done to my finger?!" Eddie asks as a light shines off the Chaos Emerald Ring "Any other ideas, Professor?" Tails asks and Von Schlemmer snaps his right thumb and index finger "Lubrication! We'll grease his finger so that the ring will slide right off!" Von Schlemmer said and pulls a lever back with his right hand. The platform that Eddie is standing on rumbles, and raises. Eddie falls over on it "Hey, what's goin' on? Cut it out! Stop this thing!" Eddie said and a mechanical arm holding a brush with grease on it lowers from the ceiling. Eddie grumbles as the brush covers him in grease. Von Schlemmer, who has his eyes closed, walks towards Eddie, pointing his right index finger at him "Now, I simply walk over and slide the ring off!" Von Schlemmer said and steps on some grease that fell on the floor, slips on it, and screams as he does a flip that ends with his landing on his back. Sonic, Brody and Tails run up to Eddie, and Sonic now has Tails on his shoulders as Tails grunts and tries to pull the Chaos Emerald Ring off Eddie's finger with both his hands "It's not working, Professor!" Brody said as some grease falls on Von Schlemmer's face "Fortunately, I gots an even better idea!" Von Schlemmer said.

Brody, Sonic, Tails, Von Schlemmer, and Eddie are all at a laser device, which is aimed at the Chaos Emerald Ring "This delicate laser device will enable us to cut the ring off the finger with absolutely no danger to anyone!" Von Schlemmer said and presses a button on the laser device with his right index finger. The laser device zaps the Chaos Emerald ring, which causes lasers to reflect all over the laboratory "Ow! Hey!" Eddie said and Brody, Sonic and Tails scream as they dodge the lasers, which continue reflecting all over the laboratory "Whoa! Up! Duck! Watch it! Whoa!" Sonic and Brody said "Whoa! Duck! Turn it off!" Tails said and Von Schlemmer presses the button on the laser device with his right index finger, turning it off. Eddie jumps off the laser device "This is nuts! I'm outta here!" Eddie said and trips over a rock with his left foot, then falls into some grease, and slides across the floor "Whoa! Help!" Eddie said as he slams into the Bigger Maker Machine, turning it on "Ow!" Eddie said and the Bigger Maker Machine explodes, creating a cloud of smoke, which launches Eddie into the air. Eddie screams as he falls, then lands head-first into the Laser Device, turning it on and causing it to shock him "Help!" Eddie said and the Chaos Emerald Ring falls off of Eddie's finger, and lands on the floor. Eddie is now charred, and smoke emits from him "Hey!" Eddie said as Tails picks up the Chaos Emerald Ring with his right hand "You did it, Professor! You did it!" Tails said as Brody, Sonic and Von Schlemmer are standing next to a lever. Tails runs up to them "Actually, this was an accident! Put it back on his finger, and we'll try something else!" Von Schlemmer said and grabs the lever with his right hand and pulls it back "Come on, Professor! The ring's off! You don't have to try anything else!" Brody said and the door opens, and the Spinner Shaker machine rolls in "Don't you understand? My pride is at stake, and my new Spinner Shaker might just be the ticket to do this right!" Von Schlemmer said "Yeah! My ticket out of here!" Eddie said and runs up to Sonic, Brody and Von Schlemmer, and pushes them into the Spinner Shaker with both his hands. He then closes the door with his left hand, and pushes the lever with his right hand. Sonic, Brody and Von Schlemmer scream as they are spun around. Tails, who is holding the Chaos Emerald Ring in his left hand, stares angrily at Eddie as he walks up to him, but Eddie snatches the Chaos Emerald Ring from him with his right hand. He runs away, and Tails falls over and grunts. Eddie runs out the door, and Tails holds out his right hand like a stop sign "Hey, stop!" Tails said as Brody, Sonic and Von Schlemmer continue screaming as they are spun around, and Tails grunts as he pulls the lever back with both his hands, turning the Spinner Shaker off. The door opens, and Sonic, Brody and Von Schlemmer walk out "Maybe I should have quit when we were ahead!" Von Schlemmer said "Did Easy Eddie get away?" Sonic and Brody asks "Sorry, Sonic and Brody! I couldn't help it! I had to save you guys!" Tails said.

*Meanwhile in the Volcanic Wasteland*

Scratch and Grounder, the former of whom is wearing the Ferret Finder Field Helmet on his head, as they walk across the wasteland "Hey, what's your Ferret Finder Field Helmet say?" Grounder asks "I think maybe, possibly, uh, I'm picking up a few weak signals!" Scratch said and they groan as Eddie runs into them. Grounder's head is now detached from his body "Boy, I'm glad those weren't strong signals, or we'd be goners!" Grounder said "Take me to Dr. Robotnik, now!" Eddie said.

*Later at Robotnik's Fortress*

"I'll give you back the Chaos Emerald Ring if you'll give me a zillion Mobiums!" Eddie said "An entire zillion?" Robotnik asks "In cash!" Eddie said and Robotnik runs the fingers on his right hand through the right side of his mustache "Mmmm. I suppose world domination is worth that much. Scratch! Grounder! Bring in the cash cart!" Robotnik said as Scratch and Grounder grunt as they push a cart filled with stacks of Mobiums with both their hands and drills "I've kept my part of the bargain, now you keep yours!" Robotnik said and Eddie reaches into his left front pants pocket with his left hand and pulls out the Chaos Emerald ring. A light shines off of it "Here's the ring!" Eddie said and Robotnik snatches the Chaos Emerald Ring with his right hand "Thank you!" Robotnik said as Eddie sighs happily as he takes a stack of Mobiums with his right hand. He runs his left index finger through it, then stares in shock when he realizes the Mobiums are counterfeit "Hey! This is fake money!" Eddie said and Robotnik holds up his left index finger. He is now revealed to be wearing the Chaos Emerald Ring on his right index finger "Of course! I'm a fake nice person!" Robotnik said "Throw him in the dungeon!" He said and Eddie stares angrily at Scratch and Grounder, who walk up to him with devious smiles on their faces. Scratch is now holding Eddie by his right arm with his right hand, and Grounder is holding him by his left arm with his left drill "You phony! I can't stand dishonesty!" Eddie said "If anybody wants me, I'll be in the Secret Zone, achieving the final conquest of Mobius!" Robotnik said.

*Later*

Robotnik flies his Egg-O-Matic through the Secret Zone. When he reaches the Activation Altar, he lands his Egg-O-Matic near it, jumps out of his Egg-O-Matic, and walks up to the Activation Altar. He is holding the Chaos Emerald Ring in his right hand "First, I place the ring in the activation altar..." Robotnik said and places the Chaos Emerald Ring in the Activation Altar "Second, I decide just what part of Mobius I want to sink into the sea, and third..." He said when Sonic and Brody run in and Robotnik screams and stares in shock at him "Your old pals, Sonic and Brody, shows up and stops everything!" Sonic and Brody said as they snatch the Chaos Emerald Ring, and Robotnik growls angrily "How did you two find me, you spiny and fur spoilsport?" Robotnik asks as a light shines off the Chaos Emerald Ring "We figured Easy Eddie would bring you the ring, and once you had it, you couldn't wait to use it!" Brody said "It's mine! Give it to me!" Robotnik said "No way, Eggbelly! We are makin' sure you never see it again!" Sonic said and Robotnik growls angrily as Sonic and Brody run away.

*At a Forest*

Brody, Sonic and Tails are in the forest  "Good work, Sonic and Brody!" Tails said as Brody is now holding the Chaos Emerald Ring in his right hand, and a light shines off it "You guys stopped Robotnik, and Easy Eddie's out of our hair!" Tails said "Yeah, I hope we never see that slow-mo again! Let's bury this thing!" Sonic said and Brody tosses the Chaos Emerald Ring into the air, and catches it in his left hand "How deep you gonna bury it?" Eddie asks and Brody, Sonic and Tails gasp as they stare in shock at Eddie "Hey, where'd you come from?" Sonic and Brody ask "I kinda borrowed the dungeon key from, uh... Scratch's pocket!" Eddie said "Well, just stand back! You're not gonna borrow this Chaos Emerald again!" Brody said as he and Sonic run away, until they stops near the edge of a cliff "Whoa!" Sonic and Brody said as they see the sea in the distance. Brody tosses the Chaos Emerald Ring into the air, and catches it in his right hand. He grunts as he tosses it into the sea. Tails points his left index finger at Eddie, as they and Von Schlemmer are near one of Von Schlemmer's machines "And if you ever steal anything again, we'll be lookin' for you!" Tails said "I... think I'll give up stealing!" Eddie said and reaches into his left front coat pocket with his left hand and pulls out Tails' Eleven-Mobium Lucky Coin "Here's your Eleven Mobium Lucky Coin back again!" Eddie said as Tails catches the Eleven-Mobium Lucky Coin in his left hand. Eddie is now holding Von Schlemmer's underwear in his right hand "And, uh... here's your underwear, Professor Von Schlemmer!" Eddie said and Von Schlemmer grabs his underwear with both his hands and stretches it "What made you change your mind?" Sonic asks "Being easy is just too hard! Take it slow, guys!" Eddie said and walks away, waving his right hand at Brody, Sonic, Tails, and Von Schlemmer. Sonic and Brody waves their right hands back at him "Not a chance!" Sonic and Brody said as Tails waves his left hand at Eddie "Take it easy, Easy!" Tails said and Eddie waves his left hand at Tails "Never again!" Eddie said and Brody, Sonic, Tails, and Von Schlemmer all stare at Eddie in confusion. Sonic and Brody look at the readers "You know, this Easy is a lot easier to be around!" Sonic and Brody said and they chuckle as this chapter comes to an end.
